רבני הציונות הדתית בפניה לראש הממשלה בקריאה להחלת הריבונות על יהודה ושומרון ותמיכה בתוכנית ה82%

שמחנו לשמוע על התכנית החשובה שהוצגה על ידי השר בצלאל סמוטריץ וראשי מועצת יש״ע ואליה הצטרפו שרים רבים וביניהם גם שר הבטחון להחלת ריבונות רחבה על 82% משטח יהודה ושומרון.
עם החלת הריבונות על פי תכנית זו, התנופה האדירה לה זוכה ההתיישבות בשנים האחרונות תתבסס ותתקבע ותמנע ממילא הקמת מדינת טרור בלב הארץ.
העקרון שבבסיס התכנית שקובע כי החלת הריבונות תתבצע באופן של מקסימום שטח במינימום אוכלוסיה ערבית- נכון וצודק.
התכנית אף מבהירה שארץ ישראל כולה שלנו ואין בתכנית יקרה זו ויתור על אף רגב אדמה.
אדרבא, היא משפרת פלאים את המצב ב82% מהשטח ומשאירה את המצב הקיים שבו צה״ל שולט בשאר השטח ולכן מבחינה רוחנית ומעשית היא התכנית הנכונה ביותר.
לאור המאמצים של חלק מאומות העולם לפעול להקמת מדינת טרור בלב הארץ אנו קוראים לרה״מ נתניהו לא להחמיץ את השעה ולפעול למימוש תכנית זו שזוכה לתמיכה תורנית ציבורית ומעשית רחבה.

Religious Zionist Rabbis Appeal to the Prime Minister, Calling for the Application of Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and Supporting the 82% Plan
Text of letter to the Prime Minister:
We were pleased to hear about the important plan presented by Minister Bezalel Smotrich and the heads of the Yesha Council, which has gained the support of many ministers, including the Minister of Defense, for the application of broad sovereignty over 82% of the area of Judea and Samaria.
With the implementation of sovereignty according to this plan, the tremendous momentum that the settlement enterprise has experienced in recent years will be solidified and stabilized, thereby preventing the establishment of a terror state in the heart of the land.
The principle underlying the plan—that sovereignty will be applied in a manner that maximizes land while minimizing the Arab population—is correct and just.
The plan also clarifies that the entire Land of Israel belongs to us, and this precious plan does not include any concession of even a single clod of earth. On the contrary, it dramatically improves the situation in 82% of the area while maintaining the current state in which the IDF controls the remaining territory. Therefore, both spiritually and practically, this is the most appropriate plan.
In light of efforts by some nations around the world to establish a terror state in the heart of the land, we call on Prime Minister Netanyahu not to miss this opportunity and to act toward the implementation of this plan, which enjoys broad rabbinic, public, and practical support.
