העלון נכתב, נערך ועוצב כולו על־ידי בני הנוער עצמם, יחד עם הרכזת המסורה שלהם, ומשקף את העומק, הרצינות ותחושת האחריות של דור צעיר ומיוחד. דבריה של חיה מבטאים עד כמה הדור הזה צומח להיות דור של מנהיגות, מחויבות ואומץ – בזכות שנים של חינוך, ליווי ועשייה ערכית מתמשכת של תנועת הריבונות עם אותו הנוער.

כל עוד ישראל מגמגמת לגבי זכותה על חברון, שילה ובית אל, הצד השני ממשיך לחלום על יפו, חיפה ותל אביב.

במשך עשורים התרגלנו לשיח של "ניהול הסכסוך". דורות של פוליטיקאים ודיפלומטים דיברו במונחים של דחיית הקץ, הסדרים זמניים ושמירה על סטטוס קוו שחחק את ההרתעה הישראלית, אך אנחנו דור חדש, "דור הניצחון". זהו הדור של הלוחמים שראו את התופת בעיניים, שהבינו את מחיר הוויתור, והחליטו שהגיע הזמן להכריע.
עבור הדור הזה, החלת ריבונות ביהודה, שומרון ובבקעת הירדן היא לא רק שאיפה פוליטית, היא מימוש הניצחון והבטחת העתיד . "דור הניצחון" מבין שהאנומליה שבה לב הארץ נחשב לשטח השנוי במחלוקת היא הדלק שמזין את תקוות אויבינו. כל עוד ישראל מגמגמת לגבי זכותה על חברון, שילה ובית אל, הצד השני ממשיך לחלום על יפו, חיפה ותל אביב.
החלת הריבונות היא האמירה הנחרצת ביותר של דור שסיים להתנצל, אנחנו כאן כדי להישאר. זהו המעבר מתודעה של "מחזיקים בשטח" לתודעה של "בעלי הבית". הניצחון בשדה הקרב חייב להיות מתורגם לניצחון תודעתי ומדיני, קיבוע העובדה שארץ ישראל שייכת לעם ישראל.
הדור הזה, שחירף נפשו בקווי האש, לא מוכן לחזור למציאות של "זמניות". לוחמי צה"ל שפועלים בעומק השטח מבינים טוב מכולם שהביטחון אינו נגזר רק ממספר הטנקים, אלא מהשורשים שנטועים באדמה.
ריבונות פירושה השקעה בתשתיות קבע, בבנייה מסיבית ובהסדרת ההתיישבות, צעדים שיהפכו את המרחב לחלק בלתי נפרד ממדינת ישראל, ובכך ימנעו את האפשרות להקמת מדינת טרור בלב הארץ.
בעוד הדורות הקודמים חששו מ"מה יגידו בעולם", דור הניצחון מבין שהעולם מכבד עוצמה ובהירות. חוסר ההחלטיות הישראלי יצר ואקום שאליו נכנסו לחצים בינלאומיים וטרור. הריבונות היא הדרך של הדור הזה להציב עובדה מוגמרת שתסיים את הוויכוח. זהו אקט של ריבוי קומה, לקיחת האחראיות על גורלנו בלי להמתין לאישור מאף גורם חיצוני.
דור הניצחון דורש ריבונות כי הוא מבין שזהו המחסום האחרון בפני נסיגות נוספות שיובילו לעוד טרור. אם אנחנו רוצים להבטיח שהקרב של הדור הזה יהיה הקרב האחרון, עלינו לעגן את הישגיו בחוק הריבונות. הגיע הזמן להפסיק לנהל את הסכסוך, ולהתחיל לנצח אותו. הגיע הזמן לעבור מהישרדות לבעלות. הגיע הזמן להחיל ריבונות.

Written and produced entirely by our youth together with their coordinator, the journal reflects the depth, seriousness, and sense of responsibility of a remarkable new generation.
Chaya's words show how thoughtful, committed, and courageous these young leaders are becoming—through years of education, guidance, and dedicated work by the Sovereignty Movement.

The Generation of Victory Demands Sovereignty
As long as Israel hesitates over its rights to Hebron, Shiloh, and Beit El, the other side will continue to dream of Jaffa, Haifa, and Tel Aviv.

For decades, we grew accustomed to the language of "conflict management." Generations of politicians and diplomats spoke in terms of postponement, temporary arrangements, and preserving a status quo that eroded Israel's deterrence. But we are a new generation—the "Generation of Victory." We are the generation of fighters who looked hell in the eye, who understood the price of concessions, and who decided that the time has come to reach a decisive conclusion.
For this generation, applying sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley is not merely a political aspiration. It is the realization of victory and the guarantee of our future. The "Generation of Victory" understands that the anomaly whereby the heart of the land is considered "disputed territory" fuels the hopes of our enemies. As long as Israel hesitates over its rights to Hebron, Shiloh, and Beit El, the other side will continue to dream of Jaffa, Haifa, and Tel Aviv.
Applying sovereignty is the clearest statement of a generation that has finished apologizing: we are here to stay. It marks the transition from a mindset of "holding territory" to one of "being the rightful owners." Victory on the battlefield must be translated into cognitive and political victory—anchoring the truth that the Land of Israel belongs solely to the People of Israel.
This generation, which risked its life on the front lines, is not prepared to return to a reality of "temporary" arrangements. IDF soldiers operating deep in the field understand better than anyone that security is not determined only by the number of tanks, but by roots planted firmly in the soil.
Sovereignty means investing in permanent infrastructure, large-scale construction, and the regulation of communities—steps that will make the region an inseparable part of the State of Israel and prevent the establishment of a terror state in the heart of the country.
While previous generations feared "what the world will say," the Generation of Victory understands that the world respects strength and clarity. Israeli indecision created a vacuum that was filled by international pressure and terrorism. Application of Sovereignty is this generation's way of setting an irreversible fact on the ground and bringing the debate to an end. It is an act of maturity—taking responsibility for our destiny without waiting for approval from any external power.
The Generation of Victory demands the application of sovereignty over Judea, Samaria and Gaza because it understands that this is the final barrier against further withdrawals that would lead to more terrorism. If we want to ensure that this generation's struggle is the last, we must anchor its achievements in law through application of sovereignty.
It is time to stop managing the conflict and start winning it.
It is time to move from survival to ownership.
It is time to apply sovereignty.
