 Hundreds of teenage boys and girls from across the country will, G-d willing, participate next Thursday, June 4th, in the 8th Annual Sovereignty Youth Conference.

 Now is the time to join the generation leading the struggle for the future of the State of Israel, for the settlement enterprise, and for our national identity — because only full Israeli sovereignty can ensure that the communities in Judea and Samaria are no longer temporary, vulnerable to freezes, uprooting, and political upheavals.

Following yesterday’s message, we are pleased to share with you the official flyer for the 8th Sovereignty Youth Conference, taking place PG on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in Jerusalem at the National Campus for the Archaeology of Israel.

Please see attached flyer for full details of the program, theme, and distinguished speakers who will be joining us.

This conference is a cornerstone of our year-round work to strengthen identity, leadership, and commitment among the next generation — and especially now, on the eve of elections, its impact is more important than ever.

בשנים האחרונות הבנו אמת פשוטה:
לא די בהתיישבות — חייבים להחיל ריבונות על יהודה ושומרון.

בלי ריבונות, ישראל משדרת לעולם ולדור הבא בישראל שהיא לא בטוחה שיהודה ושומרון שלנו לנצח. חוסר הוודאות מעורר תקווה אצל האויב ומעודד טרור. החלת ריבונות ע"י הכנסת או הממשלה היא הכרעה מדינית. היא ודאות. היא יציבות. היא ניצחון.

 

ריבונות לא מתחילה בכנסת — היא מתחילה בתודעה.

עלינו להביא את הנוער למודעות הזאת ולהוביל את המודעות הזאת.
וכשנוער מוביל תודעה כזו — יש לכך עוצמה מיוחדת.

מתוך ההבנה הזאת הקמנו את נוער ריבונות, הפועל לאורך כל השנה לחיזוק הזהות, הזכות והחיבור לארץ ישראל בקרב בני נוער, במדיה ובשיח הציבורי.

 

שיא הפעילות הוא ועידת נוער ריבונות ה־8, שתתקיים השנה בע"ה ביום חמישי י"ט בסיון, 4 ביוני, בירושלים, בקריה הלאומית ל בהשתתפות מאות בני נוער, אישי ציבור ופוליטיקאים.

דווקא עכשיו, ערב הבחירות, חשוב שקולו של הדור הצעיר יישמע חזק וברור.

 

כדי שזה יקרה — אנחנו זקוקות לכם.

נשמח אם תבחרו “לאמץ” נער או נערה, ולהיות שותפים בעיצוב דור העתיד של מדינת ישראל.
עלות ההשתתפות של נער או נערה בוועידה היא 250 ₪.

Building the Next Generation of Sovereignty Leadership

 

Dear friends,

In recent years, we have come to understand a simple truth:
Settlement alone is not enough — sovereignty over Judea and Samaria must be applied.

Without sovereignty, Israel sends a message to the world and to the next generation in Israel that it is not certain that Judea and Samaria are ours forever. This lack of certainty creates hope in our enemies and encourages terrorism. The application of sovereignty by the Knesset or the government is a political decision. It is certainty. It is stability. It is victory.

Sovereignty does not begin in the Knesset — it begins in public consciousness.
We must raise awareness among the youth and lead that awareness.
And when youth lead such a consciousness, it carries unique power.

Based on this understanding, we established the Sovereignty Youth, which works year-round to strengthen identity, connection, and a sense of belonging to the Land of Israel among young people, through media and public discourse.

 

The highlight of our work is the Annual Youth Sovereignty Conference, which will take place this year, G-d willing, on Thursday, June 4, in Jerusalem at the National Archaeological Campus, with the participation of hundreds of young men and women, public figures, and policymakers.

Especially now, on the eve of elections, it is crucial that the voice of the younger generation be heard clearly and strongly.

 

To make this happen, we need you.

We would be grateful if you would choose to “adopt” a young man or woman and become partners in shaping the future generation of the State of Israel.

The cost of participation for one youth in the conference is 250 NIS ($85).

This covers transportation from all over the country, hall rental, media and production, and the many logistical costs required to run a meaningful national youth conference.

In order to fully realize the conference, we must raise support for approximately 350 youth sponsorships.

Together, with G-d’s help, we will build public awareness that advances the application of sovereignty — the key to securing and protecting settlement.
This awareness will generate public pressure, and that pressure will, with G-d’s help, lead to political decision-making and a vote in the Knesset toward sovereignty.

יושבות ראש תנועת הריבונות קראו לממשלת ישראל לסיים את "המצב הזמני" ביהודה ושומרון ולהחיל ריבונות מלאה • לדבריהן, המהלך יביא לביטול הרשות הפלסטינית ויעניק ודאות ליזמים ולמתיישבים: "בלי ריבונות, העולם רואה בנו כובשים"

בוועידת הריבונות של ערוץ 14 הציגו היום (רביעי) יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, יושבות ראש תנועת הריבונות, את החזון להחלת החוק הישראלי על יהודה ושומרון. השתיים, שפועלות בתחום מאז הגירוש מגוש קטיף ב-2005, טענו כי המצב הנוכחי שבו כמעט מיליון ישראלים חיים בשטח ללא ריבונות רשמית הוא עיוות תכנוני וכלכלי שחייב להיפסק.

קצובר שחזרה את תחילת פעילותן המשותפת לאחר תוכנית ההתנתקות: "ב-2005 כולם היו שבורים, אבל אנחנו החלטנו להמשיך בפעילות ביתר שאת כדי למנוע גירוש נוסף. התחלנו בגאולת קרקעות בגוש עציון כמענה להשתלטות הערבית על אדמות המדינה, אך הבנו שאי אפשר 'לרוקן את הים בכפית' – צריך להוביל לשינוי מדיני כולל".

לדבריהן, החלת הריבונות היא צעד פשוט מבחינה חוקית, שכבר בוצע בעבר בירושלים 1967 ו-1980 וברמת הגולן 1981. מטר הוסיפה כי למרות החשש מתגובת העולם, ההיסטוריה מוכיחה שמהלכים אלו עוברים "נורמליזציה" עם הזמן, כפי שקרה עם הכרת ממשל טראמפ בירושלים.

מטר הציגה במהלך הריאיון את "מפת תמ"א 35", המראה את תוכניות הפיתוח העתידיות של ישראל, וציינה כי יהודה ושומרון נראים בה כ"חור בלב המדינה". "כשמדינת ישראל לא מכילה ריבונות, היא משדרת לעולם שהיא גרה בדירה שכורה", הסבירה. "במצב כזה אי אפשר 'לדפוק מסמר' – יזמים חוששים להקים מפעלים או בתי מלון ביו"ש כי הכל בסימן שאלה והכל יכול להתהפך".

לפי תפיסתן, הריבונות היא כלי לביטחון ולניצחון תודעתי: "האויב שואב תקווה מהעובדה שישראל טרם החליטה שהשטח שלה. ברגע שתהיה ריבונות, תמות התקווה להקמת מדינה פלסטינית".

השתיים הדגישו כי דווקא אירועי השבעה באוקטובר חידדו את הצורך במהלך. קצובר ומטר טענו כי אין להמתין לביטול רשמי של הסכמי אוסלו לפני החלת הריבונות, אלא שהריבונות עצמה היא זו שתבטל את ההסכמים בפועל.

"תחילו את הריבונות וזה יבטל את אוסלו ואת הרשות הפלסטינית", הצהירה קצובר. השתיים חתמו את דבריהן בקריאה לראש הממשלה בנימין נתניהו לאמץ את החלטת מרכז הליכוד מ-2017 ולפעול להחלת החוק, מתוך אמונה ש"ישראל צריכה לשלוט בין הים לירדן".

At the Sovereignty Conference of Channel 14 held on Wednesday May 13, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, co-chairwomen of the Sovereignty Movement, presented their vision for applying Israeli law to Judea and Samaria. The two women, who have been active in this field since the expulsion from Gush Katif in 2005, argued that the current situation — in which nearly one million Israelis live in the area without official sovereignty — is a planning and economic distortion that must come to an end.

Katsover recalled the beginning of their joint activity following the disengagement plan: “In 2005 everyone was heartbroken, but we decided to continue our activities with even greater determination in order to prevent another expulsion. We began redeeming land in Gush Etzion as a response to Arab illegal takeover of state lands, but we understood that it is impossible to ‘empty the sea with a spoon’ — a comprehensive political change must be led.”

According to them, applying sovereignty is legally a simple step that has already been carried out in the past in Jerusalem in 1967 and 1980, and in the Golan Heights in 1981. Matar added that despite concerns over the world’s reaction, history proves that such moves undergo “normalization” over time, as happened with the Trump administration’s recognition of Jerusalem.

During the interview, Matar presented the “National Outline Plan 35 map,” which displays Israel’s future development plans, and noted that Judea and Samaria appear on it as “a white hole in the heart of the state.” “When the State of Israel does not apply sovereignty, it signals to the world that it is living in a rented apartment,” she explained. “In such a situation, it is impossible to ‘hammer in a nail’ — entrepreneurs are afraid to establish factories or hotels in Judea and Samaria because everything remains uncertain and everything can be reversed.”

According to their worldview, sovereignty is a tool for security and for achieving a psychological victory: “The enemy draws hope from the fact that Israel has not yet decided that the territory is its own forever. Settlement without sovereignty is reversible and thus as long as there is no sovereignty, the Arabs continue to hope they can get a Palestinian state. The moment sovereignty is applied, the hope for the establishment of a Palestinian state will die.”

The two emphasized that the events of October 7 sharpened the need for such a move. Katsover and Matar argued that there is no need to wait for the formal cancellation of the Oslo Accords before applying sovereignty; rather, sovereignty itself would effectively nullify the accords.

“Apply sovereignty, and it will cancel Oslo and the Palestinian Authority,” Katsover declared. The two women concluded by calling on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to adopt the 2017 Likud Central Committee resolution and act to apply Israeli law, from the firm belief that “Israel should control the territory between the sea and the Jordan River.”
