אות ארי מציון ע"ש ארי פולד הי"ד הוענק לתנועת הריבונות

שלשום בערב, יום שלישי ד' בתשרי תשפ"ז (15.9.26), התקיים האירוע השנתי לזכרו של הגיבור ארי פולד הי"ד, שנרצח בפיגוע בגוש עציון בשנת 2018.
גם כשהיה פצוע, ארי לא נסוג. הוא רדף אחרי המחבל, נטרל אותו ובכך הציל את חייהם של רבים נוספים.
בערב המרגש הזה זכינו לקבל את אות ארי מציון לשנת תשפ"ז– על פעילות תנועת הריבונות.
אנו מודות מעומק הלב למרים פולד, לסטיב ונעמית לויט ולכל חברי קרן ארי פולד על האמון, ההערכה והכבוד הגדול שהעניקו לנו.
עבורנו, זהו כבוד מיוחד לקבל אות הנושא את שמו של ארי.
ארי היה גיבור יהודי גאה, אוהב ארץ ישראל בכל נשמתו, אדם ריאליסטי שהכיר היטב את המנטליות של אויבינו והיה דרוך ומודע לסכנה האורבת לעם ישראל ולכל יהודי.
המחבל ידע וכוון במדויק במי לפגוע. מחבל שפל שבא מאחור, כי מלפנים לא היה לו את האומץ.
אות ארי מציון הוא עבורנו גם התחייבות.
התחייבות להמשיך בדרך שבה אנו צועדות כבר שנים – עד להשגת המטרה: החלת ריבונות ישראלית על כל מרחבי ארצנו, רעיון שארי היה מתומכיו הגדולים.

לקראת הטקס יצא לאור הגיליון החמישי של מגזין קרן ארי פולד – Israel Shield.
במרכז הגיליון מופיע ראיון איתנו שערך העיתונאי ג'וש הסטן.

The Ari Fuld Lion of Zion Prize Was Presented to the Sovereignty Movement
This past Tuesday, September 15, 2026, the annual event commemorating the memory of the hero Ari Fuld, HY"D, was held.
Ari was murdered in a terror attack in Gush Etzion in 2018.
Even after he was wounded, Ari did not retreat. He pursued the terrorist, neutralized him, and in doing so saved the lives of many others.
On this deeply moving evening, we had the great honor of receiving the 2026 Ari Fuld Lion of Zion Prize in recognition of the work of the Sovereignty Movement.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Miriam Fuld, Steve and Naamit Levitt, and to all the members of the Ari Fuld Foundation for the trust, appreciation, and tremendous honor they have bestowed upon us.
For us, it is a very special honor to receive an award that bears Ari's name.
Ari was a proud Jewish hero who loved the Land of Israel with all his soul. He was a realist who understood our enemies' mentality very well, and who was constantly alert and aware of the danger facing the Jewish people and every Jew.
The terrorist knew exactly whom he wanted to attack—and we are convinced he deliberately targeted Ari. A despicable terrorist who attacked from behind, because he did not have the courage to face Ari from the front.
For us, the Ari Fuld Lion of Zion Prize is also a commitment.
A commitment to continue along the path we have been following for many years-until we achieve our goal: the application of Israeli sovereignty throughout all the lands of our homeland, an idea that Ari was one of its strongest supporters.

Ahead of the ceremony, the fifth issue of the Ari Fuld Foundation's magazine, Israel Shield, was published.

In the interview, we share the long journey of the Sovereignty Movement, our special relationship with Ari, and the years during which he walked alongside us and took part in many activities on behalf of the Jewish people and the Land of Israel.
