בוועדת הכנסת: תנועת הריבונות דורשת לבטל את אוסלו, להחיל ריבונות ולהקים ועדת חקירה ממלכתית

הבוקר השתתפו חברי תנועת הריבונות בוועדת המשנה לענייני יהודה ושומרון, בראשות ח"כ צבי סוכות, שדנה בהפרות הסכם אוסלו על ידי הרשות הפלשתינית ובמענה הישראלי לכך.
מצורפים דברינו, הכוללים לא רק קריאה לביטול הסכמי אוסלו ולהחלת הריבונות הישראלית, אלא גם דרישה להקמת ועדת חקירה ממלכתית לאסון אוסלו, שתבחן כיצד התקבלו ההחלטות בשנת 1993 שהובילו למסירת נשק, סמכויות וחבלי מולדת לידי האויב.

בדיון השתתפו ודיברו גם חברינו מארגונים נוספים, ובהם רגבים, פורום שילה, הביתה, שומרים על הנצח והצופות. כולנו נדהמנו כאשר נציגי המינהל האזרחי, המל"ל ומשרד הביטחון מילאו את פיהם מים ולא השיבו עניינית על אף אחת משאלותיו של ח"כ צבי סוכות. ההלם רק גבר כאשר התברר שבעצם אין אף גורם במדינה המפקח באופן שיטתי על הפרות הסכם אוסלו ועוקב אחריהן.
גילוי זה רק מחזק את קריאתנו להקמת ועדת חקירה ממלכתית לאסון אוסלו, שהכשיר את רב המרצחים יאסר ערפאת, הביא אותו ואת חבר מרצחיו לכאן, הקים עבורם מנגנוני שלטון וביטחון, מסר להם נשק וחלקים מארצנו, וסלל את הדרך להקמת מדינה פלשתינית בלב הארץ.
התוצאה הייתה כמעט 2,000 ישראלים שנרצחו ועשרות אלפי פצועים. ועד היום איש לא נתן על כך את הדין.
הבעיה איננה רק הפרות הרשות הפלשתינית את הסכמי אוסלו. הבעיה היא עצם הסכמי אוסלו.
המענה להפרות אוסלו אינו יכול להיות נקודתי. המענה חייב להיות ביטול הסכמי אוסלו והחלת ריבונות ישראלית מלאה על יהודה, שומרון, בקעת הירדן וחבל עזה.
התיישבות היא חיונית, ואנו מברכות על כל בית, חווה וגבעה. אך התיישבות לבדה אינה הכרעה – היא הפיכה, כפי שהוכיחה עקירת גוש קטיף וצפון השומרון. כל עוד אין ריבונות, רעיון המדינה הפלשתינית נותר חי, והאויב ממשיך להאמין שמדינת ישראל עצמה אינה בטוחה שזו ארצה. ריבונות היא ההכרעה. היא הצהרתה של מדינת ישראל כי אוסלו מת וכי ארץ ישראל שלנו – לנצח.
זה מה שרוב העם רוצה. עכשיו הגיע הזמן לסגור את פרק אוסלו, להחיל ריבונות ולהקים ועדת חקירה ממלכתית על אסון אוסלו, כדי להבטיח שלעולם לא נחזור על הטעות הזו, ושאף מנהיג בישראל לא יעז עוד להעלות רעיונות כאלה על דל שפתיו.

At Knesset Committee Hearing, Sovereignty Movement Calls for Repeal of the Oslo Accords, Application of Israeli Sovereignty, and Establishment of a State Commission of Inquiry
Representatives of the Sovereignty Movement participated this morning in a meeting of the Knesset Subcommittee on Judea and Samaria, chaired by MK Tzvi Succot, which examined the Palestinian Authority's violations of the Oslo Accords and Israel's response.
Attached are our remarks, calling not only for the repeal of the Oslo Accords and the application of Israeli sovereignty, but also for the establishment of a State Commission of Inquiry into what we view as the Oslo disaster. Such a commission should examine how the decisions made in 1993 led to the transfer of weapons, governmental authority, and parts of the Land of Israel into the hands of Israel's enemies.

Representatives of several public organizations also addressed the committee, including Regavim, the Shiloh Forum, Habayta, Shomrim Al HaNetzach, and Hatzofot. We were deeply shocked that representatives of the Civil Administration, the National Security Council, and the Ministry of Defense declined to provide substantive answers to any of MK Tzvi Succot's questions. Even more troubling was the revelation that no government authority systematically monitors or documents Palestinian Authority violations of the Oslo Accords.
This finding only strengthens our call for a State Commission of Inquiry into the Oslo process, which legitimized the mass murderer Yasser Arafat, brought him and members of the terrorist PLO leadership into the country, established governing and security institutions under their control, transferred weapons and territory to the Palestinian Authority, and laid the groundwork for the creation of a Palestinian state in the heart of the Land of Israel.
The consequences have been devastating: nearly 2,000 Israelis murdered and tens of thousands wounded. More than three decades later, no one has yet been held accountable.
The problem is not merely that the Palestinian Authority has violated the Oslo Accords. The problem is the Oslo Accords themselves.
The answer cannot be limited to responding to individual violations. The necessary response is to repeal the Oslo Accords altogether and apply full Israeli sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, the Jordan Valley, and the Gaza Strip.
Jewish settlement is indispensable, and we welcome every new home, farm, and community established throughout these areas. Yet settlement alone is not a final answer. As the disengagement/ expulsion from Gush Katif and northern Samaria demonstrated, without sovereignty , communities can be dismantled. Without sovereignty, the vision of a Palestinian state remains alive, and Israel's enemies continue to believe that even Israel itself is uncertain about its permanent rights to this land.
Sovereignty is the decisive step. It is Israel's declaration that the Oslo era has come to an end and that the Land of Israel is the eternal homeland of the Jewish people.
This is the policy supported today by a majority of the Israeli public. The time has come to close the Oslo chapter, apply Israeli sovereignty, and establish a State Commission of Inquiry into the Oslo process, ensuring that the mistakes of 1993 are never repeated and that no future Israeli leader will again advance such policies.
