starting with a guided tour at 5:45 pm followed by a preparation for the tefilla at 6:45 pm with Dafan Hasdai, tefillat habanim at 7:15pm and speeches at 7:30pm by Miniter of Culture and education Limor Livnat and a talk by Rabbanit Tova Eliyahu (the wife of Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu) on the topic of spiritual prepartion towards Matan Tora
