עו"ד דורון ניר-צבי ז"ל – לוחם בלתי נלאה למען ארץ ישראל והריבונות
בתנועת הריבונות אבלים על פטירתו של עו"ד דורון ניר צבי ז"ל, שנפטר אתמול לאחר מאבק ארוך במחלת הסרטן. דורון הקדיש את חייו למאבק על ארץ ישראל, על הצדק ועל הריבונות, והותיר אחריו מורשת של עשייה, אומץ ונחישות.
את דורון הכרנו לראשונה בעת הפינוי הכואב של חוות מעון. לנוכח מאות חיילים שהגיעו לפנות את המקום, עמד דורון בעוז, זעק את זעקת ההתיישבות, והתריע על העוול והבושה שבהרס יישוב יהודי לעיני שכנינו הערבים.
דורון היה שותף פעיל בתנועת הריבונות, וליווה אותנו לאורך השנים במאבקים רבים – בהם על אדמות שדמה, נצר ואדוריים – תמיד מתוך אמונה עמוקה בצדקת הדרך ומתוך מחויבות מלאה לעם, לארץ ולתורה. את שירותיו המשפטיים העניק בהתנדבות, ללא כל תמורה – אלא מתוך תחושת שליחות אמתית.
דורון נלחם ללא פחד במערכת המשפט, במנהל האזרחי ובאלו שפגעו בזכויות ההתיישבות, והיה לדמות מופת של עמידה איתנה, מקצועיות ואמונה בצדקת הדרך.
במאמצים רבים ובשמחה גדולה הקים את חוות יאיר – ביתו ובית משפחתו – שהפכה לסמל של התיישבות אמיצה בלב הארץ.
מותו בטרם עת הוא אבדה גדולה לעולם המשפט, לתנועת הריבונות, למפעל ההתיישבות ולמשפחתו האהובה.

Adv. Doron Nir Tzvi z"l – A Tireless Fighter for the Land of Israel and Sovereignty
The Sovereignty Movement mourns the passing of Adv. Doron Nir Tzvi z"l, who died yesterday after a long battle with cancer. Doron dedicated his life to the struggle for the Land of Israel, for justice, and for Israeli sovereignty.
He leaves behind a legacy of activism, courage, and steadfast commitment.
We first came to know Doron during the painful evacuation of Havat Maon. Confronted by hundreds of soldiers sent to evacuate the area, Doron stood firm, crying out on behalf of the residents, decrying the injustice and the shame of dismantling a Jewish community in full view of the surrounding Arab villages.
Doron was an active member of the Sovereignty Movement and accompanied us through many campaigns – including those involving the lands of Shdema, Netzer, and Adorayim – always guided by a deep belief in the justice of our cause and an unwavering dedication to the people, the land, and the Torah.
He provided his legal expertise voluntarily, never seeking compensation, acting solely out of a profound sense of mission.
He bravely stood up to the legal system, to the Civil Administration, and to all those who sought to undermine the rights of Jewish settlement. Doron was a model of strength, professionalism, and integrity.
Through tremendous effort and with great joy, he established Havat Yair – his home and the home of his beloved family – which became a symbol of determined and courageous settlement in the heart of the Land of Israel.
His untimely death is a significant loss to the legal community, to the Sovereignty Movement, to the settlement enterprise, and to his dear family.
May we be comforted through the continued building of the Land of Israel and the application of sovereignty upon it.
