*The Sovereignty movement congratulates: the Israeli government renews a fresh Zionist spirit*

The Sovereignty Movement congratulates the Prime Minister, Mr. Binyamin Netanyahu, and the cabinet ministers for their decision to regularize the status of nine communities in Judea and Samaria that, with God's help, will blossom and cause the Zionist spirit to flourish for the coming generations.

A new spirit is filling the land, a spirit of return to Zionist values, settlement, construction and love for the Land of Israel. 

Even if it is difficult to see the changes transpiring within the first few weeks since the establishment of the government, the buds are already visible. 

It is not easy to turn the rudder of Israel's ship rightward after years of navigating with the mistaken, naïve, and dangerous belief that withdrawals and concessions are what will convince the enemy to consider us a peace-seeking people. These were years during which our every concession was perceived as weakness that resulted in the strengthening of the enemy and increasing its appetite.

Therefore, we welcome the steps taken by the new government that restore the people in Israel to the Zionist vision of a sovereign Jewish state in our country. Settlement and the application and exercise of sovereignty over the expanses of our country based on a belief in the justice of our path, will make it clear to us and the world that we are a strong nation, we have a great destiny, and we are striding toward realizing that vision. May we continue to grow stronger.

מחזון למעשה- ריבונות על בקעת הירדן תחילה

חברים יקרים

אתמול ארגנו אירוע מיוחד מאוד לקידום החלת הריבונות הישראלית על בקעת הירדן תחילה.

בבוקר קיימנו סיור בבקעת הירדן בהנחיית האלוף (מיל') עוזי דיין ואחר הצהריים קיימנו דיון סביב השולחן על איך להחיל ריבונות, למה להחיל ריבונות ואיך להתמודד עם האתגרים.

הדיון הועבר בשידור חי בערוץ 7. היה מרתק ומה שמאוד מרגש הוא שבאירוע כולו השתתפו אוהבי ישראל מימין ומשמאל. כפי שהוכח: אין ימין ושמאל כשמדברים על החלת ריבונות על בקעת הירדן. זה קונצנזוס!

אנו כוללים כאן למטה את הקישורים הראשונים לדיווחים שונים שהופיעו בתקשורת. במהלך הימים הקרובים נוסיף עוד מהדוברים המרתקים שנכחו ודיברו.

מצורפת תמונה שלנו במערת המכפלה בחברון בה התחלנו וסיימנו את היום. למדנו מכלב ויהושע שהריבונות מתחילה בעיר האבות והאמהות חברון.  חזרנו לשם בלילה והודינו לה' על יום מוצלח והתפללנו להחלה מהירה של הריבונות על בקעת הירדן תחילה.

From Vision to Reality- Sovereignty over the Jordan Valley First

Dear Friends

Yesterday we organized a very special event to promote the application of Israeli Sovereignty over the Jordan Valley First.

In the morning we held a tour of the Jordan Valley led by Gen (res.) Uzi Dayan and in the afternoon we held a round the table discussion on the how to apply sovereignty, why to apply sovereignty and how to deal with the challenges.

The discussion was broadcast live on Arutz 7. It was fascinating and what was very moving was that the entire event was attended by lovers of Israel from the Right and from the Left. As was shown: there is no Right and Left when we talk about applying sovereignty over the Jordan Valley. It's consensus!

We are including here below the first links to different reports that appeared in the media.  Over the next few days we will add more of the fascinating speakers that attended and spoke.

Attached is a picture of us at the Machpela Cave in Hebron where we started and ended the day. We learned from Calev and Yehoshua that Sovereignty starts in the city of our Forefathers Hevron. We returned there at night and thanked G-d for a successful day and prayed for the speedy application of sovereignty over the Jordan Valley First.

We had the privilege of hearing her strong words when she gave a talk in Shdema,  the army base between Jerusalem and Gush Etsion, that the PA tried to take over and after a long struggle we succeeded in redeeming.

אומרים תודה ליהונתן פולארד, מוקירים את זכרה של אסתר ומעניקים אור לילדי ישראל

 

לאורך שנים רבות צעדנו יחד עם אסתר פולארד ז"ל במאבק הקשה והעיקש לשחרורו של יהונתן ולעלייתו לארץ ישראל.

 

עצמת רוחה של אסתר הייתה עבורנו מקור השראה ואמונה. ממנה שאבנו כוחות למאבקים המתמשכים על ארץ ישראל והריבונות בה.

 

כעת גם אנו מצטרפות לקריאה הציבורית להתגייסות ותרומה להגשמת חזונו של יהונתן להקמת המרכז לזכרה של אסתר ז"ל ובו יוטמעו בילדי ישראל ערכי מורשת ישראל ואהבת העם והארץ.

Expressing Thanks to Jonathan Pollard, Cherishing Esther's Memory and Providing Light to Israel's Children

 

Throughout the years, we walked together with Esther Pollard, obm, in her difficult and relentless struggle to free Jonathan and make possible his aliyah to the Land of Israel.

 

Esther's strength of spirit was a source of inspiration and faith for us. We drew strength for the constant battles for the Land of Israel and for sovereignty from her.

 

We also join the public call to chip in and make a donation to realize Jonathan's vision to establish a center in the memory of Esther, obm, where Israel's traditional values and love for the People and the Land will be inculcated into Israel's children.

 

With our contribution we will be able to  repay Jonathan part of the tremendous debt that we all owe him as the nation for which he sacrificed dozens of years of his life.

A  new hands-on carpentry workshop with Dafna Tidhar is beginning in Oz Vegaon 

We will build four items: a windowbox planter, hexagonal shelves, a chest of drawers and a padded stool.

We will learn artistic painting techniques.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday afternoons from 16:00-18:30, taught in Hebrew, in the Zionist library in Oz VeGaon

There will be 5 sessions, starting on February 1, open to men and women.
