לפני נסיעתו של ראש הממשלה
לשליחותו החשובה ביותר בארה"ב
אני הצטרפתי יחד עם שרים נוספים וח"כים
אל מכתב שקורא לו ומחזק אותו
כדי לפעול למען ריבונות ביהודה, שומרון,
ובקעת הירדן.
אזורים אלו, יהודה, שומרון ובקעת הירדן
אינם שוליים גיאוגרפיים,
אלא הם הלב הפועם של הזהות היהודית שלנו.
הם לא רק החזון,
הם גם החזית.
הם השכפ"ץ של מדינת ישראל,
ביטחונית
היסטורית
רוחנית.
חבלי הארץ הללו
אם זה בשילה
עלי
קדומים
קרית ארבע
איתמר
בית אל
אלקנה
מעלה אפרים
הם לא רק
מה שנקרא התיישבות,
הם התגלמות הציונות.
כאשר אני פוגש את משפחות החלוצים,
את הילדים
את מוסדות התורה
את הישיבות
את החקלאות הפורחת
ואת הנוף התנ"כי.
אני לא רואה רק אוכלוסייה שמעבר לקו,
אלא אני פוגש את ארץ ישראל במלוא הדרה.
אירועי השביעי באוקטובר
הוכיחו לנו כי הסכסוך בינינו לבין אויבינו
הוא לא על שטח כזה או אחר,
אלא הוא על עצם קיומנו כאן בארץ ישראל.
זה אינו ויכוח על מפות
זהו ויכוח על מהות.
זה לא שאלה של שטחים
זו שאלה של שייכות.
ולכן אני קורא מכאן לראש הממשלה
במסגרת הרחבת הסכמי אברהם
ולשם מימוש
ניצחוננו על אויבינו,
יש לפעול גם בזירה המדינית
ולגרום להחלת הריבונות בבקעת הירדן,
יהודה ושומרון.
הריבונות אינה פריווילגיה,
היא חובתנו.
היא חובתנו כלפי הדור הקודם
שנטע שורש במקום שבו נלחמו אבותינו.
חובתנו כלפי הדור הבא
שזכאי לגדול במדינה שיודעת היכן גבולותיה
ויותר מזה
היכן נשמתה.
המהלך הזה אינו סותר את ערכנו הדמוקרטיים,
להפך,
הוא מחזק את עמידתנו המוסרית והמשפטית.
לא יתכן שמצד אחד
נטען לבעלות על הארץ
ובו בזמן נמשיך לנהל אותה,
כאילו אינה שלנו.
או שנוותר חלילה על חלקים ממנה.
החלת הריבונות היא הכרה מוסרית
ופעולה חיונית לקיומנו.
היא הסרת הספק,
היא האמירה,
אנחנו כאן בזכות ולא בחסד.
בקעת הירדן יהיה גבול הביטחון של ישראל
שילה ובית אל
הם עמוד השדרה ההיסטורי שלנו.
מערת המכפלה היא קברי האבות
שורש קיומנו.
הגיע העת למעשים,
הגיע העת שנפסיק להתבייש
ונוביל.
ריבונות עכשיו!
לא כהתרסה אלא כהכרח.
לא כמחווה פוליטית
אלא כצעד חיוני
וציוני מתבקש.

Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker.
Before the Prime Minister's departure,
on his most important mission to the United States,
I joined with other ministers and Members of Knesset
in signing a letter calling on him and expressing support
to act toward sovereignty in Judea, Samaria,
and the Jordan Valley.
These regions—Judea, Samaria, and the Jordan Valley
are not geographical margins,
but rather the beating heart of our Jewish identity.
They are not merely a vision,
they are also the front line.
They are Israel's flak jacket
security-wise,
historically,
and spiritually.
These regions
whether it's Shiloh,
Eli
Kedumim
Kiryat Arba
Itamar
Beit El
Elkana
Ma'aleh Ephraim
are not just
so-called "settlements",
they are the embodiment of Zionism.
When I meet with the pioneering families,
the children,
the Torah institutions,
the Yeshivot,
the thriving agriculture
and the Biblical landscape,
I don't see a population "beyond the Green Line",
I see the Land of Israel in all its splendor.
The events of October 7th
proved to us that the conflict with our enemies
is not over this or that piece of land,
but over our very existence in the Land of Israel.
This is not a dispute over maps
it is a dispute over essence.
It is not a question of territory
it is a question of belonging.
Therefore, I call upon the Prime Minister
as part of the expansion of the Abraham Accords,
and as a means of realizing
our victory over our enemies
to act also in the diplomatic arena
and apply sovereignty in the Jordan Valley,
Judea and Samaria.
Sovereignty is not a privilege,
it is our duty.
It is our duty to the previous generation,
who took root where our ancestors once fought.
It is our duty to the next generation,
who deserves to grow up
in a country that knows its borders
and beyond that,
knows its soul.
This move does not contradict our democratic values
on the contrary,
it strengthens our moral and legal stance.
We cannot, on one hand,
claim ownership over the land,
while at the same time continuing to govern it
as though it doesn't belong to us,
or worse, heaven forbid, relinquish parts of it.
Applying sovereignty is a moral recognition
a vital act for our existence.
It removes all doubt,
it declares,
We are here by right, not by grace.
The Jordan Valley will be Israel's security border,
Shiloh and Beit El
are our historical backbone.
The Cave of the Patriarchs
is the burial place of our forefathers
the root of our existence.
The time has come for action.
The time has come to stop being ashamed
and start leading.
Sovereignty now!
Not as a provocation—but as a necessity.
Not as a political gesture,
but as an essential
and compelling Zionist step.
It is time to act,
to understand,
This is ours and ours alone.
