לסיכום הסיור לשומרון:
תנועת הריבונות מסכמת סיור פעילים נוסף בשומרון. ההרים, הגבעות, החוות והישובים קוראים ציונות ותובעים ריבונות.
פעילי תנועת הריבונות קיימו אתמול (שני) סיור נוסף בשומרון ובו נחשפו לתנופת הבנייה וההתיישבות, השיבה לצפון השומרון והציפייה להחלת הריבונות.
הסיור, בהדרכתו רבת הידע והחן של בועז העצני, נפתח בביקור בחוות 'שיר לדוד', ממנה משקיף נוף מרהיב אך בעיקר חלוציות עכשווית ומסירות למען עם ישראל וארץ ישראל. התחנה השנייה הייתה במרפסת של המדינה המוכרת כל כך, וממנה ברור לכל מבקר הצורך הקיומי בעומק האסטרטגי שמעניקים לישראל שטחי יהודה ושומרון.
ראש מועצת שומרון, יוסי דגן, פגש את משתתפי הסיור לשיחה על מאבקו הציבורי למען החלת הריבונות, מאבק אותו הוא מנהל במקביל בישראל, בארה"ב ובבירות אירופה. בדבריו הדגיש כי ההכרעה בסוגיית הריבונות לא אמורה להתקבל בוושינגטון או בלונדון אלא בירושלים. הדברים, אמר, תלויים בממשלה ובראש הממשלה, וממילא גם בנו, אזרחי ישראל. עלינו, אמר דגן, מוטלות החובה והאחריות להפעיל על קברניטי המדינה לחץ ולתבוע ריבונות.
עוד סיפר יוסי דגן בהתרגשות רבה על השיבה בפועל לצפון השומרון ולישובים שנעקרו. דגן סיפר על עקירתו שלו יחד עם משפחתו מהישוב שא-נור ועל הנדר שנדרו באותו יום לפעול ללא הרף עד לחזרתה של ישראל לאזורים שננטשו ונעקרו. הנדר, הדגיש דגן, צפוי להתגשם בשבועות הקרובים על רקע החלטות הממשלה האחרונות להשבת ההתיישבות לצפון השומרון.
משם המשיך הסיור לחוות גבעות עולם, משם למצפה שלושת הימים החושף עד כמה זעירה ארצנו, הלאה למצפה קבר יוסף ומשם לסופו של הסיור בתצפית מהישוב אביתר.
ראשי תנועת הריבונות, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מסכמות את הסיור המרומם ומספרות: "כפי שאמר ז'אבו ארליך הי"ד, חשנו בכל מקום שאנו דורכים על פסוקים. ראינו כיצד חזון הולך ומתגשם לנגד עינינו. בישובים ובחוות ראינו כיצד עם ישראל חוזר לחזון של ציונות, עליה, התיישבות, תקווה וריבונות". את דבריהן חותמות השתיים בדבריו של יוסי דגן: "החלת הריבונות הכרחית כי זו הארץ שלנו, הארץ שהובטחה לנו על ידי רבש"ע".

Where the Bible Comes Alive: A Sovereignty Movement Tour of Samaria
The Sovereignty Movement concludes another Sovereignty tour and this time in Samaria — a tour in which the mountains, hills, farms, and communities all proclaim Zionism and demand sovereignty.
Yesterday (Monday), dozens of members of the Sovereignty Movement held another extensive tour of Samaria, where they were exposed to the momentum of construction and settlement, the tangible return to northern Samaria, and the growing anticipation for the application of Israeli sovereignty.
The tour, guided with great knowledge and charm by Boaz Ha'etzni, began with a visit to the "Shir LaDavid" Farm. From the farm one enjoys a breathtaking view, but even more so an encounter with contemporary pioneering spirit and deep devotion to the People of Israel and the Land of Israel. The second stop was the well-known "Balcony of the State," from which every visitor can clearly grasp the existential necessity of the strategic depth that Judea and Samaria provide for the State of Israel.
Later, the participants met with the Head of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan, for a discussion about his public struggle to apply Israeli sovereignty — a struggle he conducts simultaneously in Israel, the United States, and European capitals. In his remarks, Dagan emphasized that the decision regarding sovereignty should not be made in Washington or London, but in Jerusalem. The matter, he said, depends on the government and the prime minister — and therefore also on us, the citizens of Israel. We bear the duty and responsibility, Dagan stressed, to exert public pressure and demand sovereignty.
Dagan also spoke with great emotion about the actual return to northern Samaria and to the communities that were uprooted. He shared his personal story of being expelled, together with his family, from the community of Sa-Nur, and of the vow they made that very day — to work tirelessly until Israel returned to the abandoned areas. This vow, he emphasized, is expected to be fulfilled in the coming weeks, in light of recent government decisions to restore settlement in northern Samaria.
From there, the tour continued to the Giv'ot Olam Farm, then to the Three Seas Lookout, which reveals just how small our land truly is, onward to the Joseph's Tomb Lookout, and concluded with an observation point at the community of Evyatar.
The heads of the Sovereignty Movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, summarized the uplifting tour and said:
"As the late Ze'ev (Zabo) Erlich, of blessed memory, once said — everywhere we felt as though we were walking on verses of the Bible. We saw a vision materializing before our eyes. In the communities and the farms, we witnessed how the People of Israel are returning to the Zionist vision of aliya, settlement, hope, and sovereignty."
They concluded their remarks with the words of Yossi Dagan:
"The application of sovereignty is essential because this is our land — the land promised to us by the Almighty."
