Women in Green's reaction to the wonderful news of families

who have purchased a house in Hevron and entered it last nite:

Yashar koach to the families from Hevron, who  are leading us with such joy to the holiday of freedom.

In every generation there are those who, like Nachson ben Aminadav jump in the water, split the sea and march towards the Land of Israel.

Let us all rejoice, thank Hashem and strengthen these families who purchased yet one more house in Hevron, one more "nachala" (inheritance) and thus continue in the path of our forefathers.

That is the way- to initiate, to advance, to settle, to build, to expand in the Land of Israel.

Not to listen to those who "bark" but rather to advance.

Am Yisrael Chai!

The public is invited to come and strengthen. At this moment only the families are allowed inside the building but it is important to strengthen from outside too. The building is near the parking lot below the Machpela Cave.

Attached are 2 pictures of the house. For more pictures of the building , of the nightly entrance to the building and details please click on the arutz 7 article

http://www.inn.co.il/News/News.aspx/235876

The article is in Hebrew- and explains that families have entered the building after having purchased it from an Arab.

To contact the families in the house you can call Shlomo at 972-577208806

Not only Migron-

Press release- Migron is not the issue but rather all of Judea and Samaria!

Migron. Then Givat Assaf. Then the Ulpana neighborhood. Then Charesha. Givat Yovel.

The many  petitions by "Peace Now" and their partners against Jewish life in Judea and Samaria might have as a result that each community deals only with their personal issues, trying to solve their own community's specific problems in their own way, with their connections, their strengths, their resources. That is how those meant for expulsion might be dragged into long  technical and legal procedures, trying to "kasher" this or that outpost or community, without having the time , energy and funds to deal with the root of the problem, which is: the need to apply Israeli sovereignty over all of Judea and Samaria. This is needed in order to once and for all declare by law the future of the main national spine of Israel- Judea and Samaria, Israel's G-d given Biblical Homeland.

The time has come to stop treating with Advil the acute sickness and problem of lack of national, Jewish and moral  status  to our Biblical homeland. We must make a radical revolution and declare Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, with all the implications.

Such a move would not be an easy one; but, as Caroline Glick pointed out in her Jerusalem Post article "Israel's only two options" (18/7/2011)"No, annexation won't be easy. But then again, the alternative is national suicide."

The government and ministers must take up the challenge and be an example of leadership and determination. Only that way will we be able to put a stop to the dictatorship of the Supreme Court that, lately, has become the executive arm of "Peace Now"

Historic visit to Kever Joseph by Yocheved Miriam Zemel

:יוכבד מרים זמל הצטפרה השבוע לנשים בירוק ונסעה אתן לקבר יוסף, יחד עם עוד אלפי יהודים. להלן כתתה באנגלית אודות הביקור

Historic Visit to Kever Yoseph

By Yocheved Miriam Zemel

It was Wednesday, the 27th of Adar, The 28th (March 22, 2012,, the second day of spring) by the time we got there.  The day started as a bleak one.  The murderer of three innocent Jews in France was holed up in his hideaway in a gun battle with police.  The funeral of the victims, three young children and a dedicated rabbi and teacher, was reported, well attended and commemorated.  The picture of the bedsteads, on which lay their remains covered by talitot, was circulated in the news media.  The televised event was watched by many.

On that day Rabbi Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, who passed away the previous day at the age of 101, a Gadol Hador, the rabbi of Yeshiva Torah Ohr of Mattersdorf and New York, was likewise featured on the news media throughout the day.

On that day, March 22, 2012, I also visited the family of, Asher Wein, a leader and founder of the Yemin Moshe Synagogue (Beit Yisrael) community, who were in Israel for his funeral and interment the previous day.

My husband, usually a long distance walker, was struck by an orthopedic disability, and was unable to accompany me either at the Shiva visit or at the visit to the Kever that evening.

When I arrived at 9:25 PM, I was surprised to see the large group and two buses parked at the side of the Inball Hotel awaiting the many people looking to visit Kever Yoseph, as organized by Nadia Matar and Yehudit Katsover of Women in Green. We left shortly after the 9:30 appointed time.

There was a tension there.  People were still numbed by the tragedy that had occurred in France, the passing of a Gadol Hador, and concerned about the safety of their mission. The concern was warranted, since previous groups had been stoned, since eleven years ago a Jewish visitor praying at the Kever was murdered, and since the site had been vandalized numerous times by Palestinians.

Our names were checked against a roster, we were given envelopes with information about Women in Green and some of their recent accomplishments and goals, as we alighted on the bus.  I was seated near a woman from Efrat who was in Jerusalem for a wedding, and left early to take this historic trip.

We road to Tzomet Tapuach, making a few additional stops on the way to pick up additional passengers. At Tzomet Tapuach we saw numerous mini-buses convening and their passengers joining us on bullet-proof buses to take us to our destination.  There were tea, pastries and barekas for the passengers. We were told that at Kever Yoseph there would be bathroom facilities.

We rode the bullet-proof buses to our destination. There I sat near a woman from the Old City.  I also met people who had come from Kiryat Arba and other locations.  Someone asked the driver to tell us when we reach Nablus-Shechem.

Before leaving, while waiting for security clearance, Nadia Matar spoke about the desire of all of us to visit the gravesite during the day, and not "like thieves in the night." She also spoke of the mission, goals  and accomplishments of Women in Green in reclaiming Jewish Land, and the obstacles preventing this goal—from the Palestinian encroachers to the European Union, which is heavily financing them. We also received prayers for the release of Jonathan Pollard, followed by a group recitation of the prayers led by Rabbi Pollock, a visitor with us. Esther Pollard, who provided us with the prayers, emphasized the power of numbers, and how our joint prayers are multiplied many time over through the strength of the community of Jews. Rabbi Twersky of Efrat also spoke and encouraged us in our mission.

It was dark and but for the police guarding our route, the streets were vacant of inhabitants. It was about about 1 AM when we reached our destination, driving through the town in the middle of the night.

When we arrived at the Kever, we saw a compound surrounded by lights and people, many of them soldiers.  We alighted from our bus, and saw people streaming from other buses. They were a mixture of Jews from all persuasions, from Chasidic, to secular, including Breslovers, Rabbis in black hats and people in kipot srugot, and women in jeans and some in long skirts.  We were told to remember our bus number so that we would get back there.  We were allowed about 20 minutes for prayers.

The Kever consisted of a domed center with stone buildings on either side. It was surrounded by a chain link fence.  Some of the flooring was cement, and there was an area of stones and soil on the side.  Women were told to go to the left, where there was a room with access to the prayer hall of the men.  While they were separated by a high mechitza, the top third consisted of a curtain, allowing the women to hear the prayers clearly and the shofar that was being blown.  Most women had their own prayer books, lists, and Tehilim and prayed silently.  The room was very full, but emptied out from time to time.  Some women chose to pray alongside the building where it was quieter.  All was done with decorum and reverence.  I heard subsequently that many journalists, many from France who had come the previous day for the funeral of the massacred in Toulouse, were with us to celebrate our opportunity to pray at this holy site.

After our prayer, we were all more relaxed, seeing that we had arrived safely, and that all was well.  We exited to the front of the building, where there were signs announcing the place.  People were selling CD's with Shechem music, and large pictures of the Kever.  Others were taking pictures and videos.  We all felt the joy of the moment.

At the end of a hard day for our people, and for me, personally, I was able to celebrate this great event in the life of our people.  I heard afterwards that MK Yisrael Katz affixed a mezuzah on the Kever that night, celebrating our return to this historic place, a major landmark in the life of our people.

I thank Nadia Matar, Yehudit Katsover, for making our trip possible,  the soldiers of the IDF for protecting us , and the Samaria Regional Council, the Shechem Echad organization, the IDF, and the Civil Authority for restoring the tomb, which was destroyed and desecrated 11 years ago, and all those who made this historic evening possible.

To me and to many of us who participated, it fortified us in knowing that although we Jews can be attacked, we will not be defeated. That we will stand firm to recover our place in history, to preserve our sacred heritage and to maintain those sites that are significant to us as a people.

I later heard that MK Yuli Edelstein, along with other dignitaries, was celebrating this momentous occasion with us. He along with our dedicated co-visitors expressed our mission and belief that we will no longer allow our sacred historic places to be defamed with impunity.

The sadness of the prior day melted as our hope for the future encompassed it. It was replaced by our conviction that in unity we stand and that we will continue to stand firm as a people and as a nation.  Am Yisrael Chai!

WIG responds to false report of IMEMC news-

Women in Green's response to the false report of "IMEMC News" by Ghassan Bannouna of Thursday, March 8,2012, entitled:"Israeli settlers uproot and take 100 olive trees owned by Palestinian farmers"

(see report below)

The article should really be entitled:

"Tens of Norwegian anti-Israeli JAI activists plant trees in Netzer on Israeli land,

to help Arabs steal land from the Jewish People"

And now for the facts:

We, the Jewish People, are embroiled in an ongoing battle for reclamation of our land, our historic birthright, the Land of Israel.

The Jewish People are, and have been, the indigenous inhabitants of the Land of Israel for over 4000 years. We have been continuously present here, in greater or lesser numbers, despite enforced exile and dispossession by a series of foreign invaders and conquerors – with the Arabs and Moslems only the latest in a long line.

With the advent of the national liberation movement of Zionism, and with the help of G-d, the Jewish People have returned to our G-d given biblical Homeland, especially to Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria, where the very first Jewish "settlers" lived thousands of years ago- Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and later the Judges, Kings, Priests and Sages of our people. At a time when Europe was still a forested haven for primitive tribes, and Islam did not yet exist, Jews flourished in their homeland and developed the spiritual and ethical heritage that has transformed human civilization.

Today's 750,000 Jewish residents living in Judea and Samaria should not be labeled "settlers", which is a mistranslation of the Hebrew "mitnachalim", but rather "heirs" or "inheritors" of the land. We have been here for over 4000 years and we are here to stay. In contrast, as Joan Peters points out throughout her lengthy and well-documented book "From Time Immemorial", almost all the Arabs living in Israel or in Judea and Samaria, are not "native" to the land, but rather immigrants from Syria and Saudi Arabia attracted by the Zionist return and economic development of the Land of Israel.

In a conference held in Tul Karem in 2010, Salem Fayyad called for the planting of ten million trees: "The great challenge against the occupation and the settlements is to increase the investment and agriculture on the lands in area C."  As you might know, since the infamous Oslo agreements in 1993, in which Israel sadly abandoned large parts of Judea and Samaria to the control of the Palestinian Authority ,the area has been divided into area A, B and C. Areas A and B-which include the Arab cities and villages-  are unfortunately totally controlled by the Palestinian Authority. Area C which includes the Jewish communities, the hills in between the communities and the roads, is Israeli controlled. That is where the Arabs are waging a battle to take over all the as yet undeveloped public lands.

Our organization, Women for Israel's Tomorrow-Women in Green is dedicated to safeguarding our homeland, and combatting the organized Arab trespass that seeks to take control of Israel's public lands. The Arabs do this both by massive illegal construction of thousands of houses on state lands in Israeli controlled area "C", and by an agricultural jihad, in which the Arabs, backed by almost unlimited international financing, steal lands by cultivating them. Their goal is clear: an Arab takeover of all the areas between the Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, in order to choke them and prevent their growth.

For the past few years our organization is trying to stop and block this Arab take-over of public, nonprivate lands - by planting trees on those barren plots, so as to reclaim them for the Jewish People. We operate in accordance with up-to-date maps that delineate all the public lands. We do not plant on privately-owned land. Moreover, we do not claim personal ownership of the land,or even of the trees that we plant. We have only one aim: the safeguarding of lands that belong to the Jewish People, for our children and all future generations.

Our Arab enemies, backed by the UN, the Palestinian Authority and leftist international anti-Israeli organizations, come almost every day, and –in broad daylight - uproot the trees that were planted by Jews on public lands. They burn and destroy irrigation systems, and they physically attack those Jews working in the fields.

That is what happened this past Wednesday, 7-3-2012,when tens of Norwegian JAI activists joined our Arab enemies, and came by bus to Netzer, in the heart of Gush Etzion, a 15 minute drive south of Jerusalem,  between the Jewish communities of Elazar and Alon Shvut. They travelled halfway across the world in order to illegally plant tens of trees on a plot of public - not private- land, where Jews had planted months ago.  Arabs had subsequently uprooted all the Jewish trees, and then invited the JAI activists to plant there in order to steal that land away from the Jews and the Jewish state.  If it is true that the trees that were illegally planted by the radical JAI activists have now been uprooted, as mentioned in the IMEMC report, we applaud that and thank those who upheld the law.

The Arab claiming ownership of that piece of land is simply lying – his so-called documents are either non-existent or fabricated and forged. He is a dangerous and violent man, who was arrested a few months ago after he attacked a Jewish farmer with a hoe, and almost killed him.

The Arabs, and Moslems, of course, are fighting for far more than the possession of this or that piece of land – they aim for nothing less than the destruction of the State of Israel. Extremist anti-Israeli organizations like JAI and many others, knowingly and deliberately support this planned destruction, by denying the Jewish People's connection to their homeland, and often by delegitimizing the very existence of Israel as the Jewish State . They certainly do not accept any Jewish presence in Israel's biblical homeland, and thus collaborate with the Arabs to do all they can to steal the Jews' land and to expel them.

That is why I told the group of young Norwegian radicals: "the generation of your grandparents helped the Nazis kill the generation of my grandparents. Now you once again are on the wrong side, you  are helping those who want to destroy the Jewish State, you are helping those Arabs who want to finish off what the Nazis did not finish - the destruction of the  Jewish People by destroying the Jewish State. You are collaborators. Read history books. Learn the facts. Wake up and realize that you are shooting yourself in the foot. One of the  slogans in the Palestinian Authority is "First the Saturday People, then the Sunday People". First they want to get rid of the Jews; then of the Christians. The real war in the Middle East is not about this or that settlement. It is a war of Islam against Western Civilization. The Arabs want to take over Judea and Samaria in order to destroy all of Israel, as a first step. The next step will be a jihad by millions of their followers in Europe to turn Europe into Eurabia."

Thus, when we fight for the right of the Jewish People for its Biblical Homeland, we also fight for the survival of western civilization.

When the European Union, the UN, Oxfam and any other organization, funds the Arabs with million of dollars for illegal Arab construction and agriculture -it really is in order to help the Arabs in their quest to destroy Israel. More and more Europeans are starting to realize this and understand that they need to defend Israel's right to its Biblical Homeland, in order for them to safeguard their own  European countries from Arab and Moslem take-over.

By the way, there is no greater proof of the disingenuousness and hypocrisy of these young radicals,  and their European "peace" activist backers, than the fact that they pour their time and money into false Arab land claims in Judea and Samaria, and blithely ignore the slaughter of thousands of civilians by the murderous Assad regime.  The agenda of these so-called humanists stands revealed: pure unadulterated hatred of Jews, and collaboration with the genocidal enemies of Jews, the Arab successors and students of the Nazis.  The shameful record of the large majority of the  Norwegian populace under Quisling in the Nazi period, where their indifference and hatred of their Jewish neighbors allowed the Nazis to deport and murder most of Norway's 2000+ Jews, stands in clear contrast to the behavior of their Danish neighbors. Many of the grandparents of the modern Norwegian radicals and "humanists" were anti-semitic and morally inadequate, and many of their children and grandchildren are, sadly, worse – they replace indifference to genocide with active assistance to those who support terror and murder of Jews.

,

As our Prime Minister Mr Netanyahu has said: "2012 is not 1944". We would like to add: Not only are we not going to allow Ahmedinajad to nuke us; we are also not going to allow the Arabs to take away our land. We are here to stay, in our G-d given Biblical Homeland.

The time has come for the government of Israel to unequivocally establish the true status of Judea and Samaria, and to apply Israeli law.

We are not deterred by the consequences of such a move, including the possibility of granting citizenship to those Arabs of Judea and Samaria who will pledge loyalty to the State and its laws. Israeli sovereignty throughout the entire Land of Israel is the one and only Israeli alternative.

In every generation, each individual and every nation has to decide whose side they want to be on. On the side of the Hitlers, the Ahmedinajads, the Assads, ElKayeeda, Fatah-Hamas…or on the side of Israel. When you decide, please don't forget  G-d's words in the Bible:

"Blessed is everyone who blesses you, O Israel, and cursed is everyone who curses you." Numbers 24:9

With blessings from Israel,

Israeli Settlers Uproot and Take 100 Olive Trees Owned By Palestinian Farmers

Thursday March 08, 2012 12:22 by Ghassan Bannoura - IMEMC News

100 olive trees were part of some 200 trees that were planted on Wednesday by Norwegian students and their teacher from Oslo on Palestinian farmers lands near the illegal Israeli settlement of Aliazar.

On Wednesday morning a group of 11 Norwegian students and their teacher joined Yassin Da'doua on his land to plant 200 olive trees as part of the olive tree planting campaign organized by Joint Advocacy Initiative of East Jerusalem YMCA and YWCA of Palestine.

The group along with the Palestinian farmer and his family managed to plant half of the trees on Wednesday before the leader of the radical settler organization 'Women in Green', Nadia Matar, arrived along with two other Israeli settlers who started taking photos of the young Norwegians.

"Your grandparents have killed my grandparents in the holocaust and now you are helping the Arabs to steal our land. This is the land for the people of Israel. You are helping the wrong people. You are like the Nazis." Matar shouted at the Norwegian students.

After some time Israeli soldiers, military police, and uniform police arrived at the scene and demanded the Palestinians and their friends stop planting the trees and leave the area. The military commander said that the land is owned by the state of Israel; a claim that proven wrong by the Palestinian farmer who has ownership papers from both the Ottoman period and from the Israeli court that state he is the private owner of the land.

"How can they call me a Nazi? My grandparents fought the Nazis during the second world war," said one of the Norwegian students responding to Matar comments."

While planting trees continued; troops arrested Sajied Da'doua, 18, who was helping his uncle to plant olive trees on his land. Sources told IMEMC that Sajied could be released with bail today.

Israeli soldiers agreed to allow the Palestinian family to stay but force the Norwegians and their organizers to leave. The group was then escorted by Israeli police back to the nearby entrance of Bethlehem city.

While the group of students was being lead away from the land by the Israeli police the remaining un-planted olive trees and the tools got confiscated by the army. Today Matar and her group came back and uprooted the planted trees and took them away.

According to the radical Israeli group webpage Women in Green is a registered non-profit organization founded in 1993, and is not affiliated with any political party. Women in Green say they oppose the two-state solution; and end of Israel's occupation of 967, as well as aggressively supports Israeli settlement of those territories, which Women in Green proposes should be annexed to Israel.
