ברכות לח"כ אבי מעוז ולכל חברי הכנסת שהצביעו בעד החלת הריבונות.
זאת היתה הצבעה טרומית ונקוה שבהצבעות הבאות יצטרפו כל הח"כים שהם בעד, ולא יהיו משחקי פוליטיקה על ארץ ישראל.

2) הצטרפו אלינו לחשבון הנפש הלאומי הדרוש כל כך בעת הזו
לא נאפשר לסמא את עינינו שוב עם הסכמים הכובלים את ידיה של ישראל מלהגשים את ייעודה ולהבטיח את ביטחונה. היו שותפים עימנו בחשיבה הנדרשת כיום להמשך תנופת הריבונות הלאה עד להגשמתה ומימושה.
אירועים דרמטיים תוכפים את מדינת ישראל ואת העם היהודי כולו. הביטוי "אירועים בסדר גודל תנ"כי" הפכו בשנתיים האחרונות למטבע לשון משומש ובצדק. מנהיגים רבים ונציגי מדינות רבות מתקבצים ומבקשים להיות חלק במהלכים ההיסטוריים המתרחשים לנגד עינינו. יש בהם מי שטובתנו עומד לנגד עיניהם, אך לרוב זוהי טובתם שלהם.
עיון בסעיפיו של ההסכם עליו חתמה ישראל מול האויב החמאסי בניצוחו של נשיא ארה"ב מגלה לדאבון ליבנו כי סוגיית הריבונות לא רק שאינה מופיעה בו, אלא שנראה כי אנו מאבדים בהסכם זה נתחים מריבונותינו ואף חמור מכך.
ההסכם קובע כי עזה העתידית תנוהל בידי כוחות בינלאומיים זרים בפיקוחה של ארה"ב, כאשר החזון המסתתר בין מילותיו של ההסכם הוא הקמתה של מדינה פלשתינאית. נביא בפניכם כמה מהסעיפים המדאיגים הכלולים בהסכם:
סעיף 9: עזה תנוהל באופן זמני ע"י ועדה פלשתינית מקצועית ולא פוליטית שתנהל את שירותי הציבור והמוניציפלי. הועדה תורכב מפלשתינים מוסמכים ומומחים בינלאומיים ותפעל תחת פיקוח גוף בינלאומי חדש, מועצת השלום, שבראשה יעמוד הנשיא טראמפ יחד עם טוני בלייר. גוף זה יגדיר את המסגרת ויתאם את המימון לשיקום עזה עד שהרשות הפלשתינית תשלים את תכנית הרפורמות שלה ותוכל לשלוט מחדש בעזה.
סעיף 15: ארה"ב תעבוד עם שותפים ערבים ובינלאומיים להקמת כוח ייצוב בינלאומי זמני ISF שיפעל מיידית בעזה. הכוח יאמן ויסייע לכוחות משטרה פלשתיניים נבחרים ויתייעץ עם מצרים וירדן.
סעיף 19: במקביל לשיקום עזה, ולאחר ביצוע רפורמות ברשות הפלשתינית, עשויים להיווצר לראשונה תנאים לדרך אמינה למימוש שאיפתו של העם הפלשתיני להגדרה עצמית ולמדינה.
סעיף 20: ארה"ב תיזום דיאלוג בין ישראל לפלשתינים להסכמה על אופק מדיני לדו-קיום בשלום ובשגשוג.
תנועת הריבונות קמה כאשר לנגד עיניה עומד יעד ראשון בדמות מניעת הקמתה של מדינה פלשתינית בארצנו. מדינה שכזו לא קמה עד כה ב"ה בזכות דעת קהל הולכת וגוברת, פוליטיקאים ומדינאים נחושים, פעילות הסברתית וגם בעקבות התפכחות לאומית כואבת לנוכח תוצאות טבח השבעה באוקטובר. עם זאת הלחצים הבינלאומיים והפנימיים להקמתה של מדינה כזו בלב ארצנו עודם קיימים והם הולכים ורבים.
אכן, בנאומו הדגיש נשיא ארה"ב כי יהודה ושומרון הם אזורים בעלי חשיבות היסטורית, ביטחונית ודתית עבור העם היהודי, אך עם זאת הוא הבהיר בצורה ישירה ואף בוטה שלא יאפשר להחיל על אזורים אלה את הריבונות הישראלית.
התקווה, האמונה, האופטימיות והשאיפה לשלום ממלאים את העם היהודי מזה דורות, וטוב שכך, אולם כל אלה גרמו לחלקים מהעם בישראל לקבל את הסכמי אוסלו ואת הגירוש מגוש קטיף וצפון השומרון כצעדים שאחריתם שלום, שלווה וביטחון. סלידתנו ממלחמות הביאה אותנו לעשות כל מאמץ לחתום כל מבצע צבאי במהירות רבה ככל הניתן, גם אם ללא הכרעה שתבטיח ביטחון ושלום לדורות. כך גלשנו מסבב לסבב, ממבצע למבצע, עד ליום הטבח הנורא בשבעה באוקטובר.
עד לא מכבר נדמה היה שהפעם יהיה אחרת, הפעם התפקחנו. כך לפחות חשבנו וקיווינו. נראה היה שהנה העם קם כלביא להשמיד את אויבו המבקש להכחידנו. הציפייה הייתה שבתום המלחמה הקשה שנכפתה עלינו נראה אך ורק את קו החוף, לא עוד בתים ואנשים המאיימים על קיומינו. כשהוכח שוב, גם בסקר, כי למעלה משמונים אחוזים מערביי יהודה ושומרון תומכים בטבח, וכששתיקתם הרועמת של מנהיגיהם המסרבים לגנות את הטבח צלצלה באוזנינו, סברנו שכעת מתכנס קונצנזוס לאומי רחב סביב ההזדמנות לקבע את גבולותיה של מדינת ישראל כך שיכללו את מרחביה ההיסטוריים והתנ"כיים של הארץ. ייחלנו להפצעתה של הריבונות לצד המשילות שתיאכף ביד רמה בנגב ובגליל ועם ישראל יחוש סוף סוף ריבונות מהי.
כך קיווינו, ציפינו וייחלנו, אך חולשה, ויש אומרים מערביות שבנו, תקפה את מנהיגינו ומנעה מאיתנו את ההגעה ליעדינו הלאומיים, להגשמת החזון לו נכספו דורות של יהודים, ריבונות ישראלית מלאה על ארץ ישראל כולה, על יהדה, שומרון, עזה והבשן.
לצד השמחה הגדולה בה התמלא ליבנו למראה החטופים השבים הביתה, לצד הזעם על כל חטוף שנרצח בשבי וארונו הושב בדמע, נחשפנו לתעתועיו הנמשכים של האויב ולאופן האכזרי בו הוא נוהג בבני עמו, לשבירת הגפיים וההשפלות ברחובותיה של עזה, להוצאות להורג למצהלות ההמונים, לרודנות החומסת מזון ומים מאנשיהם שלהם. אנו רואים את כל אלה ומסרבים להבין את כלליו של המזרח התיכון.
באזור קשה שכזה, עם שכנים שכאלה, עלינו לדאוג להבטחת קיומינו בכל דרך והצעד הראשון לכך הוא הרחבת וחיזוק ריבונותינו על הארץ.
לעת הזו לא נוכל לשבת ספונים בבתינו. לא נוכל לצפות באזלת יד בלחצים הבינלאומיים הנמשכים למתן מדינה כפרס לאויב. לא נוכל לקבל העברה של מושכות האחריות על ביטחונינו ועתידנו לידיים זרות. זו עת לחשבון נפש לאומי. אנו מתקרבים לתקופת בחירות שבסופה אין לדעת מי יהיו מרכיביה של ממשלת ישראל הבאה. גם הממשל האמריקאי האוהד, יחסית, לא יישאר בבית הלבן לנצח. אין לדעת כיצד ינהגו ממשלת ישראל העתידית והממשל האמריקאי העתידי כאשר יתגלעו פערים בין האינטרסים של ירושלים לבין אלה של וושינגטון. משום כך עלינו לפעול כעת לחיזוק לאומיותינו, זהותינו וריבונותינו.
חברינו היקרים בתנועת הריבונות,
אנחנו לא מתחילים מבראשית, אנחנו ממשיכים הלאה במעלה הדרך. אנחנו חדורי אמונה שהחלת הריבונות על כל מרחבי ארצנו, יהודה, שומרון, חבל עזה והבשן היא צורך השעה, יותר מאי פעם. החלת הריבונות ומימושה היא זו שתגדע את תקוות האויב הערבי והיא זו שתממש את ההבטחה התנ"כית "לזרעך נתתי את הארץ הזאת".
לא נאפשר לסמא את עינינו שוב עם הסכמים הכובלים את ידיה של ישראל מלהגשים את ייעודה ולהבטיח את ביטחונה.
זה הזמן להצטרף לתנועת הריבונות.

There is still much work to be done, but this is definitely a step forward.

2) Join us in the much‑needed national soul‑searching at this time
We will not allow ourselves to be fooled again by agreements that bind Israel's hands from fulfilling its destiny and ensuring its security.
Dramatic events are sweeping the State of Israel and the entire Jewish people. The expression "events of biblical proportions" has become a commonly used phrase over the past two years — rightly so. Many leaders and representatives of many countries are gathering and asking to be part of the historic moves unfolding before our eyes. Some have our best interest at heart, but more often it is their own interests.
A review of the provisions of the agreement Israel signed with the Hamas enemy, orchestrated by the President of the United States, reveals to our sorrow that the issue of sovereignty not only does not appear in it, but it seems that in this agreement we are ceding portions of our sovereignty — and worse.
The agreement states that future Gaza will be administered by foreign international forces under U.S. supervision, while the vision hiding between the agreement's words is the establishment of a Palestinian state.
We bring you some of the worrying clauses included in the agreement:
Article 9: Gaza will be governed under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee, responsible for delivering the day-to-day running of public services and municipalities for the people in Gaza. This committee will be made up of qualified Palestinians and international experts, with oversight and supervision by a new international transitional body, the "Board of Peace," which will be headed and chaired by President Donald J. Trump, with other members and heads of state to be announced, including Former Prime Minister Tony Blair. This body will set the framework and handle the funding for the redevelopment of Gaza until such time as the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform programme, as outlined in various proposals, including President Trump's peace plan in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, and can securely and effectively take back control of Gaza. This body will call on best international standards to create modern and efficient governance that serves the people of Gaza and is conducive to attracting investment.
Article 15: The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary International Stabilisation Force (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza. The ISF will train and provide support to vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza, and will consult with Jordan and Egypt who have extensive experience in this field. This force will be the long-term internal security solution. The ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure border areas, along with newly trained Palestinian police forces. It is critical to prevent munitions from entering Gaza and to facilitate the rapid and secure flow of goods to rebuild and revitalize Gaza. A deconfliction mechanism will be agreed upon by the parties.
Article 19. While Gaza re-development advances and when the PA reform programme is faithfully carried out, the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognise as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.
Article 20. The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous co-existence.
The Sovereignty Movement was founded with a primary goal before it: preventing the establishment of a Palestinian state in our land. Such a state has not been established to date, thank G-d, thanks to growing public opinion, determined politicians and statesmen, public advocacy, and also as a result of a painful national awakening in light of the results of the October 7 massacre.
Nevertheless, international and internal pressures to establish such a state in the heart of our land remain and are growing.
Indeed, in his speech the U.S. President emphasized that Judea and Samaria are areas of historical, security, and religious importance for the Jewish people, but at the same time he made clear, directly and bluntly, that he will not allow Israeli sovereignty to be applied to those areas.
Hope, faith, optimism and the aspiration for peace have filled the Jewish people for generations — and rightly so — yet all these led parts of our people in Israel to accept the Oslo Accords and the expulsion from Gush Katif and northern Samaria as steps whose outcome they hoped would be peace, tranquility and security. Our aversion to wars led us to make every effort to end each military operation as quickly as possible, even if without a decisive outcome that would guarantee security and peace for generations. Thus we slid from round to round, from operation to operation, until the horrific massacre by Hamas on October 7.
Until recently it seemed that this time would be different — this time we had woken up. At least that is what we thought and hoped. It seemed the people had risen like a lion to destroy its enemy who seeks our annihilation.
The expectation was that at the end of the harsh war imposed on us we would see only the coastline of Gaza— no more houses and people threatening our existence.
When it was again shown, including in a poll, that over eighty percent of the Arabs of Judea and Samaria support the massacre, and when the deafening silence of their leaders, who refuse to condemn the massacre, rang in our ears, we believed that now a broad national consensus was forming around the opportunity to cement the borders of the State of Israel so that they would include the country's historical and biblical spaces from the river to the sea. We longed for the extension of sovereignty alongside governance that would be enforced with a firm hand also in the Negev and the Galilee, and for the people of Israel to finally feel what sovereignty is.
Thus we hoped, expected and yearned, but weakness — and some say our Westernization — still seized our leaders and prevented us from reaching our national goals, from fulfilling the vision yearned for by generations of Jews: full Israeli sovereignty over the entire Land of Israel — over Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip and Bashan.
Alongside the great joy that filled our hearts at the sight of hostages returning home, alongside the rage over every captive murdered in captivity and the coffin returned in tears, we were exposed to the enemy's continuing deceptions and to the cruel way they treat their own people — the breaking of limbs and humiliations in Gaza's streets, public executions cheered by the crowds, the tyrannical seizure of food and water from their own people. We see all of this and still refuse to understand the rules and minds of the Middle East.
In such a difficult region, with such neighbours, we must ensure our existence by every means, and the first step for that is the consolidation and strengthening of our sovereignty over the land.
At this time we cannot sit confined in our homes. We cannot watch helplessly as continuing international pressure seeks to grant a state as a prize to the enemy.
We cannot accept the transfer of the reins of responsibility for our security and future into foreign hands.
This is a time for national soul‑searching. We are approaching an election period after which it is unknown who will make up the next government of Israel. Even the relatively friendly American administration will not remain in the White House forever. It is uncertain how the future Israeli government and future American administration will act when gaps arise between Jerusalem's interests and those of Washington. Therefore we must act now to strengthen our nationalism, our identity and our sovereignty.
Dear friends in the Sovereignty Movement,
We are not starting from the beginning; we continue onward up the sovereignty road. We are filled with conviction that the application of sovereignty over all the areas of our land — Judea, Samaria, the Gaza Strip and Bashan — is the need of the hour, more than ever. The application and implementation of sovereignty is what will cut off the Arab enemy's hopes, and it is what will fulfill the biblical promise: 'To your seed I have given this land.'
We will not allow ourselves to be fooled again by agreements that bind Israel's hands from fulfilling its destiny and ensuring its security.
