"מדובר ברגעים מסוכנים מאוד למדינת ישראל. ולחשוב שרק לא מזמן עוד דיברנו על ריבונות. ואילו עכשיו לפתע חוזרים לדבר על מדינה פלשתינית. אין ואקום. אם אין דיבור על ריבונות – נוצרת שיחה על מדינה פלשתינית. זו גם הסיבה להתחרפנות הפומבית של העולם הערבי ברגע שהבין שיש סיכוי לריבונות ביהודה ושומרון: הוא הבין שאם תהיה ריבונות – לא תהיה מדינה פלשתינית. עכשיו, כשאין ריבונות, מבחינתו אפשר לקדם מדינה כזו. וממשלת ישראל, גם אם בשתיקה, הולכת בדיוק למקום הנורא הזה. הדבר היחיד שיכול לשנות כיוון הוא לחץ משמעותי מבפנים, מצד ימין".

ולכן, חברים, כל-כך חשוב שתגיעו מחר בבוקר למשמרת ההתעוררות – להעיר, להתריע ולהעביר לממשלת ישראל מסר חד וברור: לא מספיק להצהיר שלא תקום מדינה פלשתינית; חייבים להחיל ריבונות.

החלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה, שומרון וחבל עזה איננה רק הצעד שיבלום בפועל את הקמתה של מדינה פלשתינית – היא גם הדרך היחידה המבוססת על צדק היסטורי, מוסרי ולאומי. ריבונות איננה סיסמה; היא מימוש פשוט וישיר של האמת: ארץ ישראל שייכת לעם ישראל.

Friends, who would have believed that we would once again need to stand outside the Cabinet meeting to warn against the possibility of establishing a Palestinian state? It is inconceivable that after October 7th, anyone is again speaking about a Palestinian state!

Tomorrow at 10:00 AM, God willing, we will gather at the Rose Garden Plaza opposite the Prime Minister's Office.

Zeev Kam described it well in his column in B'Sheva this past Shabbat:

"These are very dangerous times for the State of Israel. And to think that not long ago we were still talking about sovereignty. And now suddenly people are speaking again about a Palestinian state.

There is no vacuum: if there is no talk of sovereignty – talk of a Palestinian state emerges.

This is also why the Arab world publicly panicked the moment it understood there was a chance for sovereignty in Judea and Samaria: it understood that if sovereignty is applied – there will be no Palestinian state. Now, when there is no sovereignty, from their perspective a state like that can indeed be promoted. And the Israeli government, even if silently, is heading exactly toward that terrible direction. The only thing that can change course is significant internal pressure, from the Right."

Therefore, friends, it is so important that you come tomorrow morning to the Awakening Vigil – to alert, to warn, and to deliver a clear and unequivocal message to the Government of Israel: it is not enough to declare that a Palestinian state will not be established; sovereignty must be applied.

The application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza region is not only the step that will in practice prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state – it is also the only path grounded in historical, moral, and national justice. Sovereignty is not a slogan; it is the simple and direct realization of the truth: the Land of Israel belongs to the People of Israel.

We will meet at 10:00 AM at the Rose Garden Plaza opposite the Prime Minister's Office.

חברים יקרים!

זוכרים את השנים הרבות שנאבקנו על שדמה?

אז יש שכר לפעולתכם – אתמול העלתה מועצת גוש עציון קראוונים למקום והמקום רשמית הפך לישוב. זה לקח שנים של מאבק אבל ב"ה בסוף זה הצליח.

אנו משוכנעות שכך בע"ה גם יהיה עם החלת הריבונות. עלינו להמשיך לדחוף עד שזה יקרה בע"ה. אנו מזכירות לכם שחשוב להגיע ביום א' הקרוב למשמרת מול ישיבת הממשלה בשעה 10:00 בבוקר.

 

לריענון הזיכרון - להלן תזכורת על המאבק למען שדמה יהודית:

בשנת 2007 קבלו יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר טלפון מהעיתונאי חגי הוברמן שעבד בזמנו בעיתון מקור ראשון. הוא גילה שממשלת ישראל (אהוד אולמרט היה ראש הממשלה) מתכוונת להעביר את שדמה לרשות הפלשתינית וחייבים מהר לפעול כדי למנוע את הדבר ולהציל את שדמה.

שדמה, לשעבר בסיס של צה"ל בגוש עציון, הנמצא 5 קילומטרים מהר חומה בירושלים ו-8 קילומטרים מתקוע, ננטש בשנת 2006 מסיבות פוליטיות. שדמה, הנתונה לשליטה ישראלית  -אזור C- מוקמת בנקודה אסטרטגית ביותר, המחברת בין ירושלים למזרח גוש עציון, ומספקת ביטחון לנוסעים בכביש המזרחי של גוש עציון. היה ברור שהרשות הפלסטינית ביקשה להשתלט על המקום כדי לנתק את הרצף היהודי בין ירושלים לבין חלקו המזרחי של גוש עציון.

מבחינה היסטורית, אזור שדמה היה מאוכלס בצפיפות על ידי יהודים בתקופת בית ראשון ושוב מיושב בתקופת בית שני. נמצאו שרידים ארכיאולוגיים של התיישבות יהודית באזור שדמה מתקופות ההלניסטית, הרומית, הביזנטית והממלוכית. החשמונאים ניהלו שם את קרב הניצחון האחרון שלהם.

מיד בהיוודע הסכנה ששדמה תיפול בידי הרשות הפלשתינית, כונסה חבורה של אנשים מגוש עציון וירושלים שקראו לעצמם "הועד למען שדמה יהודית".

הם החליטו שעליהם להראות נוכחות תמידית במקום ע"י פעילויות תרבותיות ארץ-ישראליות. ארגנו אירועים, הרצאות, קונצרטים, סמינריונים, הקימו את הועד למען שדמה יהודית בכנסת. הכל בעידוד של מועצת גוש עציון – בשנה שעלו לשדמה ראש המועצה היה שאול גולדשטיין. אחריו הגיע דוידי פרל.

במשך שנים קיים הועד למען שדמה יהודית פעילות תרבותית  רציפה במקום בהשתתפות רבים וטובים שבאו בכל מזג אוויר. ביניהם גם שרים וחברי כנסת. בהתחלה נאבקה החבורה ממש באנרכיסטים אירופאים וערבים שניסו להשתלט על המקום.  ב"ה בזכות המסירות של כל כך הרבה פעילים שבאו כל פעם בחום ובקור – הצליחו בסייתע דשמיא להציל את המקום ולהחזיר את שדמה לידיים יהודיות ואף, בזכות תורמים נדיבים,  לשפץ את המבנים, לקבוע מזוזה ולהכניס למקום ספר תורה (ראה כתבה מצורפת).

ב2013 ביקש הצבא רשמית מיהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר לקבל את מפתחות שדמה כי הצבא החליט לחזור לשם. מבחינת הועד למען שדמה יהודית זו כבר היתה הצלחה ראשונית. הצבא השקיע כסף רב כדי לשפץ את המקום ולהפוך אותו לבסיס רציני. ואתמול, ערב ראש חודש כסלו,  20.11.2025 ב"ה הועלו לשם קראוונים ע"י מועצת גוש עציון והמקום ב"ה יהפוך לישוב .

ישר כח לכל הפועלים במשך כל השנים.

Mazal Tov! With G-d's help  Shdema Has Become a Recognized Yishuv!

Dear friends,

Do you remember all the many years we fought for Shdema?
Well, your efforts have borne fruit—yesterday the Gush Etzion Regional Council placed caravans on the site, and Shdema has officially become a Yishuv.  It took years of struggle, but thank G-d, in the end we succeeded.

We are convinced that, G-d willing, the same will be true regarding the application of sovereignty. We must continue to push until it happens, with G-d's help. We remind you of the importance of coming this Sunday to the vigil in front of the government meeting at 10:00 a.m.

To refresh our memory, here is a summary of the struggle for a Jewish Shdema:

In late 2007, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar received a phone call from journalist Haggai Huberman, then working for Makor Rishon. He had discovered that the Israeli government (Ehud Olmert was prime minister at the time) intended to transfer Shdema to the Palestinian Authority, and urgent action was needed to stop this and save the area.

Shdema, a former Israeli army base in Gush Etzion, 5 kilometers from Jerusalem's Har Homa, and 8 kilometers from Tekoa, was abandoned in 2006 for political reasons. Shdema, under Israeli control (Area C), is located at an extremely strategic point, that connects between Jerusalem and eastern Gush Etzion, and provides security for those traveling on the eastern Gush Etzion road. It was clear that the Palestinian Authority wished to seize the site in order to block Jewish continuity between Jerusalem and the eastern part of Gush Etzion.

Historically speaking, the Shdema area was densely populated by Jews during the First Temple period and resettled again during the Second Temple period. Archeological remains of Jewish settlement in the Shdema area have been identified from the Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, and Mameluke periods. The Hasmoneans waged their final victorious battle there.

Yehudit and Nadia immediately gathered a group of residents from Gush Etzion and Jerusalem and they called themselves "The Committee for a Jewish Shdema."
They resolved to maintain a constant presence on the site by holding Land of Israel cultural activities at the site. They organized events and lectures, concerts and seminars and established the Committee for a Jewish Shdema in the Knesset—all with the encouragement of the Gush Etzion Regional Council. The year they first ascended to Shdema, the council head was Shaul Goldstein. After him was davidi Perl.

For years, activists of the Committee for a Jewish Shdema held continuous activities there, joined by many devoted supporters from Israel and abroad who came in every type of weather—including ministers and Knesset members. At the beginning, the group struggled against European anarchists and local Arabs who tried to take over the area. Thank G-d, thanks to the dedication of so many activists who came time and again in heat and cold, they succeeded—with G-d's help—in saving the place, returning Shdema to Jewish hands, and, with the help of generous donors, renovating the buildings, affixing a mezuzah, and bringing in a Torah scroll (see attached article).

In 2013, the army officially asked Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar to please hand over the keys to Shdema, as the IDF had decided to return to the site. For the Committee for a Jewish Shdema, this already represented a major victory. The army invested significant resources in renovating the area and turning it into a serious base. And yesterday, on the eve of Rosh Chodesh Kislev, November 20, 2025, thank G-d, the Gush Etzion Regional Council placed caravans there, and the site is now becoming a Yishuv, thank G-d.

נתיב למדינה פלשתינית = התחייבות בלי דרך חזרה
"נתיב אמין למדינה פלסטינית" נשמע כפשרה מדינית מתונה אך זו מלכודת אסטרטגית המאיימת על קיומנו כי היא נותנת לגיטימציה לשקר של "עם פלסטיני עם זכות למדינה". כל ממשל אמריקאי עתידי, האיחוד האירופי, והעולם כולו ידרשו: "התחייבתם – עכשיו תבצעו!"
המשמעות המיידית: הכרה בינלאומית שיכולה להפוך לצונאמי מדיני.

התעוררו מהאשליה:
התחייבות לצעוד ב"נתיב" להקמת מדינה פלסטינית מעניקה ניצחון לסינוואר. היא עוול לאמת ולצדק, יריקה בפני התנ"ך, והמשך גרוע יותר של הסכמי אוסלו שהביאו אלימות במקום שלום. במקום יציבות אזורית שאנו צועדים אליה בדם יזע ודמעות - לב הארץ יהפוך למרחב מאויים. מה שעלול להביא על האזור מבול חדש של טרור ואלימות.

במקום נתיב למדינת טרור שמאיימת על לב המדינה - יש להבהיר שוב את מה שלמדנו בכאב: רק ישראל אחראית על גבולות הביטחון שלה. ריבונות ישראלית בין הים לירדן - היא התוכנית היחידה שתשמור על ישראל כמדינת הלאום של העם היהודי.

The UN Security Council has passed a US-backed Resolution which "offers a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood".

A "Pathway to a Palestinian state" = No Turning Back

"A credible pathway to a Palestinian State" may sound moderate—but it's a commitment and a strategic trap. It legitimizes the falsehood of a so-called "Palestinian people with a right to a state." Any future U.S. administration, the European Union, and the world at large will demand: "You committed—now deliver!"

Immediate risk: international recognition that could trigger a political tsunami.

Wake Up From the Illusion

Committing to a "pathway" toward the establishment of a Palestinian state hands a victory to Sinwar. It is n injustice to truth and justice, an affront to the Bible, and a worse continuation of the Oslo accords, which brought violence instead of peace. Instead of the regional stability-the heart of the country will become a threatened zone. This will bring upon the region a new wave of terror and violence.

A New Dawn

Instead of a pathway to a terrorist state that endangers the heart of the nation- we must once again state the painful lesson we have learned: Only Israel must be responsible for its security borders. Israeli sovereignty between the sea and the Jordan river is the only plan that will preserve Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish People.

 

Have we woken up? Good! Join us this coming Sunday at the Rose Garden plaza, outside the Prime Minister's Office. Together, we will sound the alarm outside the Cabinet meeting.

סכנת "הנתיב" שפותחת ארה''ב למדינה פלשתינית

ההחלטה האמריקאית שהוגשה למועצת האו"ם כוללת את מה שהוגדר כ"נתיב מהימן להגדרה עצמית ומדינה פלשתינית", מה שיתכן ונשמע לתמימים שבינינו כפשרה מדינית מתונה. בפועל מדובר במלכודת אסטרטגית המאיימת על ביטחון ישראל ועל יציבות האזור.

 

בשורות הבאות נמנה כמה מטעמים המרכזיים האמורים לקומם ולהדאיג כל ישראלי הדואג לעתיד עמו וארצו:

 1. הנתיב המוצע אינו הבטחה, אלא מדרון

 

היסטורית הוכח כי כל "מחווה" או "צעד מדיני ראשון" הפכו לבסיס לדרישה הערבית הבאה מישראל, ודרישה זו היא הזמנה לדרישה נוספת וחוזר חלילה.

 

הסכמה ישראלית להיכנס לנתיב מדיני מכניסה את ישראל למסלול לחץ, שבו כל עצירה תוגדר כ"משבר דיפלומטי" שבו תואשם ישראל. לעומת זאת איש בעולם לא יראה בטבח או בגל טרור עילה לחדול את הלחץ על ישראל.

 

בפועל, מדובר יהיה בהתחייבות עתידית, גם ללא הסכמה ישראלית מלאה.

 

2.  האגדה על פירוז המדינה שתקום

 

הניסיון הכואב והצרוב בכולנו מעזה מוכיח: גם אם על מסמך כלשהו כתובה המילה "פירוז",  בפועל מדובר בתקווה תמימה (או מיתממת) שאין כל דרך לאכוף אותה.

 

מדינה פלשתינית ביהודה ושומרון משמעותה:

טילים על גוש דן,

שליטה על רכסי ההר,

נתיב הברחות מאיראן,

איום ישיר על נתב"ג ומרכזי האוכלוסיה הישראלית,

בריתות עם מדינות עוינות לישראל.

 

זהו איום קיומי למדינת ישראל ותושביה.  לא פחות מכך.

 

3.  שדרוג מעמדו הבינלאומי של האויב

 

ה"נתיב" המדובר מעניק לפלשתינים הכרה כעם כביכול ריבוני בהתהוות.

 

המעמד הזה יאפשר להם להצטרף לארגונים בינלאומיים, לקדם תביעות בהאג, לדרוש את גבולות 67 כנקודת מוצא.

 

במילים אחרות: האויב יקבל מדינה דיפלומטית בלי שאפילו יידרש לוותר על הטרור.

 

4.  לחץ מערבי מתמשך

 

הסכמה ישראלית לאותו נתיב מסוכן תגרור אחריה דרישות אירופאיות ואמריקאיות, מממשל זה או אחר, לקיים את שישראל התחייבה לו.

 

המשמעות המיידית היא:

עצירת בנייה ליהודים,

התחייבות לנסיגות,

פגיעה בביטחון.

 

במילים אחרות, הנתיב המדיני הופך לקולר על צווארה של ישראל.

 

5.  חיזוק איראן וקריסת הגוש הפרו־מערבי

 

מדינה פלשתינית תיצור:

 

בסיס נוסף לאיראן,

זעזוע בממלכות המפרץ המתונות,

פירוק הציר האמריקאי־ישראלי.

 

במקום יציבות אזורית נקבל אנחנו, ויקבל האזור כולו ואף מעבר לו, כאוס שיחזק את האויבים של כולם.

 

6.  פגיעה בחיי היום־יום של ישראל

 

מדינה פלשתינית תפגע ב:

תנועת ההתיישבות,

בתחבורה בין צפון לדרום,

בנגישות ירושלים,

בביטחון האזרחי,

בכלכלה באזור המרכז.

 

מדינת טרור שכזו תהפוך את לב הארץ למרחב בלתי יציב.

 

7.  ומעל הכל והכי גרוע:

 

התייצבות ארה"ב לצד ה"נתיב" המוביל להקמת מדינה פלשתינית מהווה עוול לאמת ולצדק ובנוסף ניצחון למטרותיו של סינוואר. זו תהיה יריקה בתנ"ך, תוך כניעה לכוחות החושך. המשך ישיר של אוסלו ואף גרוע יותר.

 

נסכם בקצרה: 

 

"הנתיב" למדינה פלשתינית איננו "מחווה", אלא סיכון ביטחוני מוכח, מלכודת דיפלומטית ופתיחת דלת לאיום ממשי על ליבה של ישראל.

 

במקום נתיב שיוביל להחלשת ישראל — יש לחזק את הריבונות, להעמיק שליטה ישראלית בשטח, ולהבהיר לעולם: רק ישראל אחראית על גבולות הביטחון שלה.

ריבונות ישראל בין הים לירדן היא התוכנית היחידה האפשרית למדינת הלאום של העם היהודי.

 

לנוכח כל זאת אנו קוראים לכולם להגיע יחד איתנו ביום א' הקרוב בשעה 10:00 לשערי ישיבת הממשלה. שם נקרא לשרי הממשלה  ולראש הממשלה בקריאה הברורה:

ארה"ב לוחצת? אל תכנעו!!!

The Danger of the "Pathway" the U.S. Is Opening Toward a Palestinian State

The American resolution submitted to the UN Security Council includes what is defined as "a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood," something that may sound to the more naïve among us like a moderate political compromise. In practice, it is a strategic trap that threatens Israel's security and the stability of the region.

Below are several central points that should alarm and concern every Israeli who cares about the future of his people and his land:

1. The proposed path is a slippery slope

Historically, every "gesture" or "first political step" has become the basis for the next Arab demand from Israel, and that demand becomes an invitation for yet another one, and so on.

Israeli agreement to enter a political process places Israel on a track of pressure, where any halt will be defined as a "diplomatic crisis" for which Israel will be blamed. Meanwhile, no one in the world will treat a massacre or a wave of Arab terror as grounds to stop the pressure on Israel.

In practice, it would amount to a future commitment—even without full Israeli consent.

2. The myth of demilitarizing the state that would be established

Our painful and searing experience from Gaza proves: even if the word "demilitarization" is written on some document, in practice it is a naïve (or feigned) hope with no way to enforce it.

A Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria would mean:

Missiles on the Tel Aviv metropolitan area,

Arab Control of the mountain ridges,

A smuggling route from Iran,

A direct threat to Ben-Gurion Airport and Israeli population centers,

Alliances with states hostile to Israel.

This is an existential threat to the State of Israel and its residents. Nothing less.

3. Upgrading the enemy's international standing

The proposed "path" grants the Arab Palestinians recognition as a supposedly sovereign people in the making.

This status would allow them to join international organizations, advance claims in The Hague, and demand the 1967 borders as a starting point.

In other words: the enemy would receive a diplomatic state without even being required to renounce terror.

4. Continuous Western pressure

Israeli agreement to this dangerous path would bring with it European and American demands—by this administration or another—to carry out what Israel would have committed to.

The immediate meaning is:

A freeze on Jewish construction,

Commitments to withdrawals,

Harm to security.

In other words, the political path becomes a collar around Israel's neck.

5. Strengthening Iran and the collapse of the pro-Western bloc

A Palestinian state would create:

Another base for Iran,

Shockwaves in the moderate Gulf kingdoms,

The unraveling of the American-Israeli axis.

Instead of regional stability, we—and the entire region and beyond—would receive chaos that strengthens everyone's enemies.

6. Harm to Israel's day-to-day life

A Palestinian state would harm:

Movement of Israeli communities,

Transportation between north and south,

Access to Jerusalem,

Civilian security,

The economy in the central region.

Such a terror state would render the heart of the country unstable.

7. And above all, the worst of all:

America's alignment with the "path" leading to a Palestinian state constitutes an injustice to truth and justice, and additionally a victory for Yehieh Sinwar's objectives. It would be a spit in the face of the Bible, a surrender to the forces of darkness—a direct continuation of Oslo and even worse.

In summary:

The "path" to a Palestinian state is not a "gesture," but a proven security risk, a diplomatic trap, and an opening to a real threat against Israel's heartland.

Instead of a path that weakens Israel, sovereignty must be strengthened, Israeli control over the territory deepened, and the world must be told clearly: only Israel is responsible for its security borders. Complete Israeli sovereignty between the sea and the Jordan is the only viable plan for the nation-state of the Jewish people.

In light of all this, we call on everyone to join us this coming Sunday at 10:00 at the gates of the Prime Minister's Office. There we will call upon the ministers and the Prime Minister with a clear message: America is pressuring? Do not capitulate!!!
