אין כניסה ליהודים

יום רביעי הקרוב ב7:30 בבוקר -עצרת המחאה בפתח הר הבית

 

ביום שלישי בערב השבוע הודיע מפקד יחידת המקומות הקדושים, תנ"צ אבי ביטון, שהר הבית יישאר סגור ליהודים ולתיירים לפחות עד לאחר עיד אל פיטר, כלומר לכל המוקדם ייפתח ההר לאלו שאינם מוסלמים  ביום ראשון הבא, ה' באלול (11.8). 

זו שבירת כלים וכללים. גם אם ההר ישוב וייפתח אז בפני מי שאינם מוסלמים (וזה כעת כבר לא בטוח כלל) נקבע ברמדאן הנוכחי תקדים מסוכן - מרבית החודש ההר היה סגור או כמעט סגור בפני מי שאינם מוסלמים.

 

גם בימים המעטים שבהם התאפשרה עליית יהודים להר היא נעשתה תוך התנכלות מוסלמית בלתי פוסקת, ויש להודות - גם התנכלות משטרתית קשה. בין השאר הוברח לפני שבועיים מההר בידי המון מוסלמי גם סגן שר החוץ בממשלת ישראל, זאב אלקין. המשטרה לא מנעה את ההתנפלות בצווחות עליו ועל משפחתו. 

הערבים מצאו את השיטה שחיפשו תמיד כיצד להיפטר מהנוכחות היהודית בהר - איומים באלימות - והמשטרה תמיד מתקפלת. תמיד מתקפלת. עשר שנים לפתיחתו המחודשת של הר הבית - סגירתו לצמיתות בפנינו נראית קרובה מתמיד.

 

נראה שהמשטרה משגרת כאן בלון ניסוי. היא מנסה לבדוק האם הר הבית חשוב לציבור יהודי גדול, או שמא למתי מעט משוגעים לדבר (אולי סתם משוגעים). די ברור שאם הפעם זה יעבור בשקט, המצב היהודי בהר ילך ויחמיר, וכבר אין עוד הרבה לאן להידרדר. 

 

זו הסיבה שהמטה המשותף לתנועות המקדש החליט לקיים עצרת מחאה בפתח הר הבית, בכניסה לגשר המוגרבים בר"ח אלול, יום רביעי הקרוב (7.8) בשעה 7:30 בבוקר. הבה נזכיר למשטרה, להנהגת העם הזה, לעצמנו ולעולם כולו מהו המקום הקדוש באמת לעם היהודי - הר הבית ולא הכותל. כל מי שהאתר המקודש בעולם והנוכחות היהודית בו יקרים לליבו - ח"כים, שרים, מנהיגים, רבנים וגם יהודים מהשורה - מתבקשים להשכים קום במעט מסירות נפש - ולהגיע לשם.

Wednesday August 7^th at 7:30 am-protest vigil at entrance to Temple Mount

 

This past Tuesday night, the Police Commander in charge of the holy sites, commander Avi Bitton, announced that the Temple Mount will stay closed to Jews and to tourists at least till after Idl-Fitter which means that the Mount will open to non-Muslims not before next Sunday, fifth of Elul, August 11^th 2013.

This is breaking the rules. Even if they really will open it to non-Muslims (which now no longer is for sure), this current Ramadan a dangerous precedent was set – most of the past month the Temple mount was closed or almost closed to non-Muslims.

 

Even in the few days that it was allowed for Jews to go up, it was done with constant abuse by the Muslims and we must admit…also abuse by the police. For instance, two weeks ago, Deputy Foreign Minister of Israel Zeev Elkin was chased away from the Temple Mount by a crowd of Muslims. The police did not do anything to prevent the screaming and harassment and threats by the Muslims against Elkin and his family.

 

The Arabs found the method how to get rid of the Jewish presence – by threats and violence- and the Israel Police always fold. Always fold. It is ten years to the re-opening of the Temple Mount to Jews and its closing to Jews seems closer than ever.

 

It seems the police is throwing a trial balloon. They try to see if the Temple Mount is important to a large Jewish population, or only to some "crazies". It is obvious that if this passes quietly, it will get worse for the Jews.

 

That is why the joint committee of the Temple Mount organizations decided to hold a protest vigil at the entrance of the Temple Mount, at the entrance of the Mugrabim bridge, this coming Wednesday, August 7^th at 7:30 am in the morning.

 

Let's remind the police, the political leadership, ourselves and the world what is the holiest place for the Jewish People. It is the Temple Mount and not the Kotel (Western Wall).

 

All those to whom a Jewish presence at the Jews' most holy site in the world is important, is asked to wake up early Wednesday morning and come.
