יצחק הרשקוביץ בן ה82 לא ויתר למשך 18 עד שסולקה כנופיית הערבים שהשתלטה על ביתו שהוא

רכש כדין  בגבעת המטוס בירושלים.

 

יצחק הרשקוביץ מזמין את הציבור לחגוג עמו חנוכת הבית בע"ה בהושענא רבה הקרוב ב12:00 בצהריים.

סוכה תוצב במקום.

 

במכתב הנלווה שיצחק כתב באנגלית  הוא מזמין את הציבור לבוא לחגוג עמו. הוא מפרט איך להגיע (אוטובוסים 71, 72, 74, 75, 5, 30) לגבעת המטוס על דרך חברון.

הוא גם מודה להקב"ה על שהוא זכה במשפט נגד הכנסייה האורתודוקסית היוונית ובקרוב יוכל גם לסלול כביש ישר לביתו.

Yitzhak Herskovitz, 82 years old, did not give up and after 18 years of battles succeeded in expelling the Arab gang from his property and returning to his house , located in Givat HaMatos in Jerusalem on Derech Hevron- purchased in 1988 and squatted upon by Arabs till recently.

 

Yitzhak is a hero and an example of complete dedication for the Land of Israel.

In the letter written by him below , Yitzhak invites he public to come to the dedication of his house on Hoshana Raba at noon:

 

Join us on the day of Hoshanah Raba at 12 noon for the dedication ``Yitzchak Herskovitz in Givat Hamatos.  We will meet and gather at the very old stone house of Yitzchak Herskovitz.  The location of this house is approximately 500 meters from the bus stop that is located on Derech Hebron Road.  Plans are now being made to grade this private dirt road and to upgrade it.  It will then be paved with asphalt to the standards of the city of Jerusalem.  The cost of this will have to be done at the expense of Yitzchak Herskovitz as this is his private Road to his property.

 

The Bus stop on Derech Hebron Road serves these following bus lines. No.71; No. 72; No.74; No. 74; No. 75; No. 5; and No. 30.

 

The bus line twenty one Aleph does not stop at this bus located on Derech Hebron Road.  It goes directly to Gevat Hamatos and to the streets which is above my property.  The problem is there is no easement from there to my property.  The realality is that I am land locked with out the use of my dirt road going to my property.   I must thank  G-d     in winning  of my court case that I had with the Greek Orthodox Church so that a building permit can be had in the improvements that shall be made to this Road.
