קמפיין בחירות חדש: בוחרים ריבונות
קמפיין שלטי חוצות חדש קורא למועמדי הימין לכנסת להציג את חזון החלת ריבונות ישראל על שטחי יהודה ושומרון ולמצביעים להקפיד לבחור במועמדים המתחייבים לקדם את חזון הריבונות כתכנית מדינית.

תנועת 'נשים בירוק' ממנפת את מערכת הבחירות לקידום חזון החלת הריבונות הישראלית על יהודה ושומרון ובהמשך ישיר לשורת הפעילויות שביצעה עד כה פותחת התנועה בקמפיין הקורא לתמוך במועמדים המעלים את חזון הריבונות כאלטרנטיבה המדינית הציונית ההכרחית והריאלית עבור מדינת ישראל.
ברחבי הארץ מופצים ביממות האחרונות שלטי חוצות תחת הכותרת 'בוחרים ריבונות' ולצידה הקריאה: "מצביעים למועמדים התומכים בריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון". שלטים שכאלו נתלו על לוחות מודעות, טרמפיאדות מרפסות ועוד.
במקביל הפנו ראשי תנועת 'נשים בירוק', יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מכתבי קריאה לחברי הכנסת במחנה הימין ובהם קריאה להניף בגאון את חזון הריבונות כחלק ממצעם המדיני. מכתבים נשלחו גם לרבנים מובילים הנקראים לעורר את השיח הציבורי סביב חזון הריבונות וכך גם ראשי מועצות הנקראים להוביל גם הם את השינוי התודעתי בציבוריות הישראלית סביב חזון הריבונות.
את מכתבן לחברי הכנסת כתבו קצובר ומטר תחת הכותרת "העם קורא לריבונות ישראל על ארץ ישראל". במכתב עצמו נאמר לחברי הכנסת: "מערכת הבחירות שאליה אנו נכנסים מתאפיינת ברצון לאמירות ברורות. הסיבה לכך: רוב העם התפכח והפנים שוויתורים לא יובילו את ישראל אלא למבוי סתום שכל כולו טרור ושפיכות דמים ואבדן דרך. אזרחי ישראל חזו וחוו בכאב טראגי כיצד הסכמי אוסלו, הגירוש מגוש קטיף, היעדר הכרעה חד משמעית ב'צוק איתן' והקפאת הבנייה ביו"ש ובירושלים הובילו את המדינה ליתר בידוד בינלאומי, לתביעה ממנה לוויתורים גדולים עוד יותר וללגיטימציה בינלאומית לטרור הערבי בארץ ובעולם".
עוד כותבות השתיים כי "היסוסיהן המתמשכים של ממשלות ישראל באשר לעתיד יהודה ושומרון הם שגורמים למדינות העולם לתמוך במדינה פלשתינית. את תקוותיהם וחלומותיהם של הערבים להקמת מדינה פלשתינית על חורבותיה של ישראל תצטרך הממשלה הבאה לבלום ואת זאת ניתן לעשות במהלך היסטורי שאין מוצדק ממנו: החלת ריבונות ישראל על ארץ ישראל. בלכתו לקלפיות יבחר עם ישראל במי שיוביל את אתגר החלת הריבונות".
"בשעה זו עיני הציבור הישראלי כולו נשואות אליכם, מנהיגי ונבחרי הציבור. אתם נשאלים בבימות השונות באשר לחזון האלטרנטיבי אותו אתם רואים לנגד עיניכם. זו שעת מנהיגות. זו שעה שבה העם מצפה לשמוע מכם אמירות אמיתיות בדבר עתידה של ישראל. אנו קוראים לכם להעלות בגאון את חזון הריבונות, להפוך את שיח הריבונות למטבע לשון שגור בפיכם ללא מורא וללא חשש"
לראשי המועצות ביהודה ושומרון מוסיפות ראשי 'נשים בירוק' וכותבות כי "הערבים מובילים כעת מהלך מדיני של הכרה בהם כמדינה. מול המהלך המדיני שלהם עלינו לקדם מהלך מדיני. הדרך לכך מתחילה בכם, ראשי המועצות ביהודה ושומרון, העומדים מול הציבור, העומדים בקשר הדוק עם המתמודדים לכנסת. זו העת לקדם את האמת היסודית והבסיסית שלנו בגלוי– ארץ ישראל שלנו ועלינו להיות בה הריבונים היחידים! קול צלול שכזה העם בישראל ובתפוצות מבקש לשמוע. זהו קולו של מצפן האמת שמקורו בתנ"ך".
ראשי המועצות נקראים להיות "קובעי הטון בשיח הציבורי. החזירו את העם כולו אל שיח הריבונות בגאון וללא מורא".
קצובר ומטר חושפות היום גם את נוסח המכתב שנשלח לרבנים מובילים בו נכתב כי "בימים סוערים אלה, ימים בהם עם ישראל מותקף בטרור מחד ובתביעות מדיניות מאידך ואלה גם אלה מבקשים לרפות את ידי עם ישראל ולנגוס באחיזתו בארץ הקודש, אנו קוראים לכם, רבני ישראל, מובילי רוחו של העם, לפעול לשינוי השיח הלאומי בישראל. מתוך הציווי שהצטווה עם ישראל לשבת בארץ ולרשת אותה עולה הקריאה הרוחנית והמעשית להחלת ריבונות ישראל על ארצו. קריאה זו מקבלת חיזוק של ממש עם קריסתו של חזון התעתועים המסוכן של חלוקת הארץ והקמת מדינת טרור בליבה של ארץ הקודש. קריסה זו מלווה בשפך דם יהודי נורא ובחילול שם שמים בעיני האומות".
"בתקופה זו שבה ועולה בציבוריות הישראלית שאלת האלטרנטיבה. העם בישראל ובתפוצות מצפה לקול מנהיגותי צלול וברור שיתווה את דרכו לחיזוק אחיזת ישראל בארצו. בשעה זו אנו מבקשים מכב' לחזק את השיח על ריבונות עם ישראל בארצו ולהפיח בעם רוח חדשה ורעננה שמקורה במעייני תורתנו הקדושה. החלת ריבונות ישראל על ארצו אינה רק תואמת את מצוות התורה אלא מהווה את החזון המציאותי היחיד שיעניק לישראל יציבות וביטחון. בכוחו של כב' להיות מנושאי דגל השינוי התודעתי של עם ישראל השב אל ארץ ישראל כולה, ומתוקף חזרתו זו אל ערש הולדתו בחברון ובבית אל, בשכם ובשילה, נובע מקור כוחנו המוסרי לבניית מדינתנו הריבונית בכל שאר חלקי הארץ".
את מכתבן חותמות השתיים בקריאה אל כל אחד מהרבנים "כי גם קולו של כב' ישמע ברמה בין כותלי בית המדרש ובין בציבוריות הישראלית מתוך הצבת חזון אמת רוחני ומעשי שלאורו יוכלו עם ישראל ומנהיגיו להתקדם במשעולי ההיסטוריה בביטחון וללא מורא".

A New Campaign for the Elections: Choosing Sovereignty
A New billboard campaign calls for the candidates for Knesset of the Right to present the vision of applying Israeli sovereignty over the entire territories of Judea and Samaria and for the voters to be sure to vote for the candidates who commit themselves to the policy of promoting the vision of sovereignty.

The Women in Green movement is using the elections as a tool to promote the vision of application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, and as a direct extension of their previous series of activities, they are beginning a campaign calling for supporting the candidates who raise the vision of sovereignty as the essential and realistic Zionist alternative policy for the State of Israel.
These days billboards are being distributed throughout the entire Land with the caption "Choosing Sovereignty" and with the declaration: "We are voting for the candidates who support Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria". Such signs are hung on bulletin boards, at hitchhiking stations, on balconies and more places.
In parallel, the heads of Women in Green, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, are sending letters to members of Knesset on the Right, calling upon them to raise proudly the vision of sovereignty as part of their political platform. Letters are also being sent to leading rabbis who are called upon to raise a public discussion on the issue of the vision of sovereignty as well as to the heads of councils who are called upon to lead the change in Israeli public consciousness regarding the vision of sovereignty.
The letter that Katsover and Matar wrote to members of Knesset begins with the heading "The People call for Israeli sovereignty over the Land of Israel". In the letter itself, members of Knesset were addressed thus: "The system of elections that we are now entering is characterized by the desire for clear statements. The reason for this: Most of the People have opened their eyes and have internalized the fact that concessions only lead Israel to a dead end that is nothing but terror and bloodshed and our loss of direction. The citizens of Israel have witnessed and experienced with wrenching pain how the Oslo Accords, the expulsion from Gush Katif, the lack of clear resolution in Operation Protective Edge and the building freeze in Judea and Samaria and Jerusalem have led the state to increased international isolation, to demands for even greater concessions and international legitimation of Arab terror in Israel and in the world at large".
The two women also write that "the continual hesitancy of Israeli governments regarding the future of Judea and Samaria are what cause the countries of the world to support a Palestinian state. The Arabs' hopes and dreams to establish a state of Palestine on the ruins of Israel will have to be stopped by the next government of Israel and this can be achieved in a historic step which could not be more justifiable: application of Israeli sovereignty over the Land of Israel. As it goes to the polling places, the People of Israel will choose those who will lead in the challenge of application of sovereignty".
"At this time, the eye of the public is upon you, who are the public's leaders and elected representatives. You are asked on various platforms regarding which alternative vision you see in the future. This is the hour of leadership. This is the hour that the People expect to hear from you true statements about the future of the State of Israel. We call upon you boldly to raise the vision of sovereignty, to turn the discussion over sovereignty into a common subject of discourse that can be raised without fear or concern".
The heads of Women in Green add a message to the heads of council in Judea and Samaria, and write that "the Arabs are now leading a political process of recognizing them as a state. In juxtaposition to their political process we must also promote a political process. This process begins with you, the heads of Judea and Samaria, who stand before the public, and are in close contact with the candidates for Knesset. This is the time to promote our basic and foundational truth openly – the Land of Israel is ours and we must be the Jewish sovereigns in it! The People in Israel and the diaspora want to hear such a clear voice. This is the voice of the true compass, whose source is the Bible".
The council heads are called upon to "determine the tone of public discourse and to bring the entire People to the discussion of sovereignty proudly and without fear".
Katsover and Matar reveal the wording of the letter that was sent to leading rabbis, in which it was written that "during these stormy days, when the People of Israel is attacked with terror on one hand and political demands on the other, and both seek to weaken Israel's hand and to erode her hold on the Holy Land, we call on you, the rabbis of Israel, spiritual leaders of the People, to act for change in the national discussion in Israel. From the commandment upon Israel to settle in the Land of Israel and inherit it, arises the spiritual and practical call to apply Israel's sovereignty on its Land. This call is considerably strengthened by the collapse of the delusional and dangerous vision of dividing the Land and establishing a terror state in the heart of the Holy Land. This collapse is accompanied by terrible Jewish bloodshed and blasphemy in the eyes of the nations".
"During this period, the question of an alternative again arises in Israel. The People in Israel and the diaspora are waiting for the clear and pure voice of leadership that will present its plan to strengthen Israel's hold on its Land. At this time we ask your honor to strengthen the discussion of sovereignty of the People of Israel in its Land and to inspire a new and fresh spirit in the People, whose source is in the springs of our holy Torah. The application of Israeli sovereignty over its Land is not only in accordance with the Torah commandments but also presents the only vision of reality that will provide Israel with stability and security. Your honor has the power to carry the banner of change in consciousness in the People of Israel, who have returned to the entire Land of Israel, and it is the merit of this return to its birthplace in Hevron and Beit El, to Nablus and Shiloh, that is the source of our ethical power and right to build our sovereign state in the remaining parts of the Land".
The two women seal their letter with the call to every one of the rabbis "because the voice of your honor will also be heard above, whether within the walls of the Holy Temple or within the Israeli public, presenting the vision of spiritual and practical truth by whose light the People of Israel and its leaders will be able to progress through the passages of history with security and without fear".
