להלן הפעילויות השבוע בעוז וגאו"ן:
· ביום שלישי הקרוב ג' אלול 18/8 בשעה 17:30 תתקיים בע"ה, כמדי יום שלישי בקיץ, פעילות לילדים. השבוע עם הרבנית אסתר בן נון –"חומרים, ידיים וראש".
הביאו את הילדים והנכדים, הביאו פיקניק ותהנו מצהריים-ערב מקסים במקום נפלא ומשמעותי.
· בע"ה ביום שישי, ו' אלול, 21/8 בשעה 9:00 בבוקר נשמע שיעור מפי הרבנית שני טרגין על הנושא "אני לדודי ודודי לי".
הרבנית שני טרגין, תושבת אלון שבות, בעלת תואר שני בתלמוד ובתנ"ך מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן, שם עומדת לסיים תואר דוקטורט בתנ"ך. משמשת כיועצת הלכתית לענייני טהרת המשפחה לאחר שסיימה תכנית הלכות נידה (קרן אריאל) במדרשת נשמת. היום, היא מכהנת כראש בית המדרש במדרשת לינדנבאום ומלמדת במגוון מכללות לנשים.

Tuesday and Friday at Oz veGaon
Dear Friends,
We hope you are enjoying your summer vacation.
The month of Elul has arrived. The King is in the field….
This week's activities at Oz veGaon:
· Tomorrow Tuesday August 18th at 5:30 pm we will have the weekly children's activity. This time arts and crafts with Rabanit Esther Bin Nun. Bring your children and grandchildren , bring a picnic and enjoy a lovely afternoon-evening in a wonderful and meaningful place.
· This Friday August 21st at 9:00 am we will have the pleasure of listening to a shiur on the month of Elul by Rabani Shani Taragin. "I am my beloved's and my beloved's is mine (ani ledodi vedodi li)". Lecture in Hebrew with simultaneous translation to English.
Shani Taragin completed a B.A. and M.A. in Tanach and Talmud at Bar-Ilan University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D in Tanach while serving as Ram for Tanach in Midreshet Lindenbaum. She also teaches collegiates and adults at MaTaN, Migdal Oz, Sha'alvim for Women, Lander's College, and the Womens' Beit Midrash in Efrat and Ramat Shilo. Shani is a graduate of Nishmat's Keren Ariel Program for certification as a halachic advisor in issues of family purity law. She lectures and leads Tanach tours throughout Israel and serves on the local religious council dealing with issues of Jewish law and education. Shani and her husband Reuven live in Alon Shvut with their six children and serve as leaders in the Katamon community of Eretz Chemdah and the Beit Midrash Program in Camp Moshava.
