Gil Bringer, the Administrator of the Ministerial Committee for Legislation, is the assistant for legislative matters to Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked.
Attorney, Jerusalem resident, 33 years old, with a Master's degree in law, and a marathon enthusiast, he is one of the most powerful people in the field of Israeli legislation.
Bringer also worked for 3 years as a reporter for the Tzedek supplement of Makor Rishon, and afterward became legal adviser to Habayit Hayehudi, assisted in the formulation of hundreds of law proposals and the passage of 50 proposals on the second and third readings.
Bringer says: "There is no legal basis to prevent the application of new legislation in Judea and Samaria".
