משה פלד נולד בבית השיטה, חבר קיבוץ עד היום, אלוף משנה במילואים בחיל השיריון.
נבחר לכנסת ב1992 מטעם צומת (המפלגה של רפול) וב 1996 במסגרת הליכוד-גשר-צומת.
כיהן כסגן שר החינוך, התרבות והספורט.
היה פעיל ושותף במאבק על רמת הגולן. אחרי הגירוש מגוש קטיף וצפון השומרון הוא בנה את הישובים החדשים בחבל לכיש.
למרות גילו המתקדם ודרגתו הבכירה, פלד מתנדב למילואים כנהג של מוביל טנקים.
משה פלד איש ארץ ישראל השלמה. ידיד אמת של ההתיישבות. חבר בפורום ריבונות.

Friday talk with colonel in the reserves Moshe Peled
In honor of the upcoming Jerusalem-Eretz Israel Day on which we celebrate the liberation of Jerusalem and Israel's heartland,
we will hear a talk at Oz veGaon this coming Friday May 19th at 9:00 am by col. In res. Moshe Peled on the topic:
"In honor of 50 years since the liberation- my Jerusalem"
Born in kibbutz Beit HaShita during the Mandate era, Peled did his national service in the Armoured Corps, attaining the rank of colonel.
He became chairman of the Kibbutz Movement's defence committee and of the Northern Settlements Forum for the Defence of the Golan Heights.
A member of the Tzomet secretariat, he was elected to the Knesset on the party's list in the 1992 elections.
He was re-elected on the joint Likud-Gesher-Tzomet list in the 1996 elections, and was appointed Deputy Minister of Education, Culture, and Sport.
Peled was an active partner in the battle to maintain the Golan Heights in Israeli hands.
After the expulsion from Gush Katif and the northern Shomron, Peled established the new communities in the Lakish region.
Despite his advanced age and senior rank, Peled volunteers for reserve duty as a tank driver.
Moshe Peled is a man of Greater Israel. A real friend of the settlement enterprise in Judea and Samaria. A member of the Sovereignty Forum.
