· 9:30-10:15 להרצאתו המרתקת של ארז צדוק "ריבונות חלון הזדמנות" שתעסוק בשאלות:
· האם ניתן לגבש תוכנית מדינית ריאלית? מעשית?
· האם ניתן באקלים הגיאופוליטי הנוכחי לצאת מ"ניהול הסכסוך" לעבר פתרון?
· ומה תפקידה של ריבונות בכל זה?
ארז צדוק כלכלן ואיש עסקים שהציג בפרלמנטים באירופה ובקונגרס בארה"ב תוכנית לפיתוח התעשייה ביו"ש ותוכנית מדינית יבוא להציג אותה בפנינו ולענות על שאלות.

· 9:00 – 9:30 am- to commemorate thirty days since the passing of Ruth Matar z"l, the artist, fighter and founder of the Women in Green movement
There will be an exhibit of some of her artwork, pictures from her struggle for the Land of Israel and the People of Israel.
A mezuzah of her own handiwork will be affixed and her son, Dr. David Matar, will speak words in her memory.
· 9:30 - 10:15 A riveting lecture by Erez Tzadok entitled Sovereignty – a Window of Opportunity, which will deal with the questions:
· Can a realistic political plan be formulated? Can it be practicable?
· Within the present geopolitical climate, is it possible to move from "conflict management" to solution?
· And what is the role of sovereignty in all of this?
Erez Tzadok, an economist and businessman, who has presented a political plan and a plan for industrial development in Judea and Samaria to European parliaments and the U.S. Congress, will come to present it to us and answer questions.
