פרופ' יוג'ין קנטורוביץ' מלמד בבית הספר למשפטים של אוניברסיטת ג'ורג' מייסון, ומתמחה בתחומי המשפט הבינלאומי וחוקתי.
קונטורוביץ ', שעלה לארץ עם משפחתו בשנת 2013, הוא עמית במרכז לענייני ציבור בירושלים, ועומד בראש המחלקה למשפט בינלאומי בפורום קוהלת.
פרופ 'קונטורוביץ' מוכר כאחד המומחים הבולטים בעולם למשפט בינלאומי והסכסוך הישראלי-ערבי.
הוא מתדרך בקביעות ביקורים של מחוקקים ואישי ציבור אירופאים ואמריקאים בנסיעותיהם לישראל, וכן מדבר עם מאות אוניברסיטאות, בתי כנסת, קבוצות יהודיות ומקצועיות בארה"ב ובאירופה.

Professor Eugene Kontorovich is a professor at George Mason's Antonin Scalia School of Law, specializing in constitutional and international law.
Prof.Kontorovich, who made Aliya with his family in 2013, is a fellow of the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, and heads the international law department at the Kohelet Policy Forum.
Prof. Kontorovich is recognized as one of the world's preeminent experts on international law and the Israel-Arab conflict. He has testified repeatedly in both houses of Congress, and regularly briefs visiting European and American legislators and celebrities on their trips to Israel, as well as speaking to hundreds of universities, synagogues, Jewish and professional groups in the U.S. and Europe. A regular op-ed contributor to the Wall Street Journal, his expertise is often sought out and quoted by major news organizations such as The New York Times, NPR News, Associated Press, LA Times, and television and radio programs on Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, Al Jazeera, SkyNews, BBC, NPR, and more.
