תנועת הריבונות: יום חג להתיישבות ולעם ישראל כולו
בתנועת הריבונות רואים בהשלמת העברת הסמכויות האזרחיות ביהודה ושומרון לשר סמוטריץ' נדבך קריטי בדרך לריבונות ישראל ביהודה ושומרון.
תנועת הריבונות מברכת על הסדרת העברת הסמכויות האזרחיות ביהודה ושומרון לידיו של השר במשרד הביטחון, שר האוצר בצלאל סמוטריץ', ומחזקת את ידי ראש הממשלה, מר נתניהו, על השלמת המהלך ברוח טובה ובנפש חפצה לקראת נירמול חייהם של כחצי מיליון אזרחים תושבי יהודה ושומרון, חלוצי דורנו.
בתנועה רואים בהעברת הסמכויות לידיים אזרחיות המשך ישיר לתנופת חיזוק ההתיישבות מאז הוקמה הממשלה החדשה.
"הכשרת תשעת הישובים, ביטול חוק ההתנתקות בצפון השומרון וכעת העברת האחריות האזרחית על יישובי יהודה ושומרון לידי שר המחויב להעצמת ההתיישבות ופריחתה הם מהלכים המהווים נדבך דרמטי בדרך להחלת ריבונות ישראל ביהודה ושומרון", אומרים בתנועה.
ראשי התנועה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מגדירות את יום העברת הסמכויות כ"יום חג של ממש", כלשונן.
"עיון בסעיפי האחריות העוברים לידיו של השר סמוטריץ' מלמדים על מהפך של ממש, שבראשו השוואת החקיקה האזרחית בין יהודה ושומרון לשאר חלקי הארץ. להחלטה זו צפויות השלכות דרמטיות על חייהם וזכויותיהם האזרחיות של מאות אלפי המתיישבים וקידום הבאתם של עוד מאות אלפים נוספים למרחבי יו"ש הממתינים להם".
"ברכותינו שלוחות לראש הממשלה, נתניהו, ולשר הביטחון, יואב גלנט, על המהלך החשוב ועל העבודה המשותפת והברוכה יחד עם השר סמוטריץ' הזוכה להוביל את מהפכת הריבונות בפועל לקראת השלמת הגשמת חזון הריבונות למען ביטחונה ועתידה של ישראל ומתוך עומק הזכות הקדומה של עם ישראל בארצו", דברי קצובר ומטר.

The Sovereignty Movement: A Day of Rejoicing for the Jewish Communities in Judea and Samaria and for the Entire Jewish People
The Sovereignty Movement views the completion of the transfer of civil powers in Judea and Samaria to Minister Smotrich as a critical step on the way to Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria.
The Sovereignty Movement welcomes the regularization of the transfer of civil powers in Judea and Samaria to the Minister in the Ministry of Defense, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, and strongly supports Prime Minister, Mr. Netanyahu, for completing the move with good will as a step toward normalization of the lives of about half a million citizens of Judea and Samaria, the pioneers of our generation.
In the movement, they view the transfer of authority into civilian hands as a direct continuation of the momentum toward strengthening Jewish communities since the establishment of the new government. "The validation of nine communities, the repeal of the law of secession in northern Samaria, and now the transfer of civil responsibility for the communities of Judea and Samaria to a minister committed to bolstering the communities and causing them to flourish are steps that constitute a dramatic stage on the way to the application of Israel's sovereignty in Judea and Samaria," the movement says.
The leaders of the movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, characterize the day of the transfer of powers as "a real day of rejoicing," in their own words.
"Analysis of the areas of responsibility passed into the hands of Minister Smotrich shows a real transformation, headed by the equalization of civil legislation between Judea and Samaria and the rest of the country. This decision is expected to have dramatic consequences for the lives and civil rights of the hundreds of thousands of residents and will promote bringing hundreds of thousands more to the expanses of Judea and Samaria that are awaiting them."
"Our congratulations are extended to Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Galant, for this important step and for the cooperation and blessed work, together with Minister Smotrich who has the privilege of leading the sovereignty revolution in practice on the road to completing the realization of the vision of sovereignty for the sake of Israel's security and future, based on the profound ancient right of the Jewish people to their land," said Katsover and Matar.
