תנועת הריבונות: להשלים את ניצחון ששת הימים
לרגל יום ירושלים מברכת תנועת הריבונות את העיר ואת העם כולו, אך מזכירה את ההכרח שבהשלמת ניצחון מלחמת ששת הימים בהחלת ריבונות ישראל ביהודה שומרון ובקעת הירדן.
בתנועת הריבונות מברכים את תושבי ירושלים לכבוד יום חגה של בירת ישראל, יום השנה ה-56 לשחרורה של העיר מעול הכיבוש הירדני ואיחודה תחת ריבונות ישראל.
התנועה מברכת על הכרזתו של ראש העיר, מר משה ליאון, אודות ההתקדמות בתכנון השכונה שתוקם בעטרות ותשיב ליושנה את עטרת ההתיישבות היהודית במקום. עם זאת שבה וקוראת התנועה לקידום התכנית להפיכתה של ירושלים למטרופולין המרחיב את גבולה המוניציפאלי של העיר מכל עבריה וכולל בתוכו את גוש עציון, מעלה אדומים, מבשרת, גבעת זאב וחלק מיישובי בנימין. מהלך זה, אומרים בתנועה, יאפשר הקמת שכונות נוספות, פארקי תעשייה ותיירות ויסייע בשמירת צביונה הדמוגראפי היהודי של העיר.
"אתגרים רבים מונחים לפתחה של בירת ישראל, וכדי ליישם אותם יש להעמיק את הריבונות והמשילות הישראלית בירושלים ובכך לחדד בעיני העולם כולו, בעיני אויביה של ישראל וגם בעיני הציבור הישראלי עצמו את משמעות שייכותו ההיסטורית של עם ישראל לארצו ולבירתו הנצחית", אומרות יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, העומדות בראש התנועה.
עוד מוסיפות השתיים ומזכירות כי יום חגה של ירושלים הוא יום חג שחרורם של יהודה, שומרון, בקעת הירדן ורמת הגולן במלחמת ששת הימים. "56 שנים חלפו מאז שוחררו חלקים אלה של ארצנו היחידה, 56 שנים חלפו מאז שבנו אל ערש הולדתו של העם היהודי, ועם זאת עד כה טרם הושלם הניצחון שהושג בניסים גלויים של מעטים מול רבים. ניצחון המלחמה השלם יושג עם החלת ריבונות ישראל על כל מרחבי הארץ שניתנו לנו באותם שישה ימי גבורה פלאיים".
"הדרך להגשמת החזון והחלום, כיסופי הדורות, עוברת בצעד הכרחי אותו ניתן נכון וראוי לבצע כבר כעת עם החלת ריבונות ישראל על בקעת הירדן, האזור עליו קיימת הסכמה לאומית רחבה, מימין ומשמאל. מהלך זה יקבע את גבולה המזרחי של ישראל, יחזיר את העם בישראל לתנופת עשייה מדינית ציונית ויהווה בסיס איתן להתחזקותה הביטחונית והכלכלית של ישראל".
בתנועה מביעים ביטחון מלא כי כשם שהריבונות בירושלים וברמת הגולן הוחלה על ידי ממשלת ישראל ולאחר מכן הוכרה על ידי ארצות הברית ומדינות נוספות, כך יקרה גם כאשר תחיל ממשלת ישראל את ריבונותה על יהודה שומרון ובקעת הירדן. "אין ספק, המהלך מאתגר ומחייב היערכות ראויה, אך זהו הצעד שמעליו מתנופפים דגלי הציונות, המוסר והצדק ההיסטורי".

The Sovereignty Movement: Complete the Victory of the Six Day War
The Sovereignty Movement expresses its blessings for the city and the entire People on the occasion of Jerusalem Day, but notes the necessity of completing the victory of the Six Day War by applying Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley.
The Sovereignty Movement congratulates the residents of Jerusalem in honor of the holiday of the capital of Israel on the 56th anniversary of the liberation of the city from the burden of Jordan occupation and its unification under Israeli sovereignty.
The movement welcomes the announcement by the mayor, Mr. Moshe Leon, on the progress made in planning the neighborhood to be established in Atarot, which will restore the crown of Jewish settlement to its original place.
However, the movement once again repeats its call to advance the program to transform Jerusalem into a metropolis and expand the borders of the city in every direction, which will include Gush Etzion, Ma'ale Adumim, Mevaserret, Giv'at Ze'ev and some parts of Binyamin within it.
This step, says the movement, will enable the establishment of additional neighborhoods and industrial and tourism parks and will help maintain the Jewish demographic character of the city.
"There are many challenges involved in developing the capital of Israel and in order to implement them, we must deepen Israeli sovereignty and governance in Jerusalem to make clear to the world, to Israel's enemy and to the Israeli public itself, the significance of the People of Israel's history and sense of belonging to its Land and its eternal capital," say Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, the co-chairwomen of the movement.
The two women go on to remind the public that Jerusalem Day is the day of liberation of Judea, Samaria, the Jordan Valley and the Golan Heights in the Six Day War. "Fifty-six years have passed since the liberation of these parts of our only Land, 56 years have passed since we have returned to the cradle of the Jewish People's homeland, but until now, the victory that was achieved through open miracles of the few against the many has not been completed.
The entire victory will be accomplished only with the application of Israeli sovereignty over the entire expanse of the Land that was given to us in those six days of miracles and heroism."
"The way to the realization of the vision and the dream, the longing of generations, goes necessarily through a step that can properly and appropriately be carried out immediately, with the application of Israeli sovereignty over the Jordan Valley, where there is a broad national consensus, on the Right and on the Left. This step will determine the eastern border of Israel, will restore the People of Israel to a momentum of Zionist political action and will be a strong basis for Israel's security and economic strength."
The movement expresses its full confidence that just as sovereignty over Jerusalem and the Golan Heights was applied by the Israeli government and afterward was recognized by the United States and other countries, the same will happen when the government of Israel applies its sovereignty over Judea, Samaria and the Jordan Valley. "No doubt, the step is challenging and requires suitable preparation but this is the correct Zionist, ethical and historical step."
