נתניהו: אם לא נסגור את הגבול-ישראל לא תהיה יהודית
תנועת הריבונות בעקבות הדווחים על דבריו הבוקר (ג') של ראש הממשלה במהלך החלק הסגור של ישיבת הממשלה:*
"תנועת הריבונות מברכת על דבריו של ראש הממשלה מר בנימין נתניהו בהם הזהיר מפני פליטים שעלולים לשטוף את המדינה ועל הצורך בבנית גדר וחיזוק הגבול המזרחי כדי לשמור על ישראל כמדינה יהודית.
בקעת הירדן היא החומה המזרחית של מדינת ישראל, ועל מנת שגבול זה ימשיך להיות בטוח, יש לעשות צעדים ממשיים של החלת הריבונות והרחבת ההתיישבות בבקעת הירדן תחילה, זאת התשובה הביטחונית והציונית, שזוכה לקנוצנזוס רחב מימין ומשמאל.
אנו קוראים לראש הממשלה, ולממשלת ישראל לפעול בהקדם למען החלת הריבונות במקום ולתת נדבך נוסף של הגנה על המדינה כולה".

NETANYAHU:If we don't close the border, israel will stop being a Jewish State
The Sovereignty Movement following reports on the Prime Minister's remarks this morning (Tuesday) during the closed part of the cabinet meeting in which Netanyahu warned against the many infiltrators entering israel illegally from the Jordan valley:
"The Sovereignty Movement welcomes the words spoken by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today in which he warned that refugees might flood the country and that we must build a fence and strengthen the eastern border in order to preserve Israel as a Jewish state.
The Jordan Valley is the State of Israel's eastern wall and for this border to continue to be safe, it is not enough to build a wall. We must take practical steps to apply sovereignty and expand the settlement enterprise in the Jordan Valley first.
This is the Zionist answer that will enhance security, with a broad consensus on the Right and the Left.
We call on the Prime Minister and the government of Israel to act as soon as possible to apply sovereignty ovee the Jordan valley first, thereby providing an additional layer of defense to the entire country."
