תנועת הריבונות מקבלת בברכה את דבריו של השר בצלאל סמוטריץ בדבר קידום החלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון.*
בתנועה מבקשים לחזק את ידי השר ומציינים כי זה מכבר ממתין עם ישראל לשמוע אמירות ברורות ונחרצות השואפות להגשמת החזון הציוני של ריבונות עם ישראל על כל מרחבי ארצו.
ראשי התנועה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מדגישות כי "אין ספק שהחלת ריבונות היא בראש ובראשונה ביטוי לצדק היסטורי, אך גם מענה לרצחנותו האכזרית של מנהג הטרור סינוו'אר.
במלחמה איבדנו ריבונות ומשום כך התשובה הציונית צריכה להיות החלת ריבונות, יישומה וחיזוקה".
בתנועה מציינים כי "ברור שאין מדובר באתגר פשוט, אך עלינו להסיר את הכפפות ולהכניס ידינו לעומקו של הסכסוך ועומק זה הוא שאלת הבעלות והזכות על ארץ ישראל.
די לגמגומים שליוו את המדיניות הישראלית זה 57 שנים. גמגומים אלה הניבו רוח גבית במפרשי הטרור שהוביל לטבח בוקר שמחת תורה. האויב הערבי מבקש לערער על ריבונותינו ותגובתנו תהיה הוספת עוד ועוד ריבונות יהודית בארץ ישראל, ריבונות שתביא ברכה לעם ישראל, לשכניו ולעולם כולו".
*The Sovereignty Movement to Smotrich: We Encourage You on the Road Ascending to Sovereignty*
The Sovereignty Movement welcomes the words of Minister Bezalel Smotrich regarding the promotion of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
The Movement wishes to encourage the minister and notes that the People of Israel has waited a long time to hear such clear and resolute remarks, aspiring to achieve the realization of the Zionist vision of the People of Israel's sovereignty over all parts of its Land.
The co-chairwomen of the movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, emphasize that "There is no doubt that the application of sovereignty is first and foremost an expression of historic justice, but also an answer to the murderous barbarity of Sinwar's terrorism.
In this war we have lost sovereignty and therefore, the Zionist answer must be the application, implementation and strengthening of sovereignty,".
The movement notes that "It is clear that this is not a simple challenge, but we must take the gloves off and get our hands deep into the conflict and this depth is exactly the question of ownership and rights over the Land of Israel.
Enough with the mumbling and stuttering of Israeli policy of the past 57 years. This stuttering has given a tailwind to terror, which led to the slaughter of Simhat Torah morning. The Arab enemy seeks to overturn our sovereignty and our reaction will be to add more and more Jewish sovereignty in the Land of Israel, sovereignty that will bring about blessings to the People of Israel, to its neighbors and the entire world".
