תנועת הריבונות: ישראל מאבדת ריבונות בבירתה
תנועת הריבונות קוראת למנהיגות בישראל להתעשת ולגלות יוזמה, אחריות וריבונות בירושלים ובארץ כולה.
בתנועה קובעים כי ערביי ישראל מזהים את חולשת ידה של ההנהגה בישראל על מנת להפגין עזות טרוריסטית חסרת תקדים בליבה של מדינת ישראל וביום חגה של ירושלים.
בתנועה קובעים כי "ההחלטה לסגור את הר הבית למבקרים יהודים הינה טעות אסטרטגית חמורה. כל נסיגה ישראלית גוררת אחריה הרמת ראש של פורעים וטרוריסטים.
כך היה אחרי הטעות הקשה בהחלטה להסיר את המחסום בשער שכם, החלטה שבמקום להביא שקט הובילה להסלמה והתעצמות המתקפות הערביות על סמלי הריבונות הישראלית בבירה, משטרה ובתי המשפט, וכעת חוזר התרחיש על עצמו וביתר שאת עם ההחלטה לסגור את הר הבית ליהודים.
הערבים מבינים היטב את משמעות ההחלטה והיא הופכת רוח גבית לטרור".
"על גורמי האכיפה הישראליים לנקוט ביד קשה ותקיפה מול הפורעים ובכך להטמיע באופן חד משמעי את הריבונות הישראלית בכל חלקיה של ירושלים, ובפרט בהר הבית, מקום המקדש", אומרים בתנועה. "יש לעצור את גילויי אזלת היד המשטרתית בירושלים באופן מיידי, בטרם נשלם על כך בחיי אדם ובאבדן שליטה מוחלט בהר ובבירה כולה".
ראשי התנועה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מוסיפות ומציינות את שתיקת חברי הכנסת העוסקים כעת במלאכת הרכבתה של ממשלה.
"האם החתירה לאחדות מדומה שאחריתה ממשלת שיתוק היא שמביאה לשתיקה הרועמת מצידם של מנהיגים?
אם כבר כעת הם כובלים את ידיהם על מנת שלא לייצר חיכוך עם שותפים ממחנה השמאל ומהמפלגות הערביות, כיצד תיראה התנהלותם בתוך הממשלה עצמה?".
The Sovereignty Movement: Israel is losing sovereignty in its Capital
The Sovereignty Movement calls on the leadership of Israel to come to their senses and demonstrate initiative, responsibility and sovereignty in Jerusalem and the entire Land.
The movement states that the Israeli Arabs take advantage of the weakness of the Israeli leadership to perpetrate unprecedented and brazen terrorism in the heart of the State of Israel and on Jerusalem Day.
The movement states that "the decision to close the Temple Mount to Jewish visitors is a serious strategic mistake. Every Israeli withdrawal brings about another round of rioters and terrorists.
This is how it was after the terribly mistaken decision to remove the blockades at the Nablus Gate, which, instead of to bringing about calm, led to an escalation and intensification of Arab attacks on the symbols of Israeli sovereignty in the capital, the police and the court, and now this scenario is repeating itself even more obviously, with the decision to close the Temple Mount to Jews.
The Arabs understand well the significance of the decision, which provides a tailwind to terror".
"Israeli law enforcement bodies must deal with the rioters assertively, to demonstrate unequivocally Israeli sovereignty in all parts of Jerusalem, and especially in the Temple Mount, the place of the Temple", says the movement. "We must stop the manifestations of the police's helplessness in Jerusalem immediately, before we pay for it in human lives and total loss of control in the Temple Mount and the entire capital".
The co-chairwomen of the movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, note the silence of Knesset members, who are now busily engaged in efforts to form a government.
"Is the pursuit of a sham unity what is responsible for the leaders' paralysis?
If even now, their hands are tied because they are reluctant to cause friction with potential partners from the Left camp and Arab parties, how would they behave in such a government?"
