 "שירת הנוער שיר עתידנו

כל עוד הנוער לנו במולדת

בוא יקום חזון עם ישראל" (שמאל בס)

 

הגיע יום חמישי המיוחל ועידת נוער ריבונות ה-7 צריכה להתקיים בשדרות.

התלבטויות, דיונים האם לקיים למרות המתח שמלחמה על קיום מדינת ישראל ועם ישראל עומדת לפרוץ.

השרים, חברי הכנסת, איש הציבור כולם אישרו את בואם לכנס.

הנוער מצפה לועידה, אירוע השיא של השנה בתנועה, בוגרי התנועה כבר בהילוך גבוה של ההכנות, בעצם הכל מוכן. שדרות עיר מדהימה, יפה, שוקקת חיים בבניה, בפריחה, נותנת לנו כוח.

הוחלט: הועידה תתקיים בע"ה כמתוכנן.

מאות בני נוער מגיעים מרחבי הארץ לשדרות. אולם המתנ"ס מתמלא בשמחת נעורים, שירי ארץ ישראל מתנגנים ברקע, אנשי אבטחת אישים של הכנסת והממשלה סיימו את בדיקותיהם.

השרים, חברי הכנסת, אישי ציבור מגיעים לועידה ומרוממים את הרוח שכבר היתה בשמים.

כולם מדברים, מעודדים, מחממים ומדרבנים להמשיך לפעול למען החלת הריבונות על מרחבי ארצנו.

שרי הקבינט שהיו אמורים להגיע מבטלים את הגעתם רגע לפני עלייתם לבמה. מקרינים את סרטוני הברכה ששלחו ברגע האחרון. אנו מבינים שמשהו קורה.

הנוער יוצא מהועידה בסיומה, טעון ומוכן להמשך פעילות. בתום הכנס עלו בני הנוער לאוטובוסים. הגיעו לביתם בשלום. תחושת סיפוק מתגנבת ללב, יש נוער ערכי, מוכן למשימות, מוכן להעמיק ולהגביר את אחיזתנו בארץ ישראל, מבין את ערך הריבונות ויעמוד באתגרים שמתגלגלים לפתחנו.

ב3:00 בבוקר כולנו התעוררנו לקול אזהרת פיקוד העורף: עם ישראל במלחמה.

לכולם היום ברור כמה הריבונות חשובה.

The long-awaited Thursday June 12, 2025 had arrived: the 7th Sovereignty Youth Conference is scheduled to take place in Sderot.

There were deliberations and discussions — should the event go ahead despite the tension, with a war over the existence of the State of Israel and the people of Israel about to erupt?

Ministers, Members of Knesset, public figures — all confirmed their attendance at the conference.

The youth are eagerly anticipating the event — the highlight of the year for the movement. Movement alumni are already in high gear with preparations. In fact, everything is ready.

Sderot is an amazing city — beautiful, vibrant with life, construction, and blossoming — it gives us strength.

The decision was made: the conference will take place, God willing, as planned.

Hundreds of young people arrive from across the country to Sderot. The community center hall fills with youthful joy, songs of the Land of Israel playing in the background. Security personnel from the Knesset and the government complete their checks.

Ministers, Members of Knesset, and public figures arrive at the conference and lift the already sky-high spirits.

Everyone speaks, encourages, warms hearts, and spurs continued efforts for the application of sovereignty over the expanses of our land.

Cabinet ministers who were supposed to attend cancel their arrival moments before taking the stage. Their recorded greetings, sent at the last minute, are screened.

We understand — something is happening.

The youth leave the conference charged and ready to continue their work.

At the end of the event, they board buses and return home safely.

A sense of satisfaction creeps into our hearts — there is a generation of youth with values, ready for tasks, ready to deepen and strengthen our hold on the Land of Israel, who understand the importance of sovereignty and will rise to meet the challenges before us.

At 3:00 a.m., we all wake up to the sound of a Home Front Command alert: the people of Israel are at war.

Today, it is clear to everyone just how important sovereignty is.

Dear Friends,

First and foremost – we thank G-d for the successful Youth Conference held yesterday in Sderot, and for the fortunate timing that the attack on Iran did not occur during the event.

A heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of young people who came from across the country to raise a united and powerful voice: The entire Land of Israel belongs to us – and only to us. It is time to apply sovereignty over our Biblical Heartland.

A special thanks to the inspiring speakers, and to our wonderful host Itamar Fleishman for leading the event with such passion.

Deep appreciation goes to our incredible team of alumni and activists who produced such a professional and impactful conference – it far exceeded expectations, thanks to your dedication.

Warm thanks to our generous donors – your support made this high-level and impressive event possible.

We'll soon be sending out videos and photos from the conference – so many uplifting and inspiring moments to share!

Regarding the security situation: We anticipate that international pressure may increase to establish a Palestinian state as a so-called "calming solution" for the region. We must prepare for a broad and strategic advocacy effort to prevent this scenario.

At this time, we must strengthen the spirit of our people, support the Prime Minister, the government of Israel, and the IDF.

We will continue to monitor developments and keep you updated.

Sovereignty is Coming to Sderot: The Seventh Sovereignty Youth Conference with Party Leaders, Ministers, and senior Members of Knesset will be in attendance to support Sovereignty in Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley._

The 7th Sovereignty Youth Conference will take place tomorrow in Sderot with the theme "Breaking the Cycle – Applying Sovereignty!" Participants will include rabbis, ministers, Knesset members, journalists, and public figures. "Sovereignty will create deterrence, show determination, and increase security. This is the path to protecting the State of Israel."_

 

Hundreds are expected to attend a conference organized by the Sovereignty Movement, which will be held tomorrow (Thursday, June 12th) in Sderot. The conference will call for the application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley. 

Organizers from the Sovereignty Youth Movement say their aim is to strengthen ties between the residents of southern Israel and Judea and Samaria. 

Attendees will include senior coalition members who will publicly call for and support the application of sovereignty.

Among those in attendance will be the co-chairs of the Sovereignty Movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar; Finance Minister and Religious Zionism Party Chairman Bezalel Smotrich; National Security Minister and Otzma Yehudit Party Chairman Itamar Ben Gvir; Heritage Minister Rabbi Amichai Eliyahu; Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee MK Yuli Edelstein; Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi; Constitution Committee Chairman MK Simcha Rothman; Deputy Minister Almog Cohen; MK Dan Illouz; MK Amit Halevi; MK Limor Son Har-Melech; MK Yosef Taib; Mayor of Sderot Alon Davidi; Head of the Sderot Yeshiva Rabbi David Fendel; journalists, media figures, and others.

Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar explained the decision to hold the conference in Sderot as being in order to draw strength and inspiration from the city's residents: "The residents here returned to Sderot after being evacuated from their homes after Oct. 7th and have continued to grow the city with determination. This sends a powerful message to Israel's enemies: You will not defeat us! The spirit of the people of Israel cannot be broken! Even through difficulty, we will rise and grow stronger – because this is our land!"

 

Katsover and Matar continue saying that applying Israeli sovereignty in Judea and Samaria and the Jordan Valley is an appropriate Zionist response as part of achieving victory: "We are in the midst of a war in which our enemies are trying to undermine the bond between the people of Israel and our land, between us and our identity, and us and our capital – Jerusalem. For this reason, we must defeat the enemy, restore control over Gaza and other areas that Israel has abandoned. The way to do so is simple- apply sovereignty!"

They conclude, "Sovereignty will create deterrence, show determination, and increase security. It will also provide Israel with a clear strategic image of victory – one that strengthens our national and international standing. We believe that the way to preserve the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state lies in strengthening sovereignty, fortifying our borders, and cementing the Jewish presence throughout the land."

Oz Zeira, Chairman of the Sovereignty Youth Movement, added "The 7th Youth Sovereignty Conference is a significant and powerful event whose goal is to declare our loyalty to the Land of Israel. We, as the future generation, have come to say: we demand change so that we may live in safety and not in fear for our existence. Hundreds of young people will attend the conference in Sderot, recognizing that what happened in Sderot could happen anywhere in the country if sovereignty is not applied. That's why we are making this demand from Sderot. Ministers, MKs, public figures, and families of hostages will join us in our call and we ask the public to attend as well."

The 7th Youth Sovereignty Conference will take place tomorrow, Thursday (June 12th), at 16:00 at the Sderot Community Center, with the theme "Breaking the Cycle – Applying Sovereignty!"

בליל כ"ד תמוז תשנ"ה ה-20 ביולי 1995, ארבע נשים מאפרת — מרילין אדלר, שרון כ"ץ, איב הרו ונדיה מטר — אספו 30 נשים מאפרת ואמרו להן שהגיע הזמן לפעול. רק כשעלו לרכביהן נחשפו לפרטי המשימה: לעלות לגבעת הדגן, גבעה בקצה הצפוני של תוכנית המתאר של אפרת, ולעמוד על שלהן.

אותו לילה היה התחלתו של מאבק עממי רחב היקף, אשר משך אליו אלפים במחאה על הסכמי אוסלו ב', אשר איימו למסור שטחים לא מיושבים מיישובים יהודיים לידי הרשות הפלסטינית. הנשים והפעילים שהו על הגבעה 11 ימים לפני שפונו על ידי כוחות הביטחון — רק כדי לחזור שוב ושוב.

שלושים שנה מאוחר יותר, גבעת הדגן באפרת וגבעות נוספות ברחבי יהודה ושומרון, שהיו בעבר שנויות במחלוקת, הפכו לשכונות יהודיות פורחות — עדות לעוצמה ולנחישות של אותם חלוצים.

אך רבים לא מכירים את הסיפור במלואו.

30 Years Since the Battle for the Dagan Hill – Time to Tell the Story

SAVE THE DATE: JULY 20, 2025

 

On the night of July 20, 1995, four women from Efrat — Marilyn Adler, Sharon Katz, Eve Harow, and Nadia Matar — gathered 30 local women and told them it was time for action. Only once they were in their cars did they learn the details of their mission: to ascend Givat Hadagan, a hill at the northern edge of Efrat's master plan, and take a stand.

 

That night marked the beginning of a grassroots campaign that would draw thousands, in protest of the Oslo II Accords, which threatened to strip uninhabited areas of Jewish communities and hand them over to the Palestinian Authority. The activists spent 11 days on the hill before being evacuated by police — only to return again and again.

 

Thirty years later, Givat Hadagan in Efrat and other once-contested hills throughout Judea and Samaria are now thriving Jewish neighborhoods — a testament to the strength and determination of those early pioneers.

 

Yet many don't know the full story.

 

We invite all those who took part in this historic battle, as well as anyone who wishes to learn it, to join us for a special evening of storytelling, memory-sharing, and archiving.

חברי קונגרס אמריקאים ביקרו בשמורת עוז וגאו"ן והזדהו עם רעיון הריבונות

זכינו לביקור מרגש ומחזק בשמורת עוז וגאו"ן: חברי הקונגרס האמריקאי אנדרו קלייד ואשתו ד"ר ג'ניפר קלייד, יחד עם חבר הקונגרס מרטין סוטצמן ורעייתו כריסטי. הביקור התקיים במסגרת פעילות פרויקט YesIsrael Missions,  ביוזמתם של רותי ליברמן, אריק דיוויס, אבי אבלו ושרה פאיילי

במהלך הסיור שמעו האורחים מפי יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, יושבות ראש תנועת הריבונות, על חשיבות החלת הריבונות הישראלית ביהודה, שומרון ועזה. האורחים הזדהו עם הרעיון והבטיחו לקדם אותו. 

בסיום הביקור חברי הקונגרס ורעיותיהם נטעו שני עצי זית בשטח השמורה — כסמל חי של הקשר העמוק שלהם לארץ התנ"ך. 

אנו מודים להם מקרב לב על עמידתם האיתנה לצידה של ישראל, ועל ההזדהות עם ערכי הריבונות והציונות. ככתוב: "ואברכה מברכיך" — יבורכו כל אלו התומכים בזכותו של עם ישראל על ארצו.

U.S. Congressmen Visit Oz veGaon Nature Reserve and Express Support for the Application of Sovereignty

We were honored by an emotional and uplifting visit to the Oz veGaon Nature Reserve: U.S. Congressman Andrew Clyde and his wife Dr. Jennifer Clyde, along with Congressman Martin Stutzman and his wife Christy. The visit was part of the YesIsrael Missions project, organized by Ruthie Lieberman, Eric Davis, Avi Abelow, and Sarah Paley.

During the visit, the guests heard from Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, co-chairs of the Sovereignty Movement, about the importance of applying Israeli sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and Gaza. The visitors expressed their identification with the idea and pledged to support it.

At the conclusion of the visit, the congressmen and their wives planted two olive trees in the reserve — as a living symbol of their deep connection to the Land of the Bible.

We thank them wholeheartedly for their steadfast support for Israel and their alignment with the values of sovereignty and Zionism. As it is written: "Blessed are those who bless Israel" — all who support the Jewish people's right to their land will be blessed.

מהר סיני לריבונות: מעצבים את מנהיגי העתיד של ישראל

 

חברים יקרים

חג השבועות הוא לא רק זיכרון היסטורי – הוא הצהרת זהות. במעמד הר סיני קיבל עם ישראל את תעודת הזהות הרוחנית והלאומית שלו – את התורה. התורה קובעת את מהותנו כעם, את מקומנו בארץ ישראל, ואת ייעודנו בעולם – להיות אור לגויים, מתוך הקמת מדינה מוסרית, יהודית ועצמאית בכל חבלי ארץ ישראל.

 

המאבק שמתחולל נגד מדינת ישראל, כלפי חוץ וכלפי פנים, אינו רק מאבק מדיני או פוליטי – הוא מאבק על הזהות. זהו מאבק נגד התורה, נגד ייעודו של העם היהודי, ונגד הרצון האלוקי שנגלה במעמד הר סיני. לנוכח זאת, תשובתנו צריכה להיות ברורה: להתחזק באמונה, להעמיק בשורשים, ולפעול למען ריבונות ישראל על כל ארץ ישראל – כפי שנצטווינו בתורה.

 

כדי להצליח במערכה זו, עם ישראל זקוק לדור של מנהיגים צעירים, חדורי אמונה, אהבת הארץ, ונאמנות לתנ"ך. לשם כך הוקמה תנועת נוער ריבונות – ומדי שנה, הוועידה שלה היא רגע שיא בעיצוב דור העתיד של המנהיגות היהודית-ציונית.

 

השנה, בצל האתגרים ובתקופה מורכבת כל כך, בחרנו לקיים את הוועידה בעיר שדרות – סמל לחוסן, למסירות, ולחיים של אמונה תחת אש. זו תהיה ועידה מחזקת, מחנכת ומרגשת במיוחד.

 

אנו זקוקים לכם איתנו – בתמיכה ובשותפות מלאה. תמיכתכם היא זו שמאפשרת לנו לטעת ערכים בלבבות של מאות בני נוער מרחבי הארץ, להעצים אותם, ולהצמיח מתוכם את דור המחר של מנהיגי ריבונות.

From Sinai to Sovereignty: Shaping Israel's Future Leaders

Dear Friends,

Shavuot is more than a historical memory — it is a declaration of identity. At Mount Sinai, the people of Israel received their spiritual and national identity card: the Torah. The Torah defines our essence as a nation, our rightful place in the Land of Israel, and our mission in the world — to be a light unto the nations, through the establishment of a moral, Jewish, and sovereign state throughout the Land of Israel.

The battle being waged against the State of Israel — both externally and internally — is not merely political or diplomatic. It is a battle over identity. It is a struggle against the Torah, against the divine mission of the Jewish people, and against the will of God that was revealed at Sinai. Our response must be clear: to deepen our faith, strengthen our roots, and act boldly for full Israeli sovereignty over our land — as we are commanded in the Torah.

To succeed in this mission, Israel needs a generation of young leaders — full of faith, love for the land, and loyalty to the biblical vision. That is the purpose behind the establishment of the Sovereignty Youth Movement. Each year, its national conference marks a powerful moment in shaping the next generation of Jewish-Zionist leadership.

This year, amidst complex challenges, we chose to hold the conference in the city of Sderot — a symbol of resilience, devotion, and life lived with faith under fire. It will be a deeply inspiring, educational, and uplifting event.

We invite you to stand with us — in partnership and support. Your involvement enables us to plant enduring values in the hearts of hundreds of young people across the country, to empower them, and to nurture from among them the future leaders of a sovereign Jewish state.
