רגב: חוקת הליכוד מחייבת ריבונות על ישובי יו"ש
יו"ר השדולה להחלת ריבונות ישראל על ישובי יו"ש, ח"כ מירי רגב, מבטיחה המשך מאבק פרלמנטארי ליישומו של חוק החלת הריבונות קודם על ישובי יו"ש ובהמשך על השטח כולו.
חוקת הליכוד מחייבת החלת ריבונות על ישובי יו"ש. כך מזכירה חברת הכנסת מירי רגב (הליכוד) שהקימה לפני כחודשיים את השדולה להחלת החוק הישראלי על הישובים היהודיים ביהודה ושומרון.
חברת הכנסת רגב מזכירה את הדברים בברכתה לבאי הכנס השני להחלת הריבונות הישראלית ביהודה ושומרון, כנס הצפוי להתקיים ביום חמישי הקרוב בחברון.
בדבריה מספרת רגב על הקמת השדולה החדשה ומציינת כי התמקדות השדולה בהחלת הריבונות בישובים היהודיים אינה מהווה חלופה לשאיפה האמיתית והיא החלת הריבונות על השטח כולו, אלא כתחילתו של המהלך.
"הקמתי את השדולה כהתחלה. לא ויתרתי על כל הריבונות ביהודה ושומרון. המהלך נועד לעזור לראש הממשלה להתחיל בצעד, ואחר כך לעשות את מה שחוקת הליכוד מחייבת – להשלים את הריבונות הישראלית על הישובים ביהודה ושומרון".
רגב מביעה צער על הפלתו בועדת שרים לענייני חקיקה של החוק להחלת הריבונות הישראלית על ישובי יו"ש. היא מתייחסת בדבריה לחששות שהועלו שמא מהלך שכזה יסבך את ישראל בזירה הבינלאומית אך קובעת כי כשם שהשמיים לא נפלו לאחר החלת החוק הישראלי על רמת הגולן וכשם שהשמיים לא נפלו עם החלת החוק הישראלי על מזרח ירושלים כך יהיה גם ביהודה ושומרון.
"אנחנו צריכים להאמין ולהעלות את החוק הזה בכל חצי שנה ע"פ תקנון הכנסת, ולשמור בתודעה הציבורית את הסוגיה של יהודה ושומרון ולהפוך את ההתיישבות ביו"ש לקונצנזוס", אומרת רגב ומזכירה כי את 350,000 המתיישבים ביו"ש שלחה ממשלת ישראל שדאגה ליישובם, לתחבורה, למים ולחשמל עבורם, וכעת על חברי הכנסת לעשות הכול כדי להגן עליהם ולמנוע מגורמים שונים לתבוע מהם ביום מן הימים לנטוש את בתיהם, בתים עליהם שילמו במיטב כספם.
"יחד נעשה את כל שצריך כדי לחזק את ההתיישבות ונעשה הכול כדי שבעזרת ה' נביא את החוק הזה לידי מימוש. לא נתייאש", מבטיחה רגב.

Regev: The Likud party's Constitution necessitates sovereignty over Judean and Samarian Communities
The Chairwoman of the Knesset Lobby for the Application of Israeli Sovereignty over Judean and Samarian Communities, MK Miri Regev, promises to continue the ongoing parliamentary struggle to implement the Application of Sovereignty Bill over Judean and Samarian communities first, followed by the entire region.

MK Regev addresses this matter in her video greeting to the attendees of the Second Conference for the Application of Israeli Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, a conference due to be held this coming Thursday in Hebron.
In her speech, Regev tells of the forming of the new lobby and points out that the focus of the lobby to apply sovereignty over the Jewish communities is not an alternative to the real aspiration, which is applying sovereignty over the entire region, but rather the first step towards that goal.

Regev expresses sorrow for the Application of Israeli Sovereignty over the Judean and Samarian Communities Bill's failure to pass the Ministerial Committee on Legislative Affairs. She refers to the concerns that were raised lest such a move would complicate Israel in the international arena but states that just as the sky didn't fall after applying Israeli law over the Golan Heights and just as the heavens didn't come crashing down when Israeli law was applied over East Jerusalem, thus will it be with Judea and Samaria.
"We need to have faith and raise the proposition for this bill every six months, in accord with Knesset regulations, and make sure the matter of Judea and Samaria remains in the public consciousness and discourse, and to turn the settling of Judea and Samaria into the consensus", says Regev and reminds us that the 350,000 residents of Judea and Samaria were sent there by the Israeli government which took measures to house them, arrange transportation, water and electricity for them, and now the Members of Knesset need to do everything in their power to protect them and to prevent other elements from one day demanding that they abandon their homes, homes they paid for with good money.
"Together we will do whatever it takes to strengthen the communities and we will do everything so that B"H we will bring this bill to pass. We will not give up", promises Regev.
