בשבועות האחרונים מקיים הועד למען החלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון מייסודה של תנועת "נשים בירוק" סדרת כנסים בכל רחבי הארץ להטמעת רעיון החלת הריבונות הישראלית על שטחי יהודה ושומרון.
בוועד מסבירים כי הכנסים הזוכים לתהודה ואהדה הולכת ונרחבת מתקיימים "מתוך אחריות לשמירה על ארץ ישראל שבידינו".
"בין הצהרה להצהרה של ראש הממשלה על תכניתו לקידום רעיון שתי מדינות לשני עמים, כלומר וויתור על לב הארץ, נחשף מסמך אודות עשרות פרויקטים שהמנהל האזרחי אישר לערבים לבנות ביהודה ושומרון על אדמות המדינה בשטחי C דווקא, והם: שבע ערים ועיירות, שתי שדות תעופה, עשרות מבני ציבור ופארק הייטק חדשני ועוד. חשיפה זו מגבירה את הצורך להחלת הריבונות, לפני שחלילה תקום לנו, דה פקטו, בשקט, מדינה פלשתינית ביהודה ושומרון", אומרים ראשי הועד.
בכנסים המדוברים נטלו חלק מאות משתתפים מכל רחבי הארץ "הכמהים לשמוע על תוכנית מדינית מהצד הימני של המפה הפוליטית, ומביעים תרעומת על כך שראש הממשלה אימץ את תוכנית השמאל", מספרים מארגני האירועים.
יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, ראשי 'נשים בירוק': "הערבים מבינים שהשליט על הארץ, על הקרקע, הוא הריבון האמיתי. הם פועלים ברוח זו וכובשים עוד ועוד חלקות בג'יהאד חקלאי, בג'יהאד פוליטי ובג'יהאד הסברתי בארץ ובעולם. ישראל מתאבדת ומוותרת פעם אחר פעם על הנכסים הלאומיים וההיסטוריים שלה, מוותרת על אדמת המולדת, ומנגד כל וויתור מזמין עוד וויתור".
רבים מהמשתתפים בכנסים הביעו סיפוק על כך שיש לימין תוכנית מדינית השומרת על ארץ ישראל ואל השיח הציבורי עולה גם בתקשורת רעיון החלטת הריבונות. זאת בניגוד לעבר כאשר הדיון עסק אך ורק ברעיון שתי המדינות שהוכיח את כישלונו הטראגי בעשרים השנים האחרונות. "ברור לכל שיישום התוכנית אינה פשוטה ומלווה בדילמות קשות, אך האלטרנטיבה של שתי מדינות לשני עמים או המשך המצב הקיים גרועות ומסוכנות הרבה יותר", אומרים בוועד למען החלת הריבונות.
יצוין כי בין חברי הועד ניתן למצוא אישים מובילים כמו: גאולה כהן, יוסי בן אהרון, יורם אטינגר, קרוליין גליק, ערן בר טל, ד"ר מוטי קידר, יהודית קצובר, נדיה מטר ואחרים.

The Political Plan of the Right-wing:
Application of Israeli Sovereignty Over Judea and Samaria
Over the last few weeks, the Committee for the Application of Israeli Sovereignty Over Judea and Samaria, founded by 'Women in Green , has been holding a series of conferences throughout the country in order to disseminate the concept of applying Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria. The committee explains that the conferences, which have been reverberating and gaining increasingly widespread support, are being held "out of the responsibility to keep the Land of Israel in our possession".
"In addition to the Prime Minister's statements regarding his plan to promote the idea of two states for two peoples, i.e. renunciation of the heart of the country, a document detailing dozens of Arab construction projects on state lands in Judea and Samaria, in area 'C' Territories of all places, that the Civil Administration has approved, was exposed; these projects include supposedly: 7 Arab cities and towns, 2 airports, dozens of public buildings, an advanced high-tech industrial park, and more. This exposé further demonstrates the need to apply sovereignty, before we find ourselves facing a quietly established, de facto Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria, G-d forbid", say the heads of the committee.
Hundreds of people from all over the country attended the aforementioned conferences, "yearning to hear a Right-wing political plan, and expressing outrage that the Prime Minister has embraced the Left-wing's plan", said the organizers of the events.
'Women in Green' heads Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar said: "The Arabs understand that he who controls the land, the soil, is the true sovereign. They operate in this spirit and occupy more and more plots in an agricultural Jihad, as well as political and public diplomacy Jihads, both in Israel and abroad. Israel , in a suicidal mode, relinquishes its cultural and historical heritage, time after time; it gives up parts of the homeland, and on the other hand, each concession invites further concessions".
Many of the participants in the conferences expressed satisfaction over the fact that the Right-wing has a political plan that preserves the Land of Israel, and that the idea of applying sovereignty has risen in the public discourse as well the media. This is in contrast to the past, when the discourse focused only on a two state solution, which has proven its tragic failure over the last 20 years. "It is clear to everyone that implementing the sovereignty plan is not simple, and that it will be accompanied by many serious dilemmas, but the alternative of two states for two peoples or the continuation of the current situation are both both far worse and far more dangerous", say the Committee for the Application of Sovereignty.
It should be noted that among the members of the committee include leading figures, such as: Geula Cohen, Yossi Ben Aharon, Yoram Ettinger, Caroline Glick, Eran Bar Tal, Dr. Moti Kedar, Yehudit Katsover, Nadia Matar, and others.
