הודעה לתקשורת מטעם תנועת הריבונות בעקבות רצח איתמר בן גל הי"ד, ע"י מחבל ערבי

 

תנועת הריבונות רואה בפיגוע הרצחני בשערי העיר אריאל עדות נוספת לצורך בהחלת ריבונות על יהודה ושומרון, לא רק כמענה ציוני לטרור אלא גם כמהלך שיבלום את הטרור מעיקרו.

ראשי התנועה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, קובעות כי "החלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון תבהיר למחבלים ושולחיהם כי מול הטרור מציבה ישראל קיר ברזל של נחישות והיאחזות בארץ ישראל. בנוסף, ריבונות, שגם תיושם בשטח, תבהיר לגורמי הטרור כי ישראל כאן כדי להישאר לנצח ואין בסיס לתקוותיהם להביא ברצחנותם לנסיגתה של ישראל או להישג אחר כלשהו".

The Sovereignty Movement views the murderous terror attack of Itamar Ben Gal hy"d at the entrance to Ariel as additional proof of the necessity for sovereignty over Judea and Samaria, not only as the Zionist answer to terror but also as a step that will put an end to terror at its source.

The heads of the movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, state that "the application of Israel's sovereignty in Judea and Samaria will make it clear to the Arab terrorists and to those who send them that Israel will present an iron wall of resolve and tenacity against terror.
