מה צריך יותר מאשר הגינוי של הרשות הפלשתינית כנגד הפעילות שלנו לריבונות וההודעה שהפעילות שלנו מונעת הקמת מדינה פלשתינית כדי לקבל עוד יותר כח להגביר את קמפיין הריבונות שלנו.
אם למישהו עוד היה צל של ספק על חשיבות הצעדה השנתית שלנו סביב החומות, הגינוי הפלשתיני בא להזכיר לנו אותה.

משרד החוץ הפלסטיני גינה היום (יום שני) את קריאותיו של ארגון הימין הקיצוני "נשים בירוק", שנוהג בשנים האחרונות לקיים מצעד לילי ביום השנה ל"חורבן בית המקדש".
משרד החוץ הפלסטיני מסר כי "הצעדה הפרובוקטיבית", ", כפי שהוא מכנה אותה, שאמורה להתקיים ב -21 ביולי, היא מצעד סביב חומות העיר העתיקה של ירושלים תחת הכותרת: צעדה סביב חומות העיר על מנת לממש את הריבונות על ירושלים, בירת הנצח של ישראל, ולאחד את העיר כבירת ישראל, זאת בחסות ובהשתתפות של מספר אישי ציבור ישראלים.
משרד החוץ הפלסטיני המשיך והצהיר כי מצעד זה הוא המשך של המדיניות הקיצונית השלטת בזירה הפוליטית בישראל ובקרב המתנחלים, במיוחד מאז הצהרתו מבשרת הרע של טראמפ לגבי ירושלים, העברת השגרירות האמריקאית לעיר, הייהוד המתמשך של עיר הקודש והפרדתה מסביבתה הפלסטינית.
נאמר עוד כי דבר זה מונע את הקמתה של מדינה פלסטינית בת-קיימא, שהיא ריבונית ובעלת טריטוריה, עם ירושלים המזרחית כבירתה.
משרד החוץ הפלסטיני קורא לקהילה הבינלאומית לפעול מיד להגן על מה שנותר מאמינותה, ליישם את החלטות האו"ם הרלוונטיות ולנקוט באמצעים כדי לאלץ את מדינת ישראל לציית לחוק הבינלאומי ולרצון הבינלאומי לשלום.
המשרד הוסיף ואמר כי העובדה שישראל אינה מחוייבת לתת דין וחשבון על התנהלותה האגרסיבית והפרובוקטיבית מעודדת אותה להמשיך ולבצע הפרות ופשעים נוספים ולהתמיד בבידוד האלים של ירושלים הכבושה ומקומותיה הקדושים.
"נשים בירוק" מגדירה את עצמה כתנועה עממית של נשים וגברים, צעירים ופחות צעירים, דתיים ולא דתיים, מאוחדים כולם באהבתם, מסירותם ונאמנותם לארץ ישראל.
מתנועת 'נשים בירוק' העומדת מאחורי הצעדה נמסר בתגובה:
"משרד החוץ הפלשתיני החליט לקרוא לקהילייה הבינלאומית לצאת נגד צעדת תשעה באב אותה מארגנת זו השנה ה-24 על ידי תנועת 'נשים בירוק' כחזרה למנהג יהודי עתיק של הקפת חומות ירושלים בליל הצום.

אכן, צעדת ליל תשעה באב נועדה לחזק את ריבונותנו בעיר הנצח, בירת ישראל, ירושלים. אנו מודים בהזדמנות זו לנשיא ארה"ב, דונלד טראמפ, על התמיכה במגמה זו. אנו גאים בכך שצעדה זו מהווה נדבך נוסף במהלכים לסיכול הקמתה של מדינת טרור פלשתינית בלב הארץ, כפי שהם עצמם טוענים. מהלכי הריבונות בירושלים מצטרפים למהלך הכולל עליו אנחנו עמלים להחלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון.
לקהילייה הבינלאומית אנחנו מזכירים: עם ישראל כאן כי זו ארצו ובירתה של הארץ הזו היא ירושלים, אליה התפללנו אלפי שנים. רק תחת ריבונותנו יכולים כל הלאומים וכל הדתות להתפלל בה ולטייל בה בחופשיות ובביטחון. עוד נזכיר בהזדמנות זו לקהילייה הבינלאומית כי אנו כאן בעקבות צו אלוקי והיסטוריה בת למעלה מ-3,000 שנה, כך גם בזכות המוסדות הבינלאומיים שהכריזו את זכותו של העם היהודי על הארץ הזו, החל מבלפור דרך הכרזת סן רמו, החלטת חבר הלאומים והלאה.
להנהגה הפלשתינית חשוב להודיע ולהבהיר כאן כי העולם השתנה וכבר אינו קונה את השקר הערבי-פלשתיני, העולם פוקח עיניו ולומד להבחין בין טוב לרע ומתרחבת בו ההבנה שלא התוקפן הוא שיזכה עוד באהדתו. עיני העולם נפקחות גם בזכות התמורות בבית הלבן וגם בעקבות תוצאות ההגירה המוסלמית לארצות אירופה.
ירושלים תחת ריבונות ישראל היא עיר קוסמופוליטית המביאה לעולם את בשורת החופש, הקודש והמוסר. קוראים אנו לכולם להצטרף לצעדה שתצא במוצאי השבת הקרובה בשעה עשר ורבע לאחר קריאת מגילת איכה משותפת בגן העצמאות שבלב הבירה, בהשתתפות שרים, חברי כנסת ואישי ציבור ותקיף את חומות העיר העתיקה, תעצור בשער האריות לנאומים ותסתיים בכותל המערבי".

Palestinian Foreign Affairs condemn "Women in Green"s annual Tisha BeAv Walk

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement on Monday condemned the calls of the extremist right wing"Women in Green" association that has been accustomed in the recent years to launch a night march on the anniversary of the "Temple's destruction".
MOFA said that what it called a "provocative" march, which is scheduled to take place on July 21, is a march around the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem under the title: March around the walls to affirm the sovereignty over Jerusalem, the eternal capital of Israel; which aims to unify the city as the capital of Jerusalem, under the auspices and participation of a number of Israeli officials.
The Ministry confirmed that this march is an extension of the state of extremism that dominates the political arena in Israel and the settlers, since Trump's ominous declaration on Jerusalem and the transfer of the embassy and the continuous Judaization of the Holy City and its separation from its Palestinian surroundings.
It said that this prevents the creation of a viable Palestinian state with a territorial and sovereign with East Jerusalem as its capital.
The Ministry called upon the international community to act quickly to defend its remaining credibility and to implement its relevant UN resolutions and to take legal measures to force Israel to comply with international law, and the will of international peace, saying the failure to hold Israel accountable for its aggressive and provocative practices encourages it to continue to commit further violations and crimes and to continue its violent isolation of occupied Jerusalem and its holy sites.
Women in Green association defines itself as a grassroots movement of women and men, young and old, secular and religious, all bound together by a shared concern, love, devotion and loyalty to the Land of Israel.

Women in Green, the movement behind the annual Walk, responds: "The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has decided to call on the international community to issue an objection to the Walk of Tisha b'Av, which has been organized for the past 24 years by Women in Green, restoring the ancient Jewish custom of walking around the walls of Jerusalem on the eve of the fast day.
The Palestinian Authority is correct in a few of the points that they raise in their call:
Indeed, the walk on the eve of Tisha b'Av is intended to reinforce our sovereignty in the eternal city, the capital of Israel, Jerusalem. We take this opportunity to thank the president of the United States, Donald Trump, for his support in this matter. We are proud that this walk constitutes another layer in the process of preventing the establishment of a terror state in the heart of the Land, as they themselves claim. The steps taken for sovereignty in Jerusalem are part of an overall process in which we are striving to apply Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
To the international community we state: The People of Israel is here because this is our Land and the capital of this Land is Jerusalem, toward which we have prayed for thousands of years. Only under our Israeli sovereignty can all of the nations and religions pray in it and travel in it freely and safely. We also take this opportunity to tell the international community that we are here because of a divine commandment and a history of more than 3,000 years, as well as by right of international institutions which declared the right of the Jewish People to this Land, from the Balfour Declaration, the San Remo Resolution, the resolution of the League of Nations and so on.
It is important to clarify to the Palestinian leadership that the world has changed and no longer buys the Arab-Palestinian lie; the world has opened its eyes and can now distinguish between good and evil and there is increasing understanding that the aggressor no longer is the one who wins sympathy. The world has opened its eyes also as a result of changes in the White House and because of the Muslim immigration to the European countries.
Jerusalem under Israel's sovereignty is a cosmopolitan city representing freedom, holiness and morality. We call on everyone to join the walk, which will begin this coming Saturday night at 10:15pm after the mass reading of the Scroll of Lamentations in Gan Ha'atzma'ut (Independence Park) in the heart of the capital; the walk will encircle the walls of the Old City, stop at the Lion's Gate for speeches and conclude at the Western Wall".
