תנועת הריבונות מברכת את ראש הממשלה, בנימין נתניהו, על דרישתו מיו"ר 'כחול לבן', חבר הכנסת בני גנץ, לכלול את החלת הריבונות ביהודה ושומרון בקווי היסוד של הממשלה, ומצפה מיו"ר 'כחול לבן' להיעתר לדרישת נתניהו.
בתנועה מזכירים את הצהרותיו של חבר הכנסת גנץ בחודש יולי האחרון ולפיהן הוא רואה את בקעת הירדן חלק בלתי נפרד ממדינת ישראל הריבונית. "החלת הריבונות על בקעת הירדן ויישובי יהודה ושומרון יכולים וצריכים להיות חלק מהבסיס להקמתה של ממשלה ציונית לאומית", אומרים בתנועה.
ראשי התנועה, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מעריכות כי הברכות שהרעיף נשיא ארה"ב, דונלד טראמפ, על ראש הממשלה נתניהו על ההקמה הצפויה של ממשלת החירום, מלמדות על חתירתו של הנשיא האמריקאי לקדם את תכניתו, תכנית המאה, מיד לאחר שוך משבר הקורונה.
"אמנם אנו בשעת חירום לאומית ועולמית, אך עם זאת על אוהבי ארץ ישראל ונאמניה, סביב שולחן הממשלה ומחוצה לה, לזכור את שליחותם הציונית לשמירתה של ארץ ישראל ולא לקידום מהלכים שיקרבו את הקמתה חלילה של מדינה פלשתינית בלב ארץ ישראל. תכנית טראמפ היא אסון לחזון הציוני ועל ממשלת ישראל להתנער ממנה ולקדם את מהלכי הריבונות ללא כל קשר ותלות בתכנית זו".

*The Sovereignty Movement: Sovereignty in the Government's Foundational Guidelines*
*The Sovereignty Movement calls on the Prime Minister, his negotiating team and the ministers of the government to view the vision of sovereignty over Judea and Samaria as a binding basis for any additional parties to join the government.*
The Sovereignty Movement congratulates Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for demanding that Benny Gantz, the head of the Blue and White party, include the application of sovereignty in Judea and Samaria in the basic guidelines of the government and expects the head of Blue and White to accede to Netanyahu's demand.
The movement recalls the declarations made by Member of Knesset Benny Gantz last July, that he views the Jordan Valley as an integral part of the sovereign State of Israel. "The application of sovereignty over the Jordan Valley and the communities of Judea and Samaria can and must be part of the basis for establishing a Zionist, nationalist government", the movement states.
The co-chairwomen of the movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, believe that the blessings that U.S. President Donald Trump showered upon Prime Minister Netanyahu for the anticipated establishment of an emergency government, speak of the American president's desire to promote his plan, the Deal of the Century, immediately after the end of the Corona crisis.
"Although we are indeed in a time of national and global emergency, those who love Israel and are faithful to her, whether part of the government or not, must remember their Zionist mission to protect the Land of Israel and not to promote steps that would bring about the establishment of a Palestinian state in the heart of the Land of Israel, Heaven forbid. The Trump plan is a disaster for the Zionist vision and the government of Israel must renounce it and promote steps of sovereignty regardless of this plan".
