ירושלים חייבת לגדול, להתחזק, להפוך למטרופולין עם ערי לווין כדי שמעמדה הלאומי והבינלאומי תתחזק, כדי שהדמוגרפיה שלה תשתנה עם רוב יהודי מוחלט.
תנועת נועריבונות מזמינה את כל בני הנוער לועידת ה-3 שלה שתתקיים בע"ה בעוז וגאו"ן, אשר בגוש עציון, ביום חמישי, ראש חודש תמוז 10/6 בשעה 16:00 בסימן: "שמים את ירושלים רבתי במרכז".
תנועת הריבונות תשיק ביום חמישי את מיזם 'ירושלים רבתי' הקורא להרחבת ירושלים למטרופולין ולכלול בה את גוש עציון, מבשרת , מעלה אדומים וחלקים מבנימין.
ההכרזה על המיזם תתקיים במהלך ועידת נוער הריבונות השלישית, שתתקיים בשמורת 'עוז וגאו"ן' שבגוש עציון ותתמקד במרכזיותה של ירושלים בחיי עם ישראל ומדינת ישראל.
ראשי תנועת הריבונות, יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, מספרות כי הבחירה להתמקד בוועידה במרכזיותה של ירושלים בחיי עם ישראל ומדינת ישראל נובעת בין השאר מהאירועים האלימים בערים המעורבות ומהאיומים הנשמעים כלפי ישראל מאיראן, תורכיה, חמאס וחיזבאללה.
"המאבק על דרכה של הציונות ועל צדקת דרכה של הציונות מתחיל בירושלים", הן אומרות.
"לאויבי ישראל ברורה מרכזיותה של ירושלים והם מנופפים בה שוב ושוב כעילה להתקפה על ישראל.
הפוגרומים ביהודי הערים המעורבות החלו גם הם בתואנה של הגנה ערבית על ירושלים.
מול כל אלה נשמע קולו הברור והצלול של הנוער הישראלי חדור האמונה בצדקת דרכו, מודע למשימתו בשרשרת הציונות, ובעיקר מודע היטב לחשיבותה ומרכזיותה של ירושלים, בירתו הנצחית של עם הנצח".
"ברוח זו", אומרות קצובר ומטר, "תתקיים הוועידה השלישית של נוער הריבונות, וממנה תצא בתנופה מחודשת הקריאה להחלת ויישום ריבונות ישראל על הארץ כולה מהגליל דרך יהודה שומרון ירושלים ובקעת הירדן ועד הנגב".

The Greater Jerusalem Plan will be launched at the Sovereignty Youth Conference
On Thursday, the Sovereignty Movement will launch the Greater Jerusalem initiative, calling for the extension of Jerusalem to become a metropolis to include Gush Etzion, Mevaserret, Ma'ale Adumim and parts of Binyamin.
The announcement of the initiative will take place during the third Sovereignty Youth Conference, which will be held at the Oz veGaon preserve in Gush Etzion and will focus on the centrality of Jerusalem in the life of the People of Israel and the State of Israel.
The co-chairwomen of the Sovereignty Movement, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, say that the decision to focus on the centrality of Jerusalem in the life of the People of Israel and the State of Israel at the conference stems, among other things, from the violent incidents that have occurred recently in the mixed cities and the threats to Israel emanating from Iran, Turkey, Hamas and Hizb'Allah.
"The struggle for the Zionist way and the justice of our cause begins with Jerusalem", they say.
"The centrality of Jerusalem is clear to Israel's enemies and they use again and again as a pretext to attack Israel.
The pogroms perpetrated upon Jews in the mixed cities also began with the pretext of Arab defense of Jerusalem.
Against all of this, the voice of Israeli youth imbued with faith in the justice of the cause, is clear and distinct, as they are aware of their mission in the chain of Zionism, and are especially aware of the importance and centrality of Jerusalem, the eternal capital of the eternal People".
"It is in this spirit", say Katsover and Matar, that the third Sovereignty Youth conference will take place, and from it, the call will emerge with renewed vigor, to apply and implement Israeli sovereignty over the entire Land from the Galilee, thru Judea and Samaria, Jerusalem and the Jordan Valley, to the Negev".
