יחד עם בית ישראל כואבת תנועת הריבונות את לכתו של ראש ישיבות בני עקיבא, הרב חיים דרוקמן זצ"ל, מעימנו.
בתנועה מציינים את היות הרב דרוקמן זצ"ל עמוד אש אמוני לפני מחנה ההתיישבות והגשמת חזון הדורות לשיבת עם ישראל לכל מרחבי ארצו.
"נזכור את דבריו הנכוחים הבהירים של הרב לעיתון 'ריבונות', ובהם ביטא את חובתו ההיסטורית וההלכתית מדאוריתא של עם ישראל להחיל את ריבונותו על ארץ ישראל כולה. ברוח דבריו אלה נמשיך ונצעד עד להגשמת החלום-החזון", אומרים בתנועה.
*The Sovereignty Movement: The Duty of Sovereignty is Rabbi Druckman's Testament to the Leadership in Israel*
Together with the People of Israel, the Sovereignty Movement mourns the passing of the head of the Bnei Akiva yeshivot, Rabbi Chaim Druckman ztz"l.
"Rabbi Druckman ztz"l was a pillar of faith, leading the settlement movement, fulfilling the vision of the generations for the return of the people of Israel to all parts of the Land".
"We will remember the rabbi's clear words to our Sovereignty journal, in which he expressed the historic and halachic obligation of the people of Israel to apply its sovereignty over the entire Land of Israel. In the spirit of these words, we will continue and march until the dream-vision is fulfilled," the Sovereignty movement says.
