תנועת הריבונות מברכת את שר האוצר, בצלאל סמוטריץ', ואת מועצת יש"ע על הצגת התכנית המדינית אותה הם מקדמים בשיתוף פעולה ופורסמה היום לציבור, החלת ריבונות על 82% משטחי יהודה ושומרון
תוכנית זו מקדמת אותנו לחזון של ריבונות על כל מרחבי ארץ ישראל, תמנע הקמתה של מדינה פלסטינית בלב הארץ ותחסל לאלתר את הסכמי אוסלו.
לקראת הצגת התכנית, נעשתה על ידם בשנה האחרונה עבודה אינטנסיבית, פוליטית ומדינית מתוך היכרות עם האילוצים הפנימיים והחיצוניים. על כן אנו מבינים שזו התוכנית הטובה ביותר והישימה לעת הזו. הגשמתה והגשמת שלבי ההמשך יתאפשרו בשילוב עידוד סדור של הגירה ערבית מיהודה ושומרון.
נמשיך לדרוש ריבונות גם על יתר השטח בהמשך, כי ארץ ישראל כולה שייכת לעם ישראל.

Eighty two percent Sovereignty – A First Step Toward the Future
The Sovereignty Movement congratulates Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and the Yesha Council on presenting their political plan—developed in cooperation and published today—which proposes applying Israeli sovereignty over 82% of the territory of Judea and Samaria.
This plan advances us toward the vision of full Israeli sovereignty over all areas of the Land of Israel, prevents the establishment of a Palestinian state in the heart of the country, and puts an end—once and for all—to the Oslo Accords.
In preparation for presenting this plan, they have carried out intensive political and diplomatic work over the past year, with deep familiarity with both internal and external constraints.
Therefore, we recognize this as the best and most feasible plan for the current time.
Its implementation, along with further stages, will be enabled through the structured encouragement of Arab emigration from Judea and Samaria.
We will continue to demand sovereignty over the remaining territory—because the entire Land of Israel belongs to the People of Israel.
