נוכחות יהודית בנצר בשבת-
מאות תושבי אלעזר ערכו קידוש בנצר
לאחר שפעילי נצר ונשים בירוק ראו שבחלקה שבה היתה התנגשות בשבוע שעבר עם ערבים ואף ביקור של משקיפי האו"ם , הבינו שמדובר במאבק עם ערבים שיש להם גיבוי מגורמים רבים – הוחלט על הגברת הנוכחות היהודית במקום, גם בשבת.
קרוב ל-250 תושבי אלעזר על משפחותיהם, יחד עם רב הישוב הרב אירם ומשפחתו, יצאו הבוקר בשעה 10:30 , לאחר התפילה, מהישוב וצעדו בנצר על שביל "דרך האבות" , עד לחלקה של אדמות המדינה בה הערבים עקרו השבוע עשרות עצי זית. בחלקה נערך קידוש רבא והציבור קיבל הסבר מפי פעילי נצר ונשים בירוק אודות המאבק על אדמות המדינה באזור. הערבים שהיו בסביבה נדהמו מהנוכחות היהודית הבלתי צפויה.
מאות האנשים התפעלו מהנטיעות שנעשו ע"י היהודים באזור השומרות על אדמות המדינה. לעומת זאת התרעמו לנוכח בנייה בלתי חוקית ערבית של בית מאבן שנעשה באזור בשבועיים האחרונים ממש מתחת לאפו של המינהל האזרחי.. הציבור נקרא לפנות למינהל כדי להתריע על הבנייה הערבית הבלתי חוקית ולדרוש את הריסת הבית. כמוכן נקרא הציבור להגביר את הנוכחות היהודית בנצר, בשבת ובימי השבוע.
הקמת העירוב לפני כחודש הקל מאד על הצעדה ועריכת הקידוש. היתה אווירה של התרוממות רוח ורצון עז בקרב כל האנשים להמשיך להיות שותפים במאבק על ארץ ישראל המתנהל בגבעות עשרות מטרים מביתם.
אנשי אלעזר הבטיחו להמשיך בשמירה על אדמות נצר מפני השתלטות ערבים.פעילי נצר ונשים בירוק יפעלו שגם בשבתות הבאים תהיה נוכחות יהודית בנצר.

A Jewish presence in Netzer on Shabbat-
Hundreds of Elazar residents make Kidush in Netzer
After Women in Green and Netzer activists saw that the Arabs who were involved in the uprooting of the trees last week in Netzer have very strong connections and backing, even from the UN- it was decided to increase the Jewish presence in Netzer even on Shabbat.
This Shabbat morning at 10:30 am, after prayers, some 250 residents of Elazar with their families, together with the Rabbi of Elazar, Rabbi Iram and his family, exited the Elazar gate and marched to Netzer on the Path of the Patriarchs all the way to the state lands where the Arabs had uprooted the trees.
A kidush was held. Netzer and Women in Green activists gave explanations about the struggle to safeguard the state lands in Netzer . Arabs who were in the area were dumbfounded to see such an unexpected and large Jewish presence.
The hundreds of people enjoyed seeing the plantings by Jews in the area, plantings that safeguard the Jewish continuity between the communities and the state lands for the future genrations. On the other hand they got upset when seeing that Arabs recently started to build a stone house right under the nose of the Civil Administration. The public was asked to contact the Civil Administration to protest the illegal Arab construction and to demand its destruction. The public was also asked to increase the Jewish presence during the week and on Shabatot.
The eiruv that was set up in Netzer recently, made it easy to have a march and a kidush. Among the people there was an atmosphere of exaltation of spirits and eagerness to be part in the struggle for Erets
The residents of Elazar promised to continue safeguarding the lands in Netzer from Arab encroachment. Netzer and Women in Green activists will work to make sure that also in the upcoming shabatot a Jewish presence will be held in Netzer.
