"להצביע רק למקדמי הריבונות ביו"ש"

תנועת 'נשים בירוק' יוצאת בקריאה למתפקדי הליכוד להצביע עבור מועמדים שיקדמו את רעיון החלת הריבונות הישראלית ברחבי יהודה ושומרון.
בראיון ליומן ערוץ 7 אומרת יהודית קצובר, מראשי התנועה כי בתקופה האחרונה מתברר שישנם חברי כנסת רבים שפועלים לקידום המהלך ורעיון החלת הריבונות תופס תאוצה בין בשורות הליכוד ובין מחוצה לו.
בדבריה מתמקדת קצובר באנשי הליכוד משום קיומן של הבחירות הפנימיות במפלגה, ובהקשר זה היא מזכירה את חברי הכנסת אלקין, ריבלין, חטובלי, דנון, לוין ורגב ומציינת גם מועמדים אחרים שאינם חברי כנסת כדוגמת משה פייגלין ויהודה גליק. עם זאת קצובר מדגישה כי בהודעות התנועה לא נכתבו שמות מומלצים שכן ישנם עוד רבים שעמדותיהם צריכות בירור ויתכן וגם הם תומכים במהלך. ככאלה היא מזכירה את השר אדלשטיין ואת חבר הכנסת איוב קרא.
"אנחנו לא ברשימת חיסול ולא בדילים. אנחנו רק מציינות את אותם שעבדנו איתם על הנושא הזה של החלת ריבונות", מבהירה קצובר המציינת כי חברי כנסת לא מעטים פעלו ופועלים יחד עם התנועה לקידום הרעיון שאותו היא רואה כמעשי וכחשוב בעצם היותו יוזמה ימנית. "תמיד הימין במגננה ובתגובה לשמאל. הגיע הזמן לדחוף ואנחנו רואים זאת בעיקר אצל אלקין שיודע לדחוף דברים, למשול ולקדם דברים ואנחנו מקווים שבקדנציה הבאה העניין הזה של הריבונות יקודם וחברי כנסת נוספים יצטרפו".
באשר לסיכויי קידומו של הרעיון כבר בקדנציה הקרובה אומרת קצובר כי היא ונדיה מטר, שותפתה להנהגת 'נשים בירוק', שמו לעצמן כיעד תודעתי את חמש השנים הקרובות, חמש שנים שבהן בכוונתן לפעול להנחלת הרעיון ולשנות את השיח הציבורי סביבו, "אנחנו מקווים שזה אפשרי כי גם האירועים מבחוץ עוזרים לנו כפי שהיה במבצע האחרון שאמנם לא הגיע להכרעה, אבל ראינו איך הרבה אנשים ביקשו את ההכרעה וביקשו לחזור לגוש קטיף. כשעם ישראל שם לו מטרה הוא מצליח וכשהוא מזנב אחרי רעיונות של אחרים הוא מדשדש וידו על התחתונה. כשאנחנו מובילים מהלכים אנחנו מצליחים".
בהתייחסה לחיבור בין הליכוד ל'ישראל ביתנו' מסכימה קצובר שיתכן והמהלך יקשה על קידום רעיון החלת הריבונות שכן ב'ישראל ביתנו' מדברים על חלוקת הארץ, גם אם לא על פי קווי 67' אלא על פי עקרון החלפת השטחים.
לדבריה רעיון החלפת השטחים עלול לשמוט את השטיח מתחת הטיעון לפיו הארץ כולה שייכת לעם ישראל, ומשום כך היא מקווה שהרעיון לא יקובע עם מהלך האיחוד בין שתי המפלגות.
אך עם זאת היא סבורה שקיים פער בין מוביל המפלגה לבין המצביעים, וזאת מתוך היכרות ישירה עם מצביעים מיוצאי ברית המועצות לשעבר. "רוב האוכלוסייה הרוסית ב"ה בריאה ומבינה שללא ריבונות אי אפשר לנצח. אני רואה את אחינו עולי ברית המועצות לשעבר שמבינים היטב את הצורך לקדם דברים".
עם זאת מעלה קצובר אפשרות ולפיה האמירה על החלפת שטחים נועדה אך ורק לצרכים פוליטיים תקשורתיים ולא מעבר לכך, "מתוך היכרות עם ליברמן אני לא מאמינה שהוא יסכים להחליף את נוקדים בג'נין".

" Vote Only for Those Who Advance Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria"

Women in Green calls upon Likud members to support candidates who will act to advance the idea of the application of Jewish sovereignty over Judea and Samaria
The Women in Green movement issued a call to Likud members to vote for candidates who will advance the idea of the application of Jewish sovereignty throughout Judea and Samaria. The call was issued with an advertisement by Women in Green on the Arutz 7 website.
In an interview to the Arutz7 daily Yoman, Yehudit Katsover, one of the movement's heads, says that it transpires that many Members of Knesset are actively advancing this move, and the idea of applying sovereignty is gaining momentum, both within the ranks of the Likud and outside the party.
In the interview, Katsover focused on Likud members because of today's internal elections in the party, and in this context she mentions MKs Elkin, Rivlin, Hotoveley, Danon, Levin, and other candidates who are not Members of Knesset, such as Moshe Feiglin and Yehuda Glick. Notwithstanding this, Katsover emphasized that the movement's press release and avertisement did not contain the names of recommended candidates, since there are many more whose positions need to be clarified, and they, too, might support such a move. Among these, she mentions Minister Edelstein and MK Ayoub Kara.
"We're not involved in a hit list, nor in wheeling and dealing. We merely mention those with whom we have worked on this issue of the application of sovereignty," Katsover explains. She notes that not a few MKs acted, and continue to act, together with the movement to advance the idea, which she views as realistic and as important, by the very fact of it being an initiative of the right. "The right is always on the defensive, and in response to the left. The time has come to push forward, and we see this mainly with Elkin, who knows how to push things forward, to govern, and to advance matters. We hope that in the coming term in office this matter of sovereignty will be advanced, and that additional Members of Knesset will join in."
As regards the chances of advancing this idea already in the coming term in office, Katsover says that she and Nadia Matar, her partner in the leadership
of Women in Green, have set for themselves the next five years as a goal, five years in which they intend to act to disseminate the idea and to change the public discourse around it. "We hope that this is possible, because external events, too, aid us, as it was in the last operation. A decisive victory was not achieved, but we see how many people wanted such a decision and wanted to return to Gush Katif. When the people of Israel sets a goal for itself, it succeeds, but when it just follows the ideas of others, it simply treads in place and does not have the upper hand. When we lead moves, we succeed."
Referring to the joining of the Likud and Yisrael Beitenu, Katsover agrees that this move might pose difficulties for advancing the idea of the application of sovereignty, since there is talk in Yisrael Beitenu of dividing the land, albeit not in accordance with the '67 lines, but following the principle of exchange of territories.
According to her, the idea of exchange of territories is likely to pull the carpet from under the claim that the entire Land belongs to the people of Israel, and she accordingly hopes that the idea will not become accepted upon the unification of the two parties.
At the same time, however, she believes that there is a gap between the leader of the party and the voters, out of her direct acquaintance with voters who came from the former Soviet Union. "Most of the Russian population, thank G-d, is healthy and understands that it is impossible to win without sovereignty. I see our brethren, immigrants from the former Soviet Union, who finely understand the need to advance matters."
Katsover raises the possibility that the talk about exchange of territories by Lieberman is meant only for political, media purposes, and not beyond that. "Out of my acquaintance with Lieberman, I don't believe that he would agree to exchange Nokdim for Jenin."
