תנועת הריבונות מברכת על הודעתו של ראש הממשלה אודות החלת ריבונות ישראל על בקעת הירדן. "זהו מהלך שמניח את הגולל על רעיון העוועים של הקמת מדינה ערבית נוספת בלב הארץ ומוכיח כי נתניהו מודע לכובד המשא ההיסטורי המונח על כתפיו ואת יכולותיו לזהות שעת כושר היסטורית-מדינית. כך היה בהעלאת השגרירות לירושלים, כך בגולן וכך כעת בבקעת הירדן".
לזאת מוסיפה תנועת הריבונות ומדגישה כי ריבונות בבקעת הירדן חייבת להיות צעד נוסף ומשמעותי לקראת המהלך השלם של החלת ריבונות ישראל על יהודה ושומרון ולא חלק מעסקה הכוללת ויתורים ונסיגות בחבלי ארץ אחרים.
תנועת הריבונות מברכת גם על "החזרתו למערכת הבחירות של השיח הערכי אידאולוגי וחובת הנאמנות המלאה לארץ ישראל".

Press release by the Sovereignty Movement in reaction to PM Netanyahu's announcement re the application of Israeli Sovereignty over the Jordan Valley
The Sovereignty movement welcomes the Prime Minister's announcement on the application of Israeli sovereignty to the Jordan Valley, a move that puts a damper on the delusional idea of establishing another Arab state in the heart of our Land. The Sovereignty movement emphasizes that sovereignty over the Jordan Valley must be a first significant step towards the complete process of applying Israeli sovereignty to all of Judea and Samaria.
"Prime Minister Netanyahu once again proves that he is aware of the Zionist vision laid on his shoulder at this historic time, and the political momentum that allowed recognition of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, the transfer of the US embassy and other embassies to Jerusalem, and now the application of sovereignty in the Jordan Valley. However, one must be vigilant and make sure that this is not a partial "compensation" for withdrawals elsewhere in Judea and Samaria. There are no deals on any part of the Land of Israel. The Land of Israel fulfills the Zionist vision of applying Israeli sovereignty to it. "
The Sovereignty movement also adds, "We welcome the return to the election campaign of ideological value discourse and the full duty of loyalty to the Land of Israel."
