כתב עת מדיני חדש
תנועת "נשים בירוק" והפורום למען ריבונות שמחים להודיע על הוצאה לאור של "ריבונות" - כתב עת חדש לקראת שבת חיי שרה.
בעוד בעיתונים מתפרסמים ידיעות מן המו"מ בין ישראל לרשות הפלשתינית ומקשרים בין הגרעין האיראני לענין עתיד יהודה ושומרון –
תנועת נשים בירוק משיקים את כתב העת "ריבונות".
כתב העת 'ריבונות' יופץ ב 100.000 עותקים ברחבי הארץ ,יתורגם לאנגלית ויופץ בקרב מעצבי דעת קהל ומדינאים בארץ ובחו"ל.
עם הכתב עת הזה מבקשים אנו לצעוד נוסף בדרך להטמעה רעיונית ומעשית של החלופה הציונית לחזון שתי המדינות שהציג השמאל במשך עשרות שנים וכשל.
בשנים האחרונות פתחנו, בנוסף לפעילות בשטח, במינוף חזון החלת הריבונות הישראלית על יהודה ושומרון. בעוד הימין עמל ומגיע להישגים חשובים בנתיב של עוד דונם ועוד עז, קובעת הרשות הפלשתינית עובדות הן בשטח והן בתודעה הבינלאומית והישראלית. צעד אחר צעד מוקמת בפועל מדינה פלשתינית על שטחי ארץ ישראל במימון בינלאומי וללא מענה אידיאולוגי, מדיני ומעשי מצידה של ישראל.
כחלק מהמאמץ ההסברתי, המקביל למאמץ המעשי להיאחזות בקרקע, אנו משיקים את 'ריבונות' כהמשך ישיר לכנסים שיזמנו ונשאו את הקריאה להחלת הריבונות על יהודה ושומרון.
בין דפי גיליונות 'ריבונות' נקיים דיון אידיאולוגי ומעשי סביב שאלות עקרוניות ומהותיות באשר לחזונו המדיני של הימין הישראלי.
נעלה שאלות רבות בנושא הריבונות ומימושו, שעל אף חשיבותן אין בכוחן להעיב על העיקרון הראשוני והבסיסי ולפיו את הריבונות הישראלית יש להחיל על יהודה ושומרון מסיבה פשוטה
– זו הארץ שלנו. עיקרון מנחה זה קודם וראשון לכל ההסברים והצידוקים האמיתיים שיבואו לאחר מכן ומהווה יסוד עבורם".
בגיליון מספר 1 שיופץ כאמור בשבת הקרובה, מופיעים ראיונות וכתבות עם השר אורי אריאל, גאולה כהן, סגן השר זאב אלקין, הרב גדעון פרל, חבר ועדת לוי אלן בייקר, מנהלת ערוץ 7 הרבנית שולמית מלמד, עו"ד בצלאל סמוטריץ מרגבים, ישראל הראל ויוסי דגן, סגן יו"ר מועצת שומרון.
מצורף בזה העיתון בעברית. האנגלית יופץ במייל נפרד עד סוף היום. בימים הקרובים יעלה העיתון בע"ה, בעברית ובאנגלית, לאתר נשים בירוק.

A New Political Journal
The "Women in Green" movement and the Forum for Sovereignty are pleased to announce the publication of "SOVEREIGNTY" – a new journal, which is publishing its premiere issue for Shabbat Hayei Sarah.
As the newspapers report on negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, and the outrageous linkage between the Iranian nuclear project and the future of Judea and Samaria – the Women in Green movement is launching the journal "Sovereignty".
One hundred thousand copies of the "Sovereignty" journal will be distributed throughout Israel; it will be translated to English and will be distributed among shapers of public opinion and statesmen in Israel and abroad. With the publication of this journal we aspire to take another step toward conceptual and practical implementation of the Zionist alternative to the failed two-state vision that the Left has been presenting for decades.
In recent years, in addition to activities in the field for the safeguarding of the Land of Israel, we have begun to promote the vision of applying Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria. And while the Right labors and does attain important, but limited achievements – such as one more caravan or one more acre of land – the Palestinian Authority determines facts on the ground and has great influence on international and Israeli consciousness. Step by step, a Palestinian state de facto is being established within the territory of the Land of Israel financed by anti-Israeli international funds, and Israel does not respond with any clear ideological, political or practical answer.
As part of the struggle to make Israel's case, which is a battle waged simultaneously with the practical battle to hold on to the land, we are launching "Sovereignty" as a direct outgrowth of the large conferences that we held, attended by ministers, members of Knesset, public figures and thousands of supporters, where we raised the call for the application of Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.
In the pages of Sovereignty we will carry on an ideological and practical discussion, centering on the basic and essential questions regarding the political vision of the Israeli Right. We will raise many questions relating to sovereignty and its implementation which, despite their importance, must not obscure the primary and basic principle: we must apply Israeli sovereignty over Judea and Samaria for one simple reason - this is our Land. This guiding principle takes precedence over all other explanations and justifications, true as they may be, and is the basis for them.
In the premiere issue, which, as noted, will be distributed this coming Shabbat (Hayei Sarah), there will be articles and interviews with Minister Uri Ariel, Geula Cohen, Deputy Minister Ze'ev Elkin, Rabbi Gideon Perl, member of Levy Commission Alan Baker, manager of Arutz 7 Rebbetzin Shulamit Melamed, Attorney Betzalel Smotritch from Regavim, Israel Harel and Yossi Dagan, Deputy Head of the Council of Samaria.
The Hebrew journal is included as an attachment. The English one will be sent to you in a separate mail within the next few hours.
In the next few days the journal will, please G-d, also be available in Hebrew and in English, on the Women in Green Internet site at www.womeningreen.org
