"עם הנצח לא מפחד מעם הרצח"
ראש מועצת גוש עציון: החלטנו להקים ישוב על שם החטופים. ראש ישיבת מקור חיים: סגולת העם מתגלה ממעמקים.

בגבעת 'עוז וגאו"ן' שמעל צומת גוש עציון התקיימה היום (שישי) עצרת הזיכרון במלאת שלושים לקבורתם של שלושת הנערים החטופים גיל-עד איילן ונפתלי הי"ד.
מנחה האירוע היה הרב ברוך אפרתי, ראש רבני 'דרך אמונה' ומהשותפים הראשונים להקמת הגבעה בידי ראשי 'נשים בירוק', יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר, ופעילי התנועה.
את דבריו פתח הרב אפרתי ב"דברי תודה בשם גבי האדמה ל'נשים בירוק', ליהודית ונדיה. אי אפשר לדמיין איך היה נראה גוש עציון ללא נשים בירוק. כמה גבעות כאן היו ריקות", אמר הרב אפרתי וציין את ייחודו של טקס האזכרה שבו אין רק עצב וכאב אלא חיזוק שובו של עם ישראל לארצו, שיבה "המזעזעת את הרשעים בעולם. יש בהם גם צדיקים", העיר הרב אפרתי והדגיש: "אבל הרשעים לא מסוגלים לשאת זאת".
"אנחנו כאן כדי לומר שככל שיפגעו בנו נעמיק שורשים בארץ ישראל ולכן התשובה שלנו לרצח היא ריבוי יישוב הארץ וריבוי אחדות", דברי הרב אפרתי.
בין הדוברים היה הרב דוד רבינוביץ', ראש ישיבת מקור חיים, שהזכיר את קריאת וזעקת 'ממעמקים קראתיך ה'" שנזעקה מפיות רבים בעם ישראל בשבועות האחרונים. הרב רבינוביץ' ציין כי מעמקים אלו הם אותו יסוד סגולי שקיים בעם ישראל ומתגלה בימים אלה לאחר שתקופה ארוכה היה נסתר ומכוסה. "בימים הללו, ימי התקדמות, המעמקים נחשפו, עם ישראל נחשף. כל מה שלמדנו בבית המדרש על סגולת ישראל, אמונה ואהבת הארץ, הכול פתאום נראה ממשי. פתאום מתגלית המציאות", אמר ותיאר את משפחות הנערים שנרצחו כ"משפחות פשוטות שאיש לא הכין אותן להיות בחזית. איש לא הכשיר אותן לעמוד בפני העם, והנה הסגולה יצאה החוצה. המעמקים שזעקנו עליהם מתגלים במציאות".
ראש מועצת גוש עציון, דוידי פרל, הודה גם הוא ליוזמות העלייה ל'עוז וגאו"ן', יהודית קצובר ונדיה מטר השותפות עימו לדרך ההתיישבות תקופה ארוכה. "כשחשבנו להקים שלוש נקודות ישוב לזכר הנערים היה ברור שהן תהיינה שותפות ואכן, מיד הן עלו לשטח", סיפר והזכיר את ההחלטה שהתקבלה במועצת גוש עציון על הקמתו של ישוב חדש בגוש עציון לזכרם של החטופים.
פרל קרא בדבריו לשר הביטחון "נצח את המלחמה וחזק את ההתיישבות", קריאה המקבלת משמעות מיוחדת בעיקר לנוכח הניסיון לבצע הרס של תקוע ה' לפני ימים אחדים בידי אנשי המנהל האזרחי.
"תשובתנו נחושה – חזרנו אחרי אלפיים שנות גלות כדי להישאר כאן לנצח. נמשיך להיאחז בהר", אמר פרל ובפנייה להורי החטופים אמר: "ימים ולילות היינו בקשר עם כוחות הביטחון ועם המשפחות אבל כפי שאמרו ההורים בעוצמה גדולה 'הקב"ה לא עובד אצלנו'. בחרתם בדרך ראויה לעם הנצח, להוסיף אור ועשייה שתהיה לעילוי נשמתם ומענה לטרור".
הרב ישראל רוזן, ראש מכון צומת, נשא דברים שהתמקדו במשמעות הביטוי 'עזה' כביטוי לעזות של כוח שטני, כוחה של סיטרא אחרא, כדבריו. הרב רוזן הדגיש כי מול העזות הזו המענה הוא עזות ונחישות כדוגמת זו של שמשון הגיבור, "מעז יצא מתוק", הזכיר הרב רוזן וקבע כי "כנגד העזות הזו אנו מצווים להעמיק בעזות של מלכות ישראל, העזה שלעיתים אינה רציונאלית, אבל רק בעזות כזו נעשה כל בניין ההתיישבות, בהעזה שאינה תלויה בחישובים פוליטיים ותקשורתיים. זו ההעזה של מקימות גבעת עוז וגאון שהיא התשובה שלנו".
את דבריו חתם הרב רוזן בסלוגן שעליו לא ייבקש קרדיט, כלשונו: "עם הנצח לא מפחד מעם הרצח"
במהלך טקס האזכרה נשאו דברים גם אורי יפרח, אביו של אייל יפרח הי"ד, יו"ר ועדת חוץ וביטחון ח"כ זאב אלקין, ואחרים. מאות מרחבי הארץ כולה השתתפו באירוע שהתקיים בגבעה שהוכשרה כפנינת תיירות וקמפינג בידי פעילי 'נשים בירוק' בלילה שלאחר היוודע דבר הירצחם של שלושת הנערים.
את האירוע כולו פתחה יהודית קצובר, מראשית 'נשים בירוק', התנועה העומדת מאחורי העלייה לגבעה שהפכה לפנינת תיירות וקמפינג חדשה בגוש עציון. קצובר תיארה את השינוי שחל בעם ישראל מאז החטיפה והרצח, עם שגילה את יופיו ואת עצמת הנוער שבו. "אנחנו גאים להיות חלק מהעם הזה", אמרה קצובר והודתה לתושבי הדרום "הנכונים לספוג עד הניצחון", לעם כולו התורם לחיילים עד שהוא נדרש לחדול. קצובר תיארה את תרומתם של בני הנוער מישובי גוש עציון לשיקומו והכשרתו של מתחם הגבעה לפנינת תיירות וציינה את הפעילות המשותפת עם אנשי גרעין המדרשה הציונית, חבורת סטודנטים שגיבשו זהות יהודית בקייב ובמוסקבה, הגיעו לפני חודשים אחדים כשהם חמושים באידיאולוגיה ובפעילותם המעשית "מזכירים את ימי ראשית התקומה בארץ הזו" כלשונה של קצובר.
נדיה מטר, מראשי 'נשים בירוק', הודתה בדבריה לתושבי גוש עציון המעודדים, מאכילים ומשקים את הפעילים שמקימים ומכשירים את הגבעה, לראש מועצת גוש עציון דוידי פרל ואנשיו שפועלים לביסוס המקום וחיזוק הנאחזים בו, לבני הנוער שהגיעו מכל הארץ כדי לסייע בהכשרת המקום ופיתוחו, למעבירי השיעורים והסדנאות ולתורמים "שבזכותם אנחנו יכולים לקיים את המקום הזה".
עוד סיפרה מטר כי בזכות העירוב שהוסדר למתחם הגבעה מגיעים רבים רגלית מאלון שבות וישובי הסביבה במהלך השבתות "בשבילים שלא צעדו בהם שנים רבות".

The Eternal People do not Fear the Murderers
Head of the Gush Etzion Council: We decided to establish a community in the name of the abducted youths. Head of Mekor Chaim Yeshiva: The virtue of the people is revealed from the depths. Rabbi Rosen: We do not fear the murderers.
Yesterday (Friday), at Giv'at Oz veGa'on, which is located above Gush Etzion Junction, a gathering was held to commemorate thirty days since the burial of the three abducted youths, Gil-ad, Ayal and Naftali, may G-d avenge their blood.
Hundreds of people attended. The event was led by Rabbi Baruch Efrati, head of the Derech Emuna rabbis, one of the first to participate when the Hill (Giv'at Oz veGa'on) was established by the heads of Women in Green, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, and activists of the movement.
Rabbi Efrati opened his words with an expression of thanks to Women in Green, Yehudit and Nadia, in the name of the land. "It is impossible to imagine how Gush Etzion would look without Women in Green. How many hills here would be empty", said Rabbi Efrati, and noted the uniqueness of the memorial ceremony in which there is not only sadness and pain but also the strength of the People of Israel's return to its Land, "shocking the wicked of the world. There are also righteous in the world", Rabbi Efrati commented and stressed: "But the wicked cannot abide this".
"We are here to say that the more they harm us, the more we will deepen our roots in the Land of Israel and therefore our answer to the murder is to increase the number of communities in the Land and to increase unity among us", said Rabbi Efrati.
Among the speakers was Rabbi David Rabinowitz, head of the Mekor Chaim Yeshiva, who mentioned the reading of "From the depths I called out to G-d", which has been loudly recited by many of the People of Israel in recent weeks. Rabbi Rabinowitz noted that these depths are the foundation of the Jewish People's virtue and are now revealed these days, after a long period when they had been hidden and concealed. "In these days, the days of progress, the depths were revealed, the People of Israel was revealed. Everything that we learned in the House of study about the virtue of Israel, faith and love of the Land, everything suddenly seems real. Suddenly the reality is revealed", he said and described the families of the murdered youths as "simple families whom no one had prepared to be at the front. No one had trained them to stand before the People, and here, the virtue emerges. The depths about which we cried have become revealed in reality".
Head of the Gush Etzion Council, Davidi Perl, also thanked those who initiated this project, who first ascended to Oz veGa'on, Yehudit Katsover and Nadia Matar, who have participated with him in the settlement enterprise for a long time. "When we thought about establishing three points of settlement in memory of the youths, it was clear that they will participate and indeed, they immediately came to the area", he said and mentioned the decision that was taken in the Gush Etzion Council to establish a new community in Gush Etzion in memory of the abducted youths.
Perl called upon the minister of defense to "Win the war and strengthen the settlement enterprise", a call that takes on special meaning especially because of the attempt to carry out the destruction of Tekoa 5 a few days ago by the Civil Administration.
"Our answer is determined – we have returned after two thousand years of exile to remain here forever. We will continue to hold on to the mountains", said Perl and turning to the parents of the abducted youths said: "Day and night we were in contact with the security forces and with the families, but as the parents said with great intensity 'the Almighty does not work for us'. You have chosen the right way for the eternal People, to increase light and positive activity that will serve to elevate their souls and will be a response to terror".
Rabbi Israel Rosen, Head of the Tsomet Institute, delivered a speech that focused on the expression "Gaza" (Aza in Hebrew – meaning audacity) as an expression of the audacity of satanic power, the power of the "other side", in his words. Rabbi Rosen emphasized that faced with this audacity, the proper response is intensity and determination shown by the example of Samson the hero, "something good came out from evil", Rabbi Rosen said, and stated that "Faced with this audacity we are commanded to deepen the intensity of the kingdom of Israel, the intensity that is sometimes not rational, but only with such intensity is the building of the settlement enterprise accomplished, with courage that is independent of considerations of politics or media. This is the daring of those women who established Giv'at Oz veGa'on, which is our response.
Rabbi Rosen sealed his words with a slogan for which he does not take credit, which is: "The Eternal People does not fear the murderous people".
Other speakers at the memorial ceremony were Uri Yifrach, father of Ayal Yifrach, may G-d avenge his blood; chairman of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, MK Ze'ev Elkin and others. Hundreds from throughout the entire Land participated in the event held at the Hill, which began to be prepared as a site for tourism and camping by Women in Green activists the very night after learning of the murder of three youths.
The event was opened by Yehudit Katsover, one of the heads of Women in Green, the movement behind the establishment of the new site for tourism and camping in Gush Etzion. Katsover described the change that has occurred in the People of Israel since the abduction and murder, a people that discovered its beauty and the strength of its youth. "We are proud to be part of this people", said Katsover and thanked the residents of the South, "who are ready to 'take it' until victory", as well as the entire People who have been contributing to the soldiers until they were told to stop. Katsover described the contributions of youths from the communities of Gush Etzion to the restoration and preparation of the compound on the hill to become a tourism site and noted the joint participation with the original founders of the Zionist Midrasha, a group of students who formed their Jewish identity while in Kiev and Moscow, and arrived a few months ago armed with ideology and by their practical activism, "bring to mind the first days of the rebirth of this Land" in Katsover's words.
Nadia Matar, one of the heads of Women in Green, thanked the residents of Gush Etzion who encourage the activists who established and prepared the Hill, bringing food and drink; she also thanked Head of Council Davidi Perl and his people who work toward establishing the place and strengthening those who maintain a presence in it; she thanked the youth who came from throughout the entire Land to help in the preparation and development of the place; those who give lessons and workshops and those donors who contribute "thanks to whom we are able to maintain this place".
Matar also said that thanks to the eruv that was arranged at the compound on the Hill, many came on foot from Alon Shvut and the surrounding communities during the Sabbaths "on paths which have not been trodden for many years".
